Said package was picked up in OH and package should have came from KS, then with less then 24 hours it said the package was delivered at my front door which it was not, never found my package.
Ordered from freshly to get my prepped meals and it's been out for delivery for the entire day. WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES! $100 wasted because this company can't do their job!

This is unreliable delivery service. I putchase a $250 jacket from Mountain Hardware which allegedly was delivered and left at the front door... i never saw anythingh delivered (with motion sensor camera) and i asked all 3 close neighbors who denied ever seeing any package at any front door. LaserScamShip conducted an investogetion and determined (how?) that the package was delivered. No photo or map location was provided to proof their claim. LaserShip is a bunch of thieves and i wonder why Mountain Harware use this scam company for the delivery. I would rather pay $10 for shipping i havmy jacket on me already. Lasership is awful. Everytime that pops up with tracking for any order I'm immediately ticked off & know I will not recieve my order. Every order will sit in either Groveport Ohio or diamondale MI for weeks without any update. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A COMPANY BECAUSE U WILL END UP REPLACING MORE THEN WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEM. The once or twice I have had orders show up its a month after its sup. To be recieved & the box has been re taped & items are missing. My personal opinion employees are going thru taking what they want & holding boxes because they know company will replace them. Currently I have 5 packages sitting Ohio since Nov. 23rd. Ps. I have to give it atleast one star or it won't let me submit but just no its 0 outta 0 for me.
A package that I ordered over a MONTH AND A HALF ago was going to be sent with laser ship. I am in New York, yet they redirected my package to VIRGINIA not once, not twice, but SIX TIMES. I have called customer service every day for weeks and all they tell me is that they put a note with my package not to send it back to Virginia, but CLEARLY that did not work, so I decided to do their jobs for them and call each lasership location that my package allegedly is being sent to, yet the tracking information they show on the customer's website has NEVER ONCE BEEN ACCURATE. It will say it is at the Northern NJ location, but I call that location and they say its in Harriman, NY. I finally had a breakthrough last night where they told me my package was being shipped from one lasership to the next with FedEx, and once again doing their jobs for them, I called FedEx and had them change the address directly to me, not to any other lasership locations. I have never had a worse experience with shipments and customer service overall. Not to mention I have been told a supervisor was going to email or call me over the past few days, and I have not gotten a single message. Any time I buy something online from now on I will be making sure that lasership does NOT have ANY part of it.
This is the second time my package was stolen by a Lasership delivery person. 2 months ago I ordered from Bath and Body and the delivery person stole my items. This week the delivery person had the nerve to say the package was delivered, used my name, and noted DNS (did not sign). Nothing was delivered. When I got the notification that it was delivered I immediately reached out to Lasership and all they could do is put in a inquiry. This is not my first rodeo with them and I know what an "inquiry" means; NOTHING. My neighbor posted on Facebook via her RING showing a delivery person stealing her package delivered by Lasership. VENDORS BEWARE LASERSHIP HIRES THEIVES. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES. Look at all the reviews. We all can't be wrong. I now have to contact WALMART and have my package delivered AGAIN.

I have been waiting for a package for almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Bath and Body Works used them
I bought some things for college from Walmart, worth 45 bucks of bath products. I decided to track my order because it was supposed to arrive today. It said DELIVERED. Weird because all other carriers knock on my door! I asked my parents if they have my package and they said "No". I open my door and there was nothing there. My neighbor didn't have it. Walmart was kind enough to give me a replacement and delivered with a different carrier. I check the Tracking link she gave me that lead me to the Lasership website. The delivery person took a picture of where the package was. It was in the MIDDLE OF MY HALLWAY! DELIVERED AT 2:02 AND NOT EVEN AN HOUR LATER WHEN I CHECKED, THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN. They didn't knock on my door or was careful about where to put my package. THIS COMPANY IS CARELESS! How hard is it to properly deliver a package? IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING IN NYC OR A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH A HIGH CRIME RATE, CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF ITS BEING DELIVERED BY LASERSHIP! NOT WORTH IT!
Once your package gets picked up by then kiss it bye bye. Customer service is no hell, your tracking info will never update.
I continue to have issues with LaserShip. Their drivers seem to be stealing packages. Packages are not delivered. This is a serious problem.
I kept receiving we are unable to deliver your package on days that I am home working from home with a camera system to see no one deliver a package for me to report it to be told another delivery will be made. This IV of or one whole week. Then I received an email it was delivered and left with person with my initials ( the initial on the package duh it's my name that was an easy one) but the signature was not my signature or anyone in my household not did my camera show a delivery for that day other than the mail woman. I contacted Lasership at 9:33p to be told they can not assist they close at 10:00p. I filed a report on Sunday the day the package was "delivered " and then was told on Tuesday I made my request to late for it to be investigated. So I have to contact the company I placed the order with. I informed the company I placed the order with to make a note to not ever use laser ship when delivering my package they can not guarantee but will make a note. I am not sure if the workers are lazy, thieves or illiterate. But this is ridiculous. I feel so bad to say that but I just don't understand the unprofessionalism of the company.
I have ordered items from both ULTA and Walmart but was not delivered. Their tracking system says that the packages have been delivered but that is never the case. The LaserShip Company SUCKS!

My Order NO. GSUNN*******HP1S. Tracking NO. 1LSCZ5A000Q1KWE. I was tracking my package on the Lasership website. I checked my package several times in the front door and a mailroom, but my package wasn't there after 1.00 to 9.50 PM. I looked for my package delivery all day on 3/23/2021. On the lasership website, it was shown that my package is on transit and not for delivery on 03/23/2022. Then, on the Lasership website, I was required to notify me by phone and no one notified me about the package delivery. Next morning, I checked the Lasership website and It shows that the package was delivered at 8 PM on 03/23/2022. But, the package was never delivered. I contacted Lasership customer service and opened an investigation. I never received my package because it was a fraud. I contacted Lasership customer service several times on 03/24/2022 to 3/26/2022. Lasership case number: *******. Customer service representatives told me that the package was never delivered and still in transit. Please resolve these problems. I am very disappointed. Thanks
As a small business we have hundreds of packages arrive monthly. Rarely do we have to deal with damages and missing packages through professional delivery services such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. But then there's LaserShip. Same day, 2 different packages from the same vendor on two different accounts showed as delivered. Within 5 minutes of the vendor notifying us via text and email we looked for the packages. Nowhere to be found! Checked our cameras and no one arrived when they said they were delivered. Our facility has 6 exterior cameras with facial recognition and license plate capture capabilities. Not only did LaserShip not deliver the packages a LaserShip vehicle never entered the street we're on the entire week! Immediately called their customer service who are the absolute worst and they said they would have to send to the 'warehouse' to investigate. Within 48 hrs I received 2 separate messages (1 per order) that the investigation was complete and the package was found to be delivered. No picture/video proof, no signature proof, NOTHING! I called again and asked for another investigation and this time I asked for a time stamped GPS locator of the package delivery and they flat out refused to provide anything. 48 hrs later we received messages that "the package was found to be delivered and you should contact your seller for further information". REALLY?! So now you lied about delivering the package AND your now making it the seller/vendors responsibility to refund us for the items?! That is criminal. After our 3rd attempt to have the delivery investigated with the same result we have contacted our local sheriff, reported a theft and opened a criminal investigation against LaserShip. I have also contacted the BBB, which I learned thousands before me have done the same thing regarding LaserShip, to report them as fraudulent. If you can avoid having LaserShip as your delivery service do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!
I purchased an item from Walmart online and was glad to know that the item I purchased was qualified to be free of charge delivery... plus my item was coming the very next day... but the downside to it was... that if you purchase an item online there's no way or how you will know who is your courier in charge to deliver your item. (So that part was a nerve wrecking for me because I prefer always USPS). When I found out about this company Lasership... I was confused and follow my item through the Walmart tracking service. I was hoping that in between their stops it would be transferred probably to another courier most preferably USPS? But no... they were the one in charge straight on. I continued to follow the tracker (which really is only a pink bar filling until it reaches its end) when finally I saw that it was reaching near to the end I simply turned away my eyes off my phone for just a few and saw that my item was delivered. I was paranoid! I right away said WHAT? But to WHO? I kept refreshing the tracker (but through walmart app) and it only said delivered. I called lasership customer service and I was there on hold for too long no one was attending. So I emailed them and got no answer. I was left puzzled without knowing about whatever happened with my item and to who it was left with? I tried again using the tracker but I copied and paste it directly to lasership website tracker bar (not from walmart app)and it was more detailed with who it was left with. Which came to my relief because it was left at a corner store near me. I recommend when tracking your item don't track it through the online store you've purchased track it through the courier website that's delivering your item. At least this method worked for me since within it I was able to see further details about where my item was delivered to.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
