Well after i was presented with a few payment options among which they had a 0 dollar trial plan that i reluctantly choose coz i had to pay no cent until the trial period is over, I got billed even after choosing the trial period thats states i wont be billed.
This came handy in a situation where it was needed. The wizard was very easy to use and the output i found very easy to rad. I liked how you can fill in your name and the tenant's name. I think this saved me money all around
This is not a great product and Legal Templates charged me for the "free trial" and was not able to convert any PDF's to word documents. It was a waist of half a day of work to discover this product doesn't do what is says it can and stole my money along the waay

Excellent service! The walk through was user friendly and easy to follow along. They incorporated every aspect needed in the state of CA. We will be back once we need this again.

It's not what I needed or anticipated, but it seems to be a decent product for those who need legal templates. I'd have to do too much editing to adapt it to my needs and state location.

Easy to use, free trial very helpful. Was easy to cancel subscription as well since this was only needed for a one time use for a vehicle bill of sale.

The website offers a free trail but that is not true. They will bill you and not notify you. The reason I caught it is because my bank notified me of a charge. Very disappointed. I haven't heard from customer service yet. They no excuse it hasn't even been 24hours since I signed up for the free trail and I was charged for their services. The services they have are helpful and what I was looking for, but I am very unhappy about their false advertising.

I uploaded a thesis scan PDF doc, but I want to convert it into Word doc. But the software did not do that. So, for me it is not useful; that why I canceled

Well wasted time and did whole document. Too complicated to edit words or remove parts. Moved it to trash.

Its not Free be honest, your heading states Free documents to print download ect. Why put Free in your heading when there is nothing your doing is FREE,

I got charged when it was a $0 plan. I got an alert from my bank for $1 charge that I did not know was going to happen

The template for the Power of Attorney was not legal. It does not have a place for the Notary to sign for the principal person or for the seal.

I don't like it. It costs too much. It then offered me a cheaper plan when I canceled. That is shady. Bad website, do not pay for it.

The form was very easy to fill out and generate the 3-day notice to clear quit it's timely and accurate and adheres to legal guidelines for the California eviction laws
