I ordered items mostly l perfumes and it was prepaid. I just receive 2 items out of 8 na inorder ko. They did not deliver most of my items.- mostly perfumes...
I checked on my lazada account they tagged it delivered! Where are my other items? I contacted lazada customer service and already talked to 8 different agents. Hindi nila maresolve. Basta na lang nawala? Refund my money! BEWARE LAZADA BUYERS!

Palagi akong naorder sa lazada ok naman. Dumadating agad bago pa ung delivery date... but last april 18,2017 is my worst experience in lazada nag placed ako ng order ko, until now april 25 my item was not delivered yet... eh metro manila lang naman ako. Sabi pa nila sa april 21 idedeliver ung item na inorder ko... tskk baka april 21,2018 pa yata

It took me a while to update you guys about my refund request for a returned fake april skin cushion. I cant seem to find out the "edit"part in my first lazada product review. So finally i got my refund from them for a fake april skin cushion 2.0 from SAUVE seller. I thank Lazada for giving me my refund in a form of a voucher. Whenever i contact them they respond within 24hrs. I have been so loyal to them (we had so many deliveries in the past and we continuously purchase products up to now) and so far i am very satisfied. I feel that i am being taken cared of. Thanks lazada! God bless u.

Lazada Bad day po^_^ pwede po bang ung mga review ng mga tao rito, replayan nyo ng maayos like ung (Kukunin nyo ren ung mga order number nung mga taong nareceive na ung item matagal na at nagsusulat nalang ng review)
Then sana sagutin nyo ng maayos paulit ulit nalang mga reply nyo

I just hope na hindi nifiiflter ng lazada ang revies ng items, mostly kasi puro maganda lang ang mga reviews na makikita which is unbelievable. Llet the customer review the item whether good or bad so that it will help other customer decide if they still want to buy it or not. I think that would help customer and lazada too para maging reliable sila and hindi madala ang customer.

I thought placing an order in Lazada is convenient but I was wrong.

Very disappointed with Lazada's serviced, they send me the wrong item, I then contacted them for exchange and returns as this is not the item that i paid for. I send them messages through live chat and waited (for days) but no one returned my messages, so, i went to their website and tried to send them email but the site keeps getting an error, I then used another means to send them messages through live chat again and finally someone reply my message/s instantly, I told the person that I needed to return my item, she then told me that she will fill out the return forms for me and that I can just take the item back to the courrier, so, I went straight to the courier with the item with me, when I got there, they refused to take the item back as they needed the return forms, I told them exactly what lazada told/instructed me to do but they still refused. I then contacted lazada through live chat again but never heard from them (again), I got sick of waiting so, I've decided to keep the item.

I wrote a review on their site about the item I've ordered but doubt they will publish it.

I'm a first time shopper/buyer in lazada and will never be back again. I'd rather go to a local shop and pick up the items that i needed myself.

First order review.

This is base on my first order which consists of many items from Lazada.

Tracking Orders: Tracking your orders is simple.

Shipping: I live in Mindanao and the shipping of some items were fast, only few were not.

Delivery: My only problem is this, the Delivery.

Lazada charged me 700 pesos for a shipping fee because I live in what Lazada call a "special areas", but their Courier (LBC) refused to deliver in my area, which I understand because its a bit far and they asked me to pick it up myself in their branch.

So I chat and emailed with Lazada about this and asked if they could remove the "special areas" delivery fee and they said they will take care of it and let the courier deliver it.

My items were stagnant for 4 days because I $#*!ing trusted and expected Lazada to solve the issue, but there were no items delivered.

Until the 5th day, I was forced to pick it up myself in the $#*!ing Courier office which is $#*!ing costly and far from my house. I had no choice, i had to pick it up or else the items will be returned to the owners after 5 days if not received because that is a stupid rule from the LBC express.

The most $#*!ing stupid part of this is that they still $#*!ing charged me the 700 pesos "special area" delivery fee! LOL! Are you $#*!ing kidding me brah? You asked me to pick it up in your branch and then charge me with the delivery fee? $#*!ing Hell! Worst online purchase experience of my whole life!

With that said, I hope if I ever order in this $#*! online selling website Lazada again, it won't be as $#*!ing bull$#*! as this. My next purchase review might be 5 stars or 2 stars again. $#*!ing bull$#*! damn $#*!$#*! Lazada scamming piece of $#*!s.

Ordered 4 bags pero ung nareceive ko lang is 3 tapos yung payment is for 4 bags padin. Tapos mga customer representatives paulit ulit lang mga pinagsasabi tapos magkakasalungat pa, sabi di ko na daw kelangan ireturn ung 3 bags tapos may nagemail kelangan daw ireturn tapos tumawag ako sabi di na daw. E ano ba talaga? Niloloko nyo nalang yata ako e. Nakakainis na seryoso.

Defective and Fake

Majority of items in Lazada are FAKE and usually get defecive ung tipong ilang araw lang masisisra na dahil sa cheap materials na ginamit. Can you guys improve your product? Don't sells stupid cheap items. Mura nga low quality naman.

Hi lazada i just want to say na wala akung reklamo sa delivery nyu very fast. But nung dumating ung inorder kung eyeglasses may damage at ayaw tanggapin sabi kasi nabuksan nadaw. So panu pala malalaman kung may damage o wla kung di bubuksan diba? Ung araw nung dilevery kurin sana ipapareturn. Very dissapointed po aku may policy kayung 7days to return peru bat ayaw nyu taggapin?

Lazada's website is in shambles. Products mis-categorized all over the place. Some computer hardware are categorized as software. Their webmaster has absolutely no knowledge of what products go where.

Their suppliers/vendors are unreliable. (1) I ordered a specific PC component only to receive an inferior version of the same product (e.g., I ordered a "v2" version but received the older "GTX" version). (2) I ordered two pieces of an item and received only one. (3) I also once received an item not as described on their website (i. E. the dimensions were wrong).

Lazada should be monitoring their suppliers/vendors better.

Two or three years back, Lazada was fantastic until recently. I believe the ownership changed to Alibaba.

In all fairness, their customer service is 4 stars though.

I rarely shop Lazada now and do not recommend it, but I used too. These days, only in instances when I absolutely cannot find the item elsewhere near my location, but I keep my fingers crossed when I do place an order ( I guess I am a glutton for punishment).

Hindi sayang pag hihintay ko sa inorder ko :) sana lang may panukli yung nag dedeliver hehe pero all in all no prob, kahit sa item, sealed at maganda pagkakabalot. Thanks :)

Im so disappointed -

I ordered clifton ukulele last april 13, it said "get by april 17-19." pero 19 na processing pdn nakalagay sabi being packed na dw pero nung kinonyak ko na sila, linaghihintay nila ako hanggang april 26! Ilang linggo ba ibalot at ipadala yan. I asked whats the real status daratin b talaga today kasi nga hinihintay, then even yung customer service rep, hndi makita ano status ng item ko, they dont know!

Update: they did send me my order on the following day. And i can say its worth the wait. :)

I bought a laptop battery here, and it worked for the first day. The battery life started getting worse and eventually stop working at all. I chose the option to REFUND it, and instead they shipped me a replacement which also did not work. My old laptop battery works fine, so I know it's not an issue on my side. Very annoyed, contacted the email about this, and they did not help much. Does the website even support returning the same product twice?

Another weird thing is that I sent in a 1 star review twice, and it hasn't showed up at all. Thanks a lot for customer protection, Lazada.

Other than that, I ordered earphones before, and it arrived quickly

1) Delivery of my Hitachi Magic Wand came in the next day. Box is crumpled, very badly packaged. After comparing with the image on the seller's page and some online research, found out that it's a verified replica product. Contacted Lazada and immediately I got a promise for a full refund and asked me to keep the counterfeit. 2) Another order placed on the same date, it was from an overseas "Top-rated seller. Now it has been a solid 7 days, and after numerous emails sent to the supports, I still do not have an idea of where my item is. There are different stories from the supports. Conclusion: You must be really lucky to get a genuine item from Lazada. Shop there with caution.
