Flash plus 2(3gb/32gb) is my dream phone in a budget mid-range phone that exclusively can be bought in lazada.com.ph started last july 5.
Without knowing any feedback of lazada,
I went to lazada.ph.com and try to click items. Specs. Colors. And etc... then order by COD. That was july 6, around 1pm... then they notify me less than an hour. I doubt... why confirmation is very fast. I confused. I search and review, there are so any bad riputation against lazada. I'm afraid it was scam!. I tried to cancel my order. Searching for cancel button but i can't find. I tried also to mail them but failed. I wrote on some blog begging to cancel my order but nothings happen... i lost my hope that i already in a scam. Then in the other day morning(july 7). I read a notification that my gadget is on my way. I thought it is still a scam, i don't care, that's i said in my self. Around 12noon at same day. Someone is looking for my name.it was the delivery boyfrom lazada handling my bought gadget. Even in a last minute. I'm still afraid, i ask the guy. Where is the reciept? What if the items is broken/damage, what should i do? Can you please open for me? Atleast we can see both if the item is still sealed, if broken, i'll refuse. But in a sudden. It is close, it is sealed, i'm still afraid. Until i open the gadget and its running good as of now. I don't know in the future, this is my 1st time to order in lazada, excellente!

I know my card was charged because the bank called me about the transaction, so no matter what excuse Lazada give the transaction was approved and charged.
Don't have any dealing with this disreputable site. Most of their review are dreadful that should tell you everything you need to know.

Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

I ordered a cushion foundation that was suppose to have 3 cushion foundation one already inside the compact case and two other extra refills for the price of Php1200 but instead I got only two cushion foundations one already in the compact and just one extra refill instead of two refills as promise in the description attached to my package but when I opened it I was shock it was incomplete.

My concern is I received a text message saying that a refund was iniated in my order# *******, but I did not received an email regarding the initiated refund. I would like to know the details and updates about my refund.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
