They claim they delivered a package to my house. I have security cameras showing the vehicle pulling up at the exact time someone "signed" for the delivery, yet no one got out of the vehicle (both my husband and I were home, our vehicles also shown in the security cam) and they drove away two minutes later. Despite several attempts to speak with customer service, my inquiries have gone with no response. Since this problem, I have read reviews on several sites, and I can't believe - not only - that this company is still in business, but that companies are actually still using them to "deliver" things! They've got employees AND managers convicted of theft, videos showing drivers literally throwing boxes at houses, and the worst ratings I've ever seen. They should be shut down immediately.
Let me start off by saying this, those "positive reviews?" Yeah, don't believe the hype those are people who works for this dumb company. Anybody who really thinks this shipping company is good are a bunch of fools. They're absolutely trash! I ordered from Fashion Nova and I needed this package because it was some of my boyfriend's birthday gifts for next week and they've stolen it. Y'all just suck and I hope NOBODY wants to use you guys ever again!
I thought they were incredible. I live in the country and fed ex, ups and even our mail carrier mess up all the time (which is generally why I don't order anything to be delivered). I've had so many packages I've never had received and been out of luck so many times. But they arrived on time and right at my front door knocking. So appreciative and impressed. Fantastic job ya'll! Very polite also.
I did not like this company at all but after me avoiding companies that used them I ordered through Kohls and Nordstroms and they both used them. I was able to put detailed info for the driver they now take a photo and they all seem very polite so cheers to you for the improvements my packages have arrived in good shape
I count myself lucky. I live about an hour from a Vitacost warehouse so when they ship with this ridiculous company I usually get my order the next day. That said, they drive these beat up piece of crap cars that, when you hear the booming base and VROOM VROOM of them trying to sound cool in their crappy cars it scared me because I had no clue who was in my driveway and what they could possibly want. Then some kid gets out with my rather large box and rings my doorbell and beats on my door sending my dogs into a frenzy. Hearing the dogs he literally runs to his car, revs the engine and hauls butt. No ID on the vehicles, ever. UNTIL. Recently they've started wearing uniforms and one time I got a delivery from a brand new VAN with laser ship on it! Once. I guess they can only afford one.
Their tracking is ridiculous. It's never up to date. Their customer service is run with gum cracking young girls (OK, some guys too) that could care less about your package or their job. They really are a terrible company and the one time Amazon delivered with them I complained to them that I expected better from Amazon. Never had another Amazon delivery from laser ship since. Now they just use the USPS which is another bad review...
Demand the company you buy from to stop using this POS company. Maybe they'll go out of business.
I received an email saying they had a difficulty in delivery. Reading reviews I have no mailbox for them to shove a package in and they don't get out of their vehicle for delivery. Update tomorrow when they'll try again I suppose. UPDATE*** AFTER REACHING OUT TO AMAZON LAST NIGHT. AND THEY PLAYED IT LIKE IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT THEIR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ON THE GUARANTEED DAY THAT THEY CHOSE. AND EMAILING LASERSHIP I DID GET MY PACKAGE TODAY. SO I GAVE CHANGED RATING FROM A 1 TO 3 BECAUSE I DID GET THE PACKAGE A DAY LATE.
We live in a brand new housing development and the address cannot be found on GPS yet.
Our package hadn't arrived yet and the tracking showed it "attempted". My wife called LaserShip Customer Service and tried to explain where the new house is and the CSR (George) kept asking my wife to repeat all the information. She did explain it in detail using a known address and where to go from there. Other delivery companies have no issue with these directions. He hung up on my wife. I called LaserShip Customer Service and got a CSR named Naveen. I explained the same thing to the CSR and she was apologetic and ensured me that she would talk to the driver. She told me that it would be out the next day. The next day came and passed with no package. I called LaserShip again and I got the same CSR (Naveen). She put me on hold and was calling the driver. She told me that the driver Would deliver it today. It did get delievered late that night. I personally thank Naveen for ensuring it would get to us. However George should be Fired for hanging up on a paying customer.
Very simply, in 2 words…. They SUCK!
And beware - Warby Parker now uses them and will no doubt lose customers because of their poor corporate decision choosing this loser of a company! They claim to have attempted delivery but did not and won't attempt another in the same day!

This is the only shipping company I've ever dealt with that lied about a delivery. Camera evidence they never delivered, bogus investigation ended without starting. REI is on the hook for $500 to replace, but it costs consumers in the end. Only explanation that makes sense to me with all of these similar complaints is outright theft by Lasership.
Rinse and repeat. Lies about additional information being needed for delivery. No movement for weeks. Then they say they don't know where the package even is and to contact the seller, Straight up theft. Perhaps we should create a database with the contents of undelivered packages and monitor secondary selling sites.
The fact that their most popular asked question on their website is "What do I do if my package is marked delivered but I can't find it?" tells you ALL you need to know about these people at Lasership. Its just ridiculous. How come they are gonna say they left my package "at the front door" of an entire apartment complex. Just doesn't make any sense.
I wish that I could give less than one star. LaserShip is the WORST delivery service! How is it possible that I received a partial delivery from them not two days ago but today they're not able to delivery because, " We may need additional information to complete your delivery. Please confirm full address within 3 business days". Now the remainder of the item I purchased which, I paid for to guarantee delivery within two days, will take another three days to deliver? I would call/email them but I already know from experience they won't answer! I'll get an automatic reply saying that someone will get back to me but they never respond. Avoid LaserShip at all costs!
Just about every time I make a purchase at Nike.com and they choose to ship item with Lasership, it reaches their warehouse in Meriden, CT then they're unable to locate package. It's not only with Nike, I've had this issue with other online retailers who chose to ship with Lasership. I don't get or miss out on my product but at least I get a full refund or the company ships using another reputable shipping agency.
Dealing with Lasership is a real inconvenience!
Four items ordered via Amazon for Christmas presents are marked delivered today by LaserShip and yet no sign of packages nor attempt to deliver, as i have been sitting right inside my front door all day. And their response via customer service is "the tracking status must have been updated too soon - if the items don't show up in a couple days, give us a call. I have a JD, and that is called F-R-A-U-D. What is the point of tracking items at all if companies get away with updating their systems with fraudulent information?
The worst part is that their name is smeared all over the internet, yet consumers have no choice in the matter when ordering, as to what service is entrusted with their purchases. C'mon, Amazon!
If I could give it a minus ten rating, I would do it. This is the worst company you can imagine. They constantly delay delivery and pretend that they wanted to deliver, but were unable to. Something always bothers them. Because of this, everything you receive through them will never be received on time. It surprises me that large trading platforms turn to them for delivery. No one looks at the ratings except buyers?
Some of my daughter's Christmas present were shipped through this company all in one package. They claimed It was delivered but I never received it, I am very diligent with my packages and never had issues receiving packages prior to this or all of this holiday season. I reached out to customer service via email and was told I need to go to the shipper (who understandably also denied responsibility) for a resolution when Lasership is the responsible party. After much back and forth of hearing the same response I gave up. They refuse to help or compensate. Both seller and shipper were paid by me for stuff i will never receive. They are the worst!
I don't know why this place is still in business. Or why anybody would even use them. Apparently I'm not the only one complaining from the company I purchased through. More than likely they're not going to be using LaserShip anymore
Why is this company still allowed to be in business? Literally every single package I order that ends up being delivered by Lasership is days late. Every single time. Now of course they're using the latest storm in the northeast as the reason why. BS! All other packages I order were only a day late. Now my packages being delivered by LS is currently 3 days late. Mind you every day I get an "delivery attempted" email which is a complete LIE! Why does Amazon still use them is beyond me. Something needs to be done! Customer never picks up the phone. I've never even received an email regarding complaints on missing packages. Instead, a package that's missing for days randomly shows up at my door when I open it. Not even a knock on the door. These ppl are unprofessional from top to bottom.
I'm literally going to stop placing online orders with companies using this carrier. They are always many days late and state they made delivery attempts when they didn't. Never have these issues with other carriers
Either LaserShip is days late with your delivery or they say that there is a delivery exception and to fill out their form, but do specify the issue. Assuming it is an address issue, it would be odd since the online store we order from (i.e., Nike) has been delivering to the same exact address for years. I even had Nike contact LaserShip to help resolve the issue, and days later the package is still showing as a "Delivery Exception." LaserShip is the worst, and I can only assume that their shipping prices are so low that online retailers just can't say no. Well, if they keep using shipping companies that "lose" people's expensive items, or delay deliveries for no apparent reason, online retailers will end up paying for it in other ways that hurt their bottom line.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
