I've ordered 2 items on this site. One of which I received is wrong. Naturally, I sent it back to get what I want, but surprise THEY GAVE ME THE SAME WRONG ITEM. I must mention I did went through all return steps and I even clarified my item in the description.

Turns out, Lazada don't $#*!ing know LEDs. Slow system response, late SMS alert (know your item if dispatched when the item is already on your doorstep), inaccurate delivery time and date, customer service my $#*!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This is my order # *******, alam ko sabi sa order status nyo na package can be shipped separately if ordered thru different merchants. I did order with Lazada numerous times and this is the first time that I had an issue. I placed the order from same vendor, same item at the same price (Marubishi Stand Mixer) and yet I only received one of the mixer.

I was not present when the order came, I asked someone to collect and pay it for me. When I saw the item I was surprised that the amount I was collected was for 2 items already and yet not in correct quantity. I called the delivery guy who contacted me prior to delivery to verify what happened and he simply shrug the question off, felt like he doesn't know a thing on what he does. Sent emails but no response yet. Called customer service, and I jut ran out of load because of the hold time. Pls check my order. Am I jumping to conclusion that there's no 2nd mixer to arrive or has it been delayed only?

How come when I tracked the status of the item, it was declined? When I can see that my card is already charged? Also I can not track anymore because the tracking window vanishes right after the order number is written? Order number is *******. And stimated delivery is June 20-21. I really hope that this is only a small error and will turn out good because I have a long list to purchase in Lazada. I will not recommend you until Things are cleared.

Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

We're sorry to hear about what happened, Ana. As per checking, the transaction got invalid, reason for it to be cancelled. There maybe some mismatch with the order and card details. This is probably the 5th time i bought goods from Lazada. What is happen on me at this time is that the good i received could not be switch on. It is a Professional Automatic Straightening Irons Comb With LCD Display. I was first thought it was my socket problem, but after that i change another socket and it finally can be switch on. The temperature of the Iron comb rise and when it almost reach 170c it automatically turn off. I tried to turn off the electricity and even turn it on the again. But the Irons Comb did not have any respond. After a few times trying, what it happen soon is that my socket is on FIRE. The whole socket was actually burning and i saw a lot of sparks coming out. I was really taken aback and wondering whether the seller has test and check though their product before they actually sell and deliver to the customer. Did they ever make sure their product quality is good before they deliver it? How could this suppose to be happen? I don't mind that i could receive a fake product but what i can't tolerate is that this product which is not in a satisfied quality may cause harm to the buyer. It was lucky that I was staying quiet far away from the socket, if not i could not imagine the if sparks really burn my skin. What i feel is that the buyer will need to be very careful when decided to online purchase from Lazada because there are too many sellers selling in Lazada which we can't really predict what kind of behavior and manner will the seller going to deal with the customer. Now I'm going to return the product to Lazada and i will probably try to avoid that particular seller in the future.

Its true...! I receive my ordrr yestrrday but it will not turn on. Ge charge ko ang sportscam 1080p tas bigla nalng nag beeping sound tas may lines ang screen at uminit. Smells like burning inside... im so disappointed at nawawalan nang pag asa kung ma refund ba or e replaced nio itong item... ang raming bad reveiws... bull$#*!!

UPDATE: JUST TESTED THE ITEMS. BOTH OF THEM WERE DEFECTIVE.

Ordered an item here last week, when the product came it wasn't what we were expecting. We checked the product post to compare if it was as advertised but it was deleted already. We couldn't compare or even leave a review for it. We returned the item and asked for a refund because the item is of no use to us. The item that we returned wasn't even opened yet, we just saw the product description in the box. But they didn't allow us. they said it was as advertised and now it's on queue for re-delivery. How would we know if it was as advertised? We couldn't even see the post anymore. We were really disappointed because we bought 2 of the same product, the price we paid wasn't a joke and they didn't allow us to get a refund for it. Disappointing Lazada, Even malls accept that kind of return. We haven't even opened the product that we returned to you.

Why? How? I no longer need my account thats why I want my account to be closed. Unfortunately, I can't. There's no option to do it. I tried contacting lazada but it requires an order number which I DO NOT HAVE ANY because I didn't order anything. Amazon and Ebay has"delete an account" option. Meanwhile lazada doesn't have any. Your motto "customer support 24 hours 7 days a week" Doesn't make sense, since the support I need isn't provided, or covered rather.

Gusto kong isauli yung order ko (mikasa mva200), defective yung item, its not as advertised at damaged. Pero paano ba, wala ding return slip na kasama, tapos kung sa online naman nang hihingi ng item sku, eh hindi ko naman alam san ko hahanapin yun, sa mga una ko kasing order may return slip ng kasama, kaya filled up na yung form. I gave Lazada 5 stars on my last review. It was for my 3 previous transactions that went very well. However, my last order ******* that I paid for on June 15, is still sitting somewhere between Lazada's and LBC's $#*!. Very incompetent representatives giving replies that don't make sense at all - a demonstration that they don't know what they are doing. I asked where exactly is my order at and they are having trouble telling me. Someone told me it's imported- it is not. Someone stupid enough told me it wasn't shipped through air but sea- I am in Luzon near Metro Manila. I ordered the same item 3 weeks ago and I got it in 5 days. So, what the hell is wrong this time? Where exactly is my order at and when will it leave your warehouse? It is already paid for.

Amidst the negative reviews (I noticed that satisfied customers rarely write reviews so, reviews are filled with complaints and rants), I find Lazada's services excellent. They were precise on schedule with the items (8 GB RAM upgrades) I ordered albeit I am in eastern Philippine coast. The only problem I had was with the incompetent LBC local branch. The items arrived at them on-time, but I had to pick the items up because they were too slow to handle and deliver them (two days late). I will still vouch my trust in online shopping to Lazada. May you continue to improve your services to meet higher satisfaction among consumers.

FRAUD

I just want to ask, can I return an item that was shipped from abroad?
And I also want to ask, can I return an item that is not available on cash on delivery?
Because I'm having second thoughts about buying an item that is not available in cash on delivery, that I might get fraud and that I would have no chance of getting my money back.
