Terrible service

Package delayed for external factors. No one answers at the phone number. Online chat is just a recording. Trying to buy something from Kohl's. Kohl's needs to stop dealing with them or they will lose business.

Worst logistics service

Probably one of the worst courier services out there. Everything from delivering packages to updating information on their website is completely trash. Delivery statuses get updated for the wrong days, there always delays every single time. Hopefully someone in Lasership can read these reviews and learn a thing or 2 from other services out there.

UPDATE 12/5/21, unfortunately they lost my bath and body works package.

Can you giver zero stars?

2 separate orders from Walmart.com weeks apart, both sent via Lasership, both failed to arrive at my home. Now walmart refuses to help since they blame my home address even though I use prime and have UPS and USPS deliveries daily. This company is absolutely horrible and hires bottom of the barrel employees who don't give a crap about doing their jobs.

I've had two orders that were falsely reported as delivered or unable to deliver. LaserShip must be engaged in a fraudulent scheme with retailers who benefit by having their brand in short supply. The retailer gets use of your money, insurance claims,and discounted products like shoes have a higher price in the black market. It's private equity stealing from people. Report them to the FTC.

Still no package

I have been waiting on a package for a week. "Delayed" every single day and still will not respond to my calls or messages. Unbelievable. Will NEVER order if the company uses lasership, should be shut down.

Every time anything shipped/delivered by lasership never makes it to my home. They will mark it as delivered then you go check there is nothing. This is the worst shipping service I have ever come across and should go out of business.

Horrible Company

Once again Lasership disappoints...My son,s package was supposedly delivered but of course he never got it.Lasership needs to go.They are the worse. I wish these companies would stop being cheap and use the regular shipping carriers like UPS and FedEx. They lucky they got one star from me.They deserve zero.

Drivers are unsafe

Drivers speed through our community. That's bad enough but when confronted, he lifted his middle finger (in front of kids no less) and sped away even faster. Company won't even address the issue after complaint. Values?

Incompetent
November 25, 2019

This is the second incident I have had with this service in the past 2 weeks. Both deliveries were purchases placed at Oshkosh. Consumers should be aware that Oshkosh/Carters has switched to LaserShip for delivery services. Makes no sense to order online if you cannot depend on receiving your product.

My friend and I both had packages shipped from Wal-mart thru Laser Ship. The items were "two day eligible". Needless to say we never received them. Can't reach a live advisor, and they don't answer emails. Even Wal-mart said they're a lousy company. They should stick with Fedex!

Dumping packages
November 10, 2020

Dumped my packages at an undisclosed location 2 times in 48 hours. I even left detailed delivery instructions. No resolution on their part. Incompetent? Liars? Thieves? Take your pick. Could be all or none of the above but either way, I don't have my items and they take no responsibility.

My experience matches so many others here. Their "investigation" concluded that my package was delivered but they could not provide any proof (suspicious). Meanwhile I was home all day of the "alleged" delivery and our building cameras confirmed no packages made it to the lobby the day in question. The fact they have merged with OnTrac is telling as both carriers are unreliable and customer service is non existent. Retailers like ZARA are using them to cut shipping corners and save some pennies at the expense of their customers. Do yourself a favor: avoid online companies who rely on LaserShip or OnTrac for their shipping, or be prepared to dispute those charges for packages that never show up.

This is the second time within a month that they have failed to deliver an Ulta.com package. Ulta did the right thing and gave me a $30 gift card to replace the bonus items that were no longer available on the first lost shipment.
But two weeks later, for the second shipment, lasership pulled a new trick. "Exception. Delivery cannot be made. Business is closed"
I live in a single family home. The text message came at 10:30 pm. Obviously they are stealing these items to resell and just inserting random reasons for non delivery. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this.
Now I have to wait the 11 days again so ulta can refund my money. And of course the different bonus items will be unavailable again. I wonder if Sephora uses lasership. I swear I will not order again from anyone who uses them. You would think these businesses would figure out that this is costing them customers!

Terrible Service
June 21, 2021

No pros that I can think of but many cons. Delivery is slower than another provider. My package was thrown over our fence down onto our patio and landed about 10 ft. From the door. The expected deliver date was changed several times and then totally deleted. Not our first experience with them.

This company can care less about people's packages. They will leave your package at the wrong address or anywhere else but where it's supposed to be. I'm gonna give Amazon a time out until they bring back their delivery options because this lasership is the worst.

Ordered from Fanatics and they used Lasership to ship my package. What a shame! They say they've attempted delivery twice. It's now day three and I'll probably get the same sorry excuse. No other delivery company has had an issue delivering to my address. Their customer service is isn't that great either. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

If you google "same day delivery" "amazon" "Lasership" you will find hundreds of one-star reviews from people who were upset because not only were multiple items not delivered, but also because Lasership claimed that they were. Many are based in NYC - I am another one of those people. This has happened with them before and every time it's a several-day runaround to get a refund. Suffice to say, you should steer clear of these guys.

Lasership will have your package out for delivery all day, then late at night lie and mark it as delivered. This is a constant issue with them. Are they doing this to make their internal logistics look better and keep free packages? They need to be put out of business.

How do they stay in business?

Ordered from Sorel. Package not delivered because: "An access code or instructions are needed to complete delivery." Nothing special about my address. Never had a problem b4. Wrote LaserShip 3x asking what they needed - no response. Sorel's AI now says (5 days after 1st attempted delivery) order being shipping to arrive Nov 9 via UPS Ground (13 days after 1st attempted delivery). Maybe LaserShip is out? They should be.

Worst.shipping.ever

Businesses that use lasership as their method of shipping should be prepared for frequent full customer refunds. I've ordered countless items and when lasership is used by the business my package is left in the rain, thrown on the street, or never delivered. Why does anyone continue to choose lasership!?!?
