Buyer BEWARE! This company will SCAM you! If I could give a 0 stars I would! They shipped the wrong product with the incorrect advertised dimensions. At first they agreed in writing to refund the money by a certain date and have the items handled and shipped by their company. When I asked for a receipt of refund they fraudulently began to cover-up the responsibility for sending incorrect items and never paying the refund amount. They have adjusted the refund policies multiple times, since not paying the refund. This company will SCAM you! They cannot be trusted!

This company is totally fraud, avoid them at any cost
We ordered our furniture 2 months ago and still haven't got it
3 times it was delivered wrong and last time it was so damaged that we could see the damage even before opening the packing
When we asked for cancellation, they stopped taking our calls or responding to our emails
We are stuck and thinking of taking them to court. Anyone who wants to join us call us at *******931
Looks like they have done this so many times and always got away with it because no one takes any action against them. I ask anyone who is in same boat as ours to reach out to us so that these guys stop doing the same to others

Had a good overall experience at the outlet store location. The customer service was great the second I walked in. I was immediately helped by Jeffrey C. Who was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the furniture. I ended up buying a red and black sectional sofa for a great price. Will be back.

PS. If you're ever going to go here look for Jeffrey C.!

Absolute scammers. As soon as you order they send you a text mesage instructing you to lie about delivery condition.

"As the time of delivery you mut mark BOX IS DAMAGED. Don't worry your driver won't get in trouble."

Delivery took 8 weeks longer than they said on the site and the table they sent was not even close to as pictured. They have no inventory and just dropship everything so they have zero quality control. Multiple pieces were missing and the instructions were barely half a page of broken english.

When I went to return the product, they didn't respond for over a week as I kept following up they finally responded, didn't understand my request, tried to tell me I bought the wrong product, and then denied my return request. I had no other option but to go to small claims court and simultaneously open a credit card dispute for this large purchase that they won't fix.

BUYERS STAY AWAY from this business!

The WORST buying experience ever!
DO NOT do business with them - they are liars!
I came to store got 3 items (2 of them were in stock) and we agreed on a price and delivery fees and that items in stock will be delivered right away. Imagine my surprise when I called 2 weeks later to find out what is going on with my delivery - they told me that because I got items to cheap I will have to pay additional $100 delivery fee - even though they advertise free curb side delivery nationwide and I live in the same area.
Naturally I cancelled my order - and now waiting how they going to scam me on a refund

What an awful experience!

What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole.

I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y. O. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the kids...

LA Furniture offered me a $200 refund today. For what? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $1 back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud! #dontbuy

I had been looking for a long time a modern bedroom, simple design, contemporary and ergonomic. I had visited dozens of stores around the city and dozens of Internet sites and could not find anything I liked.

Until I found on the Internet at www.lafurniturestore.com I fell in love when I saw the Curve Modern Platform Bed. In my 18 years of industrial designer never seen anything so perfect for my picky taste.

The price I thought was great, the only risk I had to take was expected to see the quality when I got home, the photos sometimes deceiving. I call, I talk to Jeffrey, very friendly and professional person. I convinced myself that was what was really what I wanted.

The quality is equal or better as shown in the pictures!

I'm happy! Thanks Jeffrey!

LA Furniture has the lastest modern, Italian and contempory style furniture for reasonable prices. I had a hard time narrowing down which sofa to purchase as they have such an impressive selection. I love the one I ended up going with and would recommend this place to anyone with classic good taste.

Don't deal with them...
February 5, 2016

I ordered a bedroom set with a platform bed. When it arrived the slats for the bed were the wrong ones. Took a couple of weeks before they got back to me. They promised to send the correct slats and frame but it's been a month and a half and I still don't have them. I been in contact with them over 5 emails and they say they'll let me know when they will ship. Still nothing.

I purchased and they delivered sofa and chair. Both pieces have plastic wrapping and cloth strap inprints on the susposed to be leather arms. The middle sofa support cannot be attached due to a 3x4 inch piece of wood support not being connected to anything. Then they tell me the sofa is not supposed to have a mid support even though it can with the other legs. Both pieces have an aweful smell and were so far short of the advertised measurements that they took it off the site after I threatened to get an attorney. After one week I had to put the items in my shed as I could no longer tolerate the stench. I followed the given instructions one hour after delivery and submitted my complaint along with photos. Tried to submit more photos but it only allowed one here. Everything had to be done via email. This company refused to take the furniture back or issue me a refund. So they offered to send someone out to fix the problem and even sent me instructions on how to repair it myself. The last email I received from them stated they would charge me a 35% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping. Who wants to deal with this after spending thousands! If you want a horrible furniture buying experience, shop here!

Offer shipping cost to cover damaged product just stay from them

Lethers cuts and damaged from 3 to 4 sides wood showing in sofa and lights not working at all. Extremely damaged
Coffey table is also damaged.
Wood is showing.

Repair company gave me estimate to replace the leather, fix the wood from indies and fix table nearly $2500
They have to take a part whole thing to fix it.
Lost everything money and received damaged goods.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that your furniture arrived damaged. According to our policy notes about damage have to be made on the delivery receipt in order for us to be able to file a claim with the delivery company. You did not make any notes on the receipt, therefore we have offered to give you a refund that you can use to repair the damage, you have refused our offered refund and said that you want 70% off refunded. We are not able to refund 70% off as this ends up costing more than the furniture itself and more than is needed in order to repair. We are still willing to honor the refund that was originally promised to you. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

The color of the bed had been digitally enhanced to appear more vibrant, so much so that it was a completely different shade. It is still a beautiful high quality piece but we would NOT have purchased it.

Love the chest and nightstand

Love the chest and nightstand. Nice Solid pieces. Soft close drawers open/close nicely and drawers are roomy. Very cool drawer pulls. Delivery was smooth, we had some rain, driver put our palette in the garage. Was a friendly fellow with a face mask and respected social distancing. Well packed order. Heavy! You'll need help moving this into your home. Good price, below other dealers even with shipping.

We had a great experience with LA Furniture. We first were browsing via on their website but wanted to go in person to see the couch style we liked. We went in and found a floor model in a different color. We decided to visit their other location not too far away to see what they had there. We ended up finding a dining table we really liked as well. Since it was Black Friday they were running a sale. We met with Jeffrey and he helped us and worked with us on getting a great deal if we were to purchase both couch and dining table that day. You definitely can work out a great deal in person, as supposed to online of course! We also lucked out on scheduling next day delivery since they were going to be in our area anyways! We were happy with the delivery, well wrapped and the guys set it up quickly. They were friendly and asked where I needed the couch and the table to be placed at. I like this store because you can find really unique stuff. If you're in the area, I would suggest going to their showrooms first to see it in person before purchasing. I can understand how custom-orders can take a while, luckily we were able to find stuff that were in stock, and that is what made it easy for us. Ask for Jeffrey, he was cool and didn't pressure us into buying.

Beautiful furniture and process of ordering was quick and easy. The store had the contact number wrong and I reached out to give customer service the correct one. They never gave the updated contact number to the shipping company so my furniture just sat at their warehouse. I contacted LA furniture, their shipping company and the parent shipping company to try and get my furniture delivered.

I love that I can pay through Amazon. Also, free shipping to AZ! Unfortunately, our delivery driver was angry that we wanted to unwrap and inspect our sofa. We contacted LA Furniture and they apologized for his behavior, and told us that they will follow up with the shipper, DATS shipping, to make sure that the issue does not occur again

The "regular" checkout page is a little wonky, but checkout using PayPal Express works perfectly. Live chat was very useful (thank you Oleg). Shipping was very prompt, although communication was a bit iffy -- I received notification that the item had shipped the day after I received it. Fortunately the local delivery people had contacted me by phone to arrange delivery so that worked out fine. The item (a bed) is good quality, although the colors were a little different than shown in the pictures. I still like it anyway so it's okay, and that is the inevitable risk of buying furniture online without having seen it in person. Overall though, very good experience with this seller.

Promotion ads doesn't work

Promotion ads doesn't work. Either remove it or let customer entitled to it. No joke.
Must be updated inventory faster than. Don't wait another week to call in that product is unavailable.
Do not charge upfront right after order then week later said it is unavailable. Take another couple more week for refund.
Hope you do better with different approach.
