I don't know about you all but LEX here in Cagayan de Oro City sucks. I was quite frusrated at first because I have Lazada arrange a Priority delivery for me since I have a business meeting 2 days before the last date of my Expected delivery period. The thing is, they didn't even Prioritized it.

I know I have an incomplete address but the problem is my phone number's indicated in my parcel. It wouldn't be a trouble to contact me first and have my order delivered to my address on time. They should have contacted me first rather than prioritizing those packages with complete addresses.

A day before the last date of my delivery, I received a text message from LAZADa saying that I'll be receiving my item on that day, I waited the whole day for my package to arrive and not even a sms from the delivery guy I have received.

By 6pm, I found out that Lazada has my delivery status CHANGED TO DELIVERED without me receiving anything. I paid the item in advanced via my Debit Card. It would have been less frustrating for me if the payment transaction was Cash on Delivery. Then there, I complained my concern to them online and they told me to have an update within 24-48 hours!

Very incompetent, they shoud have known that I needed that package badly and they should have asked an authorization letter or an id to the receiver beforehand before handing out my item. They suck as hell!

Refund Status

Please asikasuhin nyo naman itong refund ko... I ordered Epson T60 worth 10,900 pesos. I paid via hellopay worth 100 pesos and store credit worth 10,800 pesos from the refund of my last order. Kinancel ko yung order ko kasi gusto ko sana ichange address. Now, the hellopay refund worth 100 pesos ay nareceive ko na. Pero yung store credit na 10,800 wala pa. Nauubos na pera ko pangload kakaupdate sa inyo. Nakailang 48hrs na kayo,, order number *******.

FAKE/SCAMMER!

Makakarma kayong lahat ng mga taga LAZADA, pamilya niyo magsasuffe sa panloloko niyo sa mga customers na gaya ko, ngdeliver kayo ng cellphone sakin defective/toy cellphone sa halagang 3480 tapos hindi ako sinuklian ng delivery boy ang kkakapal niyo! Matakot kayo sa karma! Pamilya niyo mgsasuffer sa ginagawa niyo. Palitan niyo unit ko or ibalik niyo pera ko or else skandalo aabutin niyo. Nareport ko na kayo sa kakilala namin sa NBI pati sa camp crame na mamaganak na pulis! We do an action about this! Scammer and never na kmi oorder with LZADA! Scammer! Manloloko! Karma aabutin niyo diyos na bahala sa inyo! Nightmare ang pinaranasan iyo samin mga customers niyo.! LAZADA SUCKS!

I ORDERED ITECHIE LED TV (PHP*******) LAST JANUARY 3, AND WHEN I OPENED THE ITEM, IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I CALLED LAZADA FOR A RETURN AND THEY DIDN'T RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PREVIOUS CALL WASN'T RECORDED AND I HAVE TO FILE AGAIN A CALL REPORT FOR THE RETURN OF MY ITEM. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN FOR FOLLOW UP, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT ENTITLED FOR REFUND SINCE THE LAST REPORT WAS NOT RECORDED AND THE ITEM ONLY HAS 14 DAYS WARRANTY, AND THE THIRD CALL REPORT HAPPENED ON THE 15TH DAY. BULLSH*T RIGHT? AND AFTER THE 4TH AND 5TH CALL I WAS INFORMED THAT MY ITEM WAS FOR REPAIR ONLY, NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT, SO I HAVE TO WAIT 30 TO 60 DAYS. AND NOW IT'S BEEN MONTHS OF WAITING, STILL I DON'T HAVE MY ITEM. IT'S A BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY, BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO RESPOND TO THIS CONCERN. THIS IS SCAM! ITECHIE AND LAZADA IS SCAM!

I order gopro hero4 silver edition #******* july 8,2016. Naka 3 attempt sila ng delivering. Yung 1st and 2nd attempt hindi naideliver yung item and they email me na hindi daw mahanap yung address ko pero maraming item na ang nedeliver samin ang lazada. Yung pag 3rd attempt nila july 13 naideliver nila yung item at nareceived ng mother ko. Pag uwi ko galing work 11pm i check the item and nagulat ako wala yung gopro camera pero kumpleto sa accessories. It makes me very angry kasi 14,999 yung price ng item at hindi ganun kadali kitain yun.

If hindi na replace yung item or refund i will report it to DTI and as well as media. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to resolve that. Baka kailangan ng pasukin ng media yan kasi as i see madaming complain na nababasa ko at yung iba hinahayaan na lang nila kasi pahirapan daw mag refund or replace ng item at ang haba ng processing kaya nakakatamad.

Hi Lazada, ask ko lang kung safe and matibay talaga yung Hoverboard/Hovertrax niyo? Kasi I'm worried eh because I've heard a lot of bad comments about this Hoverboard thingy. Nag order ako sa inyo na-received ko sya nung December 3 or 4 2015 tapos this day napansin ko may something na amoy sa charger at sobrang init nito parang hindi NORMAL yung init pero sinunod ko yung sabi sa manual na 2-3 hours lang sya mag charge so bakit ganon? And then may nabasa ako sa Facebook na halos lahat ng bumili sa inyo 3 weeks lang tinagal. Please answer my question ASAP para alam ko gagawin ko, nakakatakot din kasi baka sumabog. Defective Phone

Omorder po ako ng cherry mobile infinix eh nung gagamitin na po naman na sana ok sya nung una kaya lang may mga ibang part ng screen na di ma touch so pangalawang reboot di naman na touch lahat. Gusto sana nung nagpaorder sakin na iredund na lang kaya lang in shipment pa dun sa order status ko. May posibilidad po ba na makahingi ng redund? Pa assist naman po.

I-fill out lang po ang kasamang Return form at isulat ang defects na naobserbahan sa item. About to dun sa car dvr na inorder ko. Novatek v680l nkalagay sa product info nya sa lazada. Kadating dating generic na dash cam na same lang nung tig 600 php. Considering na 1800 php ung price nung binili ko. Diba considered na parang panloloko lang din un ng merchant nyo? Ni walang nakalagay na chipset information dun sa box nya. Same na same cla nung generic na dash cam na mura murang.

2. Go to "My Orders" and click "Return";
3. Fill out the return form (clearly state the reason why you're returning the item);
4. Print the return form;
5. Pack the items and attach the return label; and
6. Send to any LBC Branch.

Paalala lang po na meron po tayong 24-48 hours para ma-update ang current status ng item from SHIPPED to DELIVERED. Sana po ay nakatulong kami sa inyo. Good day po!

Unang order, wrong item then refund nalang daw, until now wala pa rin. Umorder uli ako, wrong item na naman, then return ko for replacement, wrong item na naman for the 2nd times, with the same wrong item, then return ko ulit for replacement, ganun na naman. So ngayon irerefund ko nalang, at please naman ibalik nyo pera ko. Yung costumer service nyo din walang kwenta, email or tawag walang sumasagot. Mag sara na kayo!

I have placed an order in Lazada last Nov 14 (Order Number: *******). It's been past the delivery date and until now I haven't received my ordered item. Worst thing is, the status of my order is "Delivered" already. Your Lazada Express rider texted before asking for directions going to our building. I have replied to your rider and even called him 4x but he is not courteous to answer my call and didn't even care to respond. I have waited until late night in the office expecting that the rider might deliver until late night. But I haven't received any response from him.

Then the next day, I was surprised that your courier reported that he has delivered the item. This is quite impossible because I've been waiting in our office until late night and our office follows a protocol that front desk admin will not receive any items from online shopping sites unless they are authorized by the Employee. And I should have been informed if the courier is already within the vicinity of the delivery address. Your rider should not leave the item to anyone unless authorized by your customer and I haven't authorized anyone to receive the item on my behalf. I have checked in our Admin logs and confirmed that no Lazada Delivery Man visited our office.

I have tried to contact your customer support for 6x already but got no concrete response regarding my case. For more than a week, they've been telling me that they will make a follow up with the logistics department. I even texted the courier and he said he was sorry and he will just pay for the item. Then after telling him that cost of the item, he said that it might have been passed to another rider and should have the status of 'redeliver' and not delivered.

Lazada needs to improve its Delivery Service (Lazada Express), Customer Support and tracking system.

Ung delivery date ko nag babago sabi delivery attempted daw wala nmn nag deliver. Tpos maya maya sabi cancel na Tumawag ako sa lazada nag chat na din pero wala nmn silang naitutulong. Nagrequest ako supervisor busy daw. Sinabi ko nacancel ung order ko pero ayaw nmn nila ko tulungan sabi idedeliver pero di nmn nila ako iuupdate. Napaka walang kwnta kaya nga humingi ng tulog para matulungan pero wala nmn sila magawa. Case number. *******. Nag bayad nako pero wala man ako item. Mag file nalng daw ako ng dispute. Nakakabanas po kayo lazada.
