Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada

I have been a longtime buyer of Lazada products and had not encountered any delivery problems. But lately, all my orders has not been delivered. I will jus get a failed delivery advise and then sorry we can no longer deliver your item. So frustrating with the incompetent, lousy and poor delivery service by couriers assigned. I gave up and decided to buy from a better online store. I don't want to suffer from stress of their lousy service.

Insgesamt kann Lazada benutzt werden. Man muß nur wissen wie.
1) Der Laptop ist besser zu bedienen und übersichtlicher als die Handyapp.
2) Preise ändern sich zeitbedingt. Am Wochenende sind Artikel z.T. Teurer.
3) Suchfunktion in englisch / thailändisch gibt unterschiedliche Ergebnisse. Oft werden andere Ergebnisse angezeigt oder nicht gefunden. Nach Bestellung wird plötzlich das Gesuchte eigenständig angezeigt. Das ist frustrierend.
4) Waren sollte sehr lange mit anderen Anbietern im Text und Bild verglichen werden. Es gibt ständig Unterschiede, die auf den ersten Blick nicht erkennbar sind. Bei mir dauert es ca. 3 Stunden für eine Bestellung.
5) Es gibt mehrere Shops / Namen für ein und denselben Anbieter. Aufpassen. Eine Decke (bereits 2x bestellt) wollte ich zum gleichen Preis im Winter nachbestellen. Lieferzeit 4 Wochen. Aber zum doppelten Preis bei 90% der Anbieter, Lieferzeit ca. 4 Tage.
6) Rücksendung ca. 11x war ok. Aber 2x keine Antwort.
7) Bezahlung sollte nur per Karte erfolgen. Dann klappt es auch bei einer Rückvergütung. Bei Nachnahme an der Tür gibt es sonst Schwierigkeiten.
8) Den telefonischen Service kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich kein thai und nur bedingt englisch spreche.
9) Die Handyapp ist, wie bereits von anderen erwähnt, grottenschlecht in der Bedienung und absolut mit Werbung überladen.
10) In Thai ist Lazada für mich die einzige Möglichkeit relativ günstig einzukaufen. Direkt aus China bestellen sollte man vermeiden, wegen evtl. Rücksendung, Qualität, Rückzahlung, sehr lange Lieferzeiten hauptsächlich wegen Zollschlaf…
Fazit: Wer viele Dinge beachtet, Zeit hat zu vergleichen und auch mal auf eine Lieferung warten kann, ist bei Lieferungen bis ca. 5.000 THB gut beraten.
Qualität, besonders aus China (z.B. Blickdichte Fensterfolie) könnte nach einem halben Jahr den Gebrauch einstellen. Gilt aber auch für andere Dinge in Thailand.
Man sollte beachten: Asiatische Länder sind Show-Länder. Heute hergestellt, morgen verkauft, übermorgen nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Das kann, muss aber nicht so sein.
Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf kleine Bestellungen.

Na dann viel Spass bei Lazada und in Asien.

Tip for consumers:
Order late in the evening. Prices cheaper.
Compare photos / text / offer exactly.
With a chek card reimbursement easier.

Im a regular shopper of Lazada but lately I am having problems with their courier and deliveries. To wit: 1. THEY WILL ADVISE YOU WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY ON YOUR DOOR STEP AND NOT AT LEAST A DAY AHEAD OR BEFORE THEY COME TO YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. 2. IF YOUR NOT HOME THEY WILL OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND SABOTAGE IT. LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME LAST WEEK MY P9K WORTH OF order S DELIVERED WITH OPENED AND TORN. PACKAGING WITH 1 ITEM. MISSING 3. IT WAS REPORTED BUT THE SAME GUY IS STILL DELIVERING MY PACKAGES. Its useless to make report. 4. Yesterday they come again and I was out. The woman from. Lazada asked me to pay via Gcash since I am not around but i am supposed to pay by COD. SHE ALSO THREATENED ME THAT MY PACAKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE IF I WONT. 5. SHE NAGGED ME TO GO HOME FROM MY WORK AT 1PM SO THEY COULD MAKE THE DELIVERY. MY WORK IS UNTIL 6PM. SINCE SHOPEE HAS IMPROVED THEIR REFUND/RETURN POLICY I AM SWITCHING TO SHOPEE NOW.

Update 4-27-20: Responded to my last review below. I have a LOT of business I could send your way IF and ONLY IF I can get reliable redress if you send the wrong stuff, no delivery, etc.
My previous contacts with your customer service I was trying to find out if you actually had a laptop in stock and they could not tell me and kept giving me runaround no answers. I am not going to order stuff on your web page that you do not have or cannot get. I am not going to send money in advance until I KNOW you are reliable and I can reach you without problems. There is no court redress in the Philippines so if a company cheats you you have no way of getting redress. Is your customer service even open? You web page says it is not. How can customers get satisfaction if you send the wrong or damaged item or don't send it at all. That is why i use COD exclusively with you in two past orders that went ok. It's all about risk.
Thank you for replying to my post.

Past revies:
Customer service run by a bunch of morons with no business sense. Now closed during corona hysteria fake emergency. So if you order and they screw up, you're SOL. Even when customer service was open filled with a bunch of min wage employees to don't give a sh*t.

Well after almost 5 months of waiting they decided to cancel my order and gave me a refund I am happy that they have resolved it but I hope they could reduce the time we have to wait that's all thank you lazada support team marlon.

It's nice in lazada but sometimes more of the seller in lazada was gave a not good item. There's have a lot of fake seller they give a damage item to consumer i hope before lazada accept seller they really know if it's good or nice seller

This seller is a scam. Please do email me if you want to see what cars they sent! Im sending this on all consumers website forums too.
Instead of 14 lightening McQueen, they sent 6 tiny puny bread trucks.
What is really annoyed, you got scam for something that cost RM6, but paid rm31. And Lazada want you to waste your time, dragging your little children to stuck in traffic jam, to pay RM20 parking ticket, petrol for my car just to return the thing. So this made me lost like rm200 more.
Im glad to refund or just throw away like you suggested, dear lady Chet customer service, you can send someone pick it up. And please dont be so rude to someone who get scammed and asked me so what do you want?

My review on Izhango, a certain seller from lazada was rejected and removed when I edited it. Because I added a negative review about Lazada's customer service and their inability to kick out fraudulent sellers on site. Most of us customers have the same experiences from the seller. The seller posts an item on sale to bait unsuspecting customers to buy and then send an item which is not the one advertised and is cheaper than the price we paid. I ask for a refund but it takes a long time.
Edit: The next day after bombarding their AI customer service with non stop comment and making them know how pissed I was, I received the refund. I need to thank the company, but the bad experience will remain and their customer service sucks!

Edit: I don't know if the store is already closed, but their products is now unsearchable. Good job Lazada for taking action. With that I could give you at least an average rating. Please continue to improve your services.

Placed my orders (6 items COD) last thursday 3/5/15. Got one item today 3/17/15. It feels good receiving it in a matter of 2 days. Unfortunately, I was upset finding out that it did matched the description given. Immediately, I send a cancellation note for my other orders to Lazada thru help center. Their response is positive. I did not bother to return the item tho.

Since mid 2020, LAZADA is no longer my preferred online shopping site because 1. CANCELLATION no longer allowed, even before shipment and even for reasonable reason 2. Movement of the order is much delayed and lacks update as shown on tracking.

Tip for consumers:
A follow up for a speedier delivery is sometimes needed.

I'm glad there's a place where I can put my review about lazada.
I ordered once. Saw that the photo of the toy was as tall as the model (or almost).
And so the price was supposed to be worth it because it says from p1,999 it's discounted to p499. So I immediately went on to ordering! I was so excited until I saw the delivery man holding a small box! To cut it short, I was devastated! It was a present for my daughter and we were expecting a big toy for her. Lazada can easily get away with it but NO!

The good reviews about the product affect the rating. You'll think that many liked the product because of the rating! But the truth is LAZADA allowed non customers to make reviews, what for? I doubt that anybody would be pleased with a very expensive toy that's very small when we're only talking about kitchen toys.

Tip for consumers:
There are lots of fake sellers in lazada never order a branded item there unless it's sold and fulfilled by lazada.

You need to take the risk of ordering online. I ordered keyboard worth 3k php and it was fine no issues and defects.If u got the wront item, the staff of lazada can be mistaken sometimes. There is a return policy though.

I would like to request for re-activatation of my LBC remittance number from my e-mail address which I received last December 18,2016 with a validity period of 7 days (until December 25) as I don't have an opportunity to get the amount that I spend for an incorrect product indicated on a screenshot. RN is #RN**************.

Also, i've already send my inquiry from customer care as well as from *******@lazada.com.ph, but I haven't receive any response.

I don't Agree giving them 5 stars because many buyers have been complaining about the products they bought but still pretty awesome for 3 stars. I hope they will improve their service So that they will not cause any problems in products this is why I don't trust shopping online.

I ordered 5 pcs 2tb Flash Drives (Samsung) provided by the above seller. They are not as advertised as they will hold less than 15% of advertised capacity, regardless of formatting. After disputing their decision to not accept the return, I was advised by Lazada to return the items for consideration.
Lazada makes it very difficult to return anything as one must go to a local LBC office (which, at this time of year are impossibly crowded).
If a seller fails to provide satisfactory product, it is incumbent on them to make good on the transaction by picking up the faulty product and either providing a replacement or refund. Purchasers should not be forced to travel to some drop off point because of Lazada or Lazada provider error.

All of my total summary that is said in the lazada application 914.00 pesos only but then the time when the CARGOKING send me such 3 consecutive but different total of paying the items and is worth 1,197 wondered it was so far from the said total amount that is shown from the app. And I was very discouraged about it. $#*! it!

Deliveries when made via Lazada Express happen on time, but whenever made with one of Lazada's contracted logistics partners, such as Entrego in my case, are very slow and behind schedule. I've had one of two packages from one order sitting in Entrego's Mandaue City logistics hub for days. It's only around 30 minutes away! They've already missed two delivery due dates. Lazada should handle its own logistics and deliveries, but I guess that the presidents of these other companies are golfing buddies with the pres. Of Lazada.ph so he gives them lucrative contracts that they don't have enough personnel to handle while the bigwigs are busy lining their pockets. You can serve either God or Mammon, not both, you can't take your riches with you when you die, and you will be judged.

I love ordering from LAZADA however they gave me a hard time for the refund of my latest order which came from abroad. They say I would get my money back with Hellopay but it did not reflect on my hellopay account. Hellopay seems unreachable. Their hotline is not working and sending emails to them is useless they only give me request number.

As always one see the actual will of doing things properly when things go wrong... to go trough a return even for defective goods is not worth the time. Just forget it and go back to the old shop.
Lots of words and pictures for making you buy but then the time come to support the customer...
Only conditions... the same all story. Make the customer tired an feel stupid so eventually it let the all thing go. Free return with the return form printed. Where i can get it? Evasive info with not directory... i lost a day with some thing that didn't work anyh now i should spend a day trying to get support?. No I spend the time to trow up on this post. Better...

Please help me i want to cancel my order. I tried the cancel option in my order>manage order and it says it cant be cancel... then i try the help>chat option and it didnt work. Plaese i just order the wrong item... thanks
