Amazon is using Lasership for some deliveries. Been Amazon customer for over 10 years, ordered hundreds on items, whenever it is shipped with LaserShip - the delivery is marked as complete, but the package can not be found anywhere... Always have to spend time with Amazon customer support, so they ship a replacement item via different carrier. Never had a single package lost with UPS, USPS or Fedex... T

They lost my package and they were not even trying to retrieve it or anything, they simply just said they lost it, nothing else... it take 40+ hours to get through their customer service. I dont understand why they are running a business!

This is the third time I have had to cancel a subscription because of this company. They ruined Mothers day 2020 and now they are ruining my family vacation. I did not receive my package although it said "left at door" 12:35 on Saturday 6/5 I called the company that sent it they asked that I give it a couple of more days, they were showing still in transit. I waited until Friday 6/11 and called Lasership. Was on the phone for almost an hour with a gentleman who said that the package was still at the Franklin facility. Gave a different address than my PO Box. He put me on hold to find out if the package could still be delivered. He then assured me I would have it within 2 days. AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I called back spoke with a man named Alex who said he could not transfer me to a supervisor because it was against policy. I told him they had more than 900 1 star reviews that's pretty pathetic in my eyes. Also said I need that delivered before Wednesday I could even drive to Franklin to pick it up because I NEEDED what was inside for my vacation. Needless to say I got nowhere. I was then sent an email telling me that it has been too long since the delivery date to do anything. (10 days). SOO I email all of the subscription companies I had left with a link to this site to read the reviews and suggested they should research the companies they hire for deliveries.

To make things simple let me start off by saying that when im writing this review it's the 15th of June 2021. I made an order from GAP on the 2nd of june, GAP got the order ready in a day and it got picked up by Lasership the next day, hasn't moved for 7 days, on the 9th day it was 1 state away from me, package nowhere, then after another 3 days the tracking updated saying the package got moved to the incorrect delivery facility and that it will be updated within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. I genuinely believe that i will never ever receive my package. $#*! this company. Meanwhile i ordered prescription glasses from France from Jimmy Fairly on the 10th of june and received them on the 14th? A package from France to New Jersey gets shipped way quicker through FedEx without paying anything for the shipping? $#*!ing bull$#*!. And $#*! this $#*!ing company. Would give 0 stars if it was possible

It is very suspicious how they deliver packages. Since April 2021, I have already have 4 packages lost from their hands from different merchants. The tracking info either shows "loaded, out for delievery, and delievered" in 2 minutes or had no follow up info after trasiting somewhere. The customer services always says we cannot resolve your inquiry or asks me to contact merchant. It's just shameless.

BY FAR THE WORST

I have now decided to stop buying online from certain company who uses Lasership. This company is the worst the drivers a lazy, they can never find your address. Even when u take time out to call company and give the all the necessary information, I even leave my phone number and i still didn't get my package. This is so frustrating i get 1 out of every 4 ordered. LASERSHIP SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSS YOU HAVE RUIN MY ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

They are a horrible company! Worst EVER!

I ordered items from Fabletics who never used to use this shipping co. Anyways, for three days they kept saying my delivery was coming, then it just said "Exception" and they refuse to tell me what has happened to my package. I have to wait 15 days to be issued a refund or reship, but knowing that Fabletics uses Lasership, I don't think I'll be buying off the site anymore. Lasership is impossible to get ahold of, they give you the run around, and they are extremely unprofessional. It has nothing to do with the pandemic, every other shipping company is functioning just fine. Look at all the reviews! It's a ONE STAR shipping Co. Avoid if st all possible.

I will stop ordering from companies who use this delivery service. I placed an order from Old Navy. They split the order in two with one being sent via LaserShip and one another carrier. The LaserShip package was shipped first, but just earlier on the same day, May 27. I had my other package on 5/30. There was never any tracking info on the LaserShip package. I finally called Old Navy on 6/8, and was informed that they see that it was supposed to be delivered 6/7 and hopefully I will get it that day (6/8). Nothing. Fast forward to 6/10, and tracking info finally shows up online stating that the package was delivered 6/1 (no, I did not drop the zero off of 10 there--it was June FIRST) at 8:52pm. Well, seeing as we have surveillence cameras all around the house, I know for a fact that this is FALSE. Even without cameras, the tracking info cannot be correct, as it is NOT POSSIBLE to load it on a truck at 8:50pm, have it out for delivery at 8:51pm, and delivered at 8:52pm. Anyone who knows the rural areas of this state, along with the horrific commute times knows that that isn't even possible in a jet traveling at warp speed. June 11--still no package. This company is nothing but LIES AND STEALING. I just don't get why big names like Zara, Walmary, and Old Navy continue to use them, as they are obviously bleeding money having to reimburse customers solely due to the incompetence of LaserShip.

Lies and more lies

Fashion Nova has recently started doing business with Laser Ship and it has been down hill from there. This carrier lied and stated that my package was left at my door step. I file a complaint for a missing package. 2 days later it magically reappears in the package room at my apartment complex and it reeked of gasoline. Ok now currently I'm waiting on a package that's now going 8 days with it still saying it's in a processing center in another state. Never again!

I buy Wedding anniversary to my wife, $100 Shoes from Macy'ss (using free shipping 3 days). They created label at 2 am in the morning then I never hear from the package again and customer services doesn't responding. Luckily Macys is a good company and they send me a replacement expedited with UPS. Pay attention if you see Lasership.

I read reviews and grew worried when my package was still saying it was at the shipping facility for a couple days. I reached out to customer service for an idea on when it would be delivered to me since I had presents in my package. They reached out to me about the facility having delays recently and then they reached out to the facility and made sure it was a priority and was delivered the very next day. Thank you so much!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE RATING THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AT THE FACILITY IN MY CITY ON FRIDAY THEN THE DATE FOR DELIVERY WHICH WAS SATURDAY CHANGED TO "DELIVERY DATE INFO WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE DETAILS ARE PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER" I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID THEY WOULD PUT AN INCIDENT TICKET AND I WOULD BE SENT EMAIL CONFIRMATION NEVER GOT IT, CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY WAS TOLD THEY CALLED THE FACILITY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SENT OUT AND I WOULD RECIVE BY END OF NEXT DAY, I CALL THE NEXT MORNING TO MAKE SURE IM STILL RECEIVING THEY TELL ME THE PACKAGE WAS LOST THAT MORNING. As so many others have already said, this company is not trustworthy AT ALL. I ordered $75 worth of items from Zara, and I was notified that the package was "delivered, left at front door at 3:15 pm." I was home all day, so I went to the lobby of my building. No package... I called Lasership "customer service," which was a guy in India who barely spoke English who said they would "open a claim" and get back to me within 2 business days. 2 business days passed, and they determined that the package was "missing." AKA: the driver stole it. I never saw anyone deliver anything! The customer service rep told me that Lasership is "not responsible for missing or lost packages" and that I should "contact the seller." Luckily, Zara refunded me. Otherwise, I was about to do a chargeback on my credit card. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau, and signed a change.org petition to put them out of business. Just read their reviews to know how terrible they are! The drivers are stealing people's packages and getting away with it. There are no consequences.

I've never heard of this company before, and now I see why. My package has been sitting in limbo for two days with no updates at all! After looking at the reviews, I can see why. I will definitely be calling the BBB, as well as the shipper for a full refund. This is nothing but a scam from a non reputable company.

LaserShip is the worst Shipping Company. All they hire is theives. They steal peoples packages all the time and tell them it was delivered to them. I hate your theiving company. Yall are bad people. They stole all my packages from freepeople. I really wish I could put a zero because that is what LaserShip deserves. A big fat zero. Please shut your horrible company down.

Horrible place to work, workers are treated with disrespect; push to work forcibly under the threat they'll have not work the next day.

Such was my case, I was abuse verbally by two high-ranking managers on my second day of work; "yelling" at me out loud over something they did not took the time to train me.

I actually got fired on the third day only because I speak up, asking them to please give me clear directions.

Instead they asked me to follow directions from the next guy to me, which I did hence the yelling.

At least try me.
I work 20 years as a union carpenter out of local 33 in Boston, currently 327.
Allow me to take my chances of proving myself with a fair chance.

Do not assume I'm not going to understand what you're saying if you speak to me.

I actually wrote this for the lady, since she's the highest-ranking manager on site, but never have the opportunity to share it with her.

I want to apologize for what I say to you the other day when we were dragging the roller belt,
I mistook what you call your way of talking, for yelling.
I was so glad for being able to prove that there's more than one way of doing things.

As for the complaint you present to us on June 5 th 2021saturday morning after spending all night without sleep and 10 hours work.

I decided to write this, hopefully someone will see it.

Your complain was about the time that took us to sort out all those bags.

I believe the problem is not the people or manpower at hand, but your setup.

If you were to add another sticker displaying the same information that's on the floor as letterheads, all around the net that encloses everything we will not have to be walking around looking among 100 boxes trying to find the one box that matches the code for each bag.

The idea is to be able to visualize the number code, from a distance instead of having to walk back and forth looking for it.

I have seen you're using that system on some of the walls but not where there's more need for it.

Although I recognize not everybody needs it, for us the newbies it would be a game changer,

Because like I say to you the day you fire me, there's only so much one's body can give after having walk 10 hours with a single 30 minute lunch, no brakes whatsoever. In fact you guys don't even provide water. Despite the fact that the job itself is high pace in nature and half the boxes you deliver contain food which is heavy, it is just natural that we're going to be be dragging our feet at the end of the shift, specially since most of the time the workload is higher than what you have for manpower.

Everytime a package of mine enters Maspeth, Queens warehouse it never arrives to my home. First, a pair of Adidas sneakers, now a Lacoste Polo. They even snapped a pic of the delivery sitting on my porch, too bad its not a pic of my home nor my neighboring homes. I've been to Maspeth, its a home in Queens, so clear.
Seems like they couldn't find another home with a brown door to snap a fake picture, too bad my home has 2 doors not one. Dumb thief mistake.
