Love the chest and nightstand. Nice Solid pieces. Soft close drawers open/close nicely and drawers are roomy. Very cool drawer pulls. Delivery was smooth, we had some rain, driver put our palette in the garage. Was a friendly fellow with a face mask and respected social distancing. Well packed order. Heavy! You'll need help moving this into your home. Good price, below other dealers even with shipping.

Found the dining room chairs we wanted to suit the style of our home. Shopping experience was pleasant. I would have liked more color options but other than that it was great.

web site had problems in the order process, threw me out of checkout and had to start over. Also, unable to get through on the phone, or on chat to anyone to help me out. Was able to get through very early this morning, but repeated attempts after that failed. Also did not receive a call-back via the Call Me button on the site. Disappointing level of customer service.

Buyer BEWARE! This company will SCAM you! If I could give a 0 stars I would! They shipped the wrong product with the incorrect advertised dimensions. At first they agreed in writing to refund the money by a certain date and have the items handled and shipped by their company. When I asked for a receipt of refund they fraudulently began to cover-up the responsibility for sending incorrect items and never paying the refund amount. They have adjusted the refund policies multiple times, since not paying the refund. This company will SCAM you! They cannot be trusted!

The only thing that i am not happy with is your curbside delivery. It should be brought into my home and set up for an additional, reasonable fee.

Absolute scammers. As soon as you order they send you a text mesage instructing you to lie about delivery condition.

"As the time of delivery you mut mark BOX IS DAMAGED. Don't worry your driver won't get in trouble."

Delivery took 8 weeks longer than they said on the site and the table they sent was not even close to as pictured. They have no inventory and just dropship everything so they have zero quality control. Multiple pieces were missing and the instructions were barely half a page of broken english.

When I went to return the product, they didn't respond for over a week as I kept following up they finally responded, didn't understand my request, tried to tell me I bought the wrong product, and then denied my return request. I had no other option but to go to small claims court and simultaneously open a credit card dispute for this large purchase that they won't fix.

Best selections in the city. I have been trying to find the perfect sectional for my space for such a long time and I finally found it. I was greeted my Karen and he was very helpful took his time to make sure I got a great deal,which I did. Overall experience was 5 stars. They really work with your price range and make sure you walk away happy. So if your looking for something specific visit them and trust me you won't be disappointed.

This was first with LA furniture..they had the best price for what we wanted. Shipped quickly but their notification process needs work. It all worked out and the furniture is fabulous! Would order from them again.

Customer service was probably the worst part of the service. My order was delayed due to my name difference on my credit card (just got married) and no one notified me of that. So when I called to check on status it was held up. I had to call 3 separate times to resolve the issue and all times was place on hold for 5-10 minutes. Delivery schedule was not flexible so I ended up renting a truck to pick up my package myself but still paid for delivery. Overall, I wouldn't go through this experience again. I'd find another store to purchase from.

I ordered a couch mid-May and was told it would be in stock end of June. I then contact them in June and they push me off to the end of July. Mind you, this took multiple customer service calls/chats to get them to admit this. It is now August 6th, and there is still no couch.

They did not attempt to remedy the delay in any way. I would never shop or recommend this place. They are unreliable, and very poor at communication.

This is an update: Finally after few weeks of emails ans phone calls, i received s phone call that they agree to give us a $300 store gift card, which is 10%. So I agreed as there was no other choice, since they told us they cant refund the money and pick up the pieces. So we accepted the gift card and now have to wait another 8 weeks for the missing parts to come!

Beautiful furniture and process of ordering was quick and easy. The store had the contact number wrong and I reached out to give customer service the correct one. They never gave the updated contact number to the shipping company so my furniture just sat at their warehouse. I contacted LA furniture, their shipping company and the parent shipping company to try and get my furniture delivered.

I purchased a modern bedroom set. The headboard and nightstand arrived damaged. I submitted a claim, sent pictures, made phone calls. Six weeks later no contact made to resolve the damaged furniture. Extremely dissatisfied and poor customer service. I will not recommended nor buy from here again!!

Great items!!! the installers were wonderful and so careful - It was an overall great experience and I will purchase form them again.

Buying website confusing and formatting was off in some areas. Tried twice and finally got to the end. Does not work at all on mobile devices like an ipad.

I ordered 2 sectional sofas and a patio furniture from LAFurniture.com. I got a great deal on their thanksgiving sale. I did a lot of research and I found their prices to be very competitive. Frankly, I was little skeptical after I read some of the bad reviews about them but I did not face any issue with my order. Their delivery was super fast and the items arrived with-in a week in brand new condition without any damage. Quite satisfied with my experience and I have already recommended their website to couple of my friends.

The coupon codes are misleading (not giving a full 25% off our order) or doing nothing at all (not giving us free shipping). Disappointing and confusing.

The top of your web page states 35 % off & free delivery however, it doesnt guide you to the code or info to use for these discounts so whats the use of posting it ? Also for out of state shipping it gives no option other than Curbside Delivery I would've preferred to have it dropped inside the home especially if I have no option than to pay $265 to get what I'm sure is a quite heavy piece of furniture dumped on the Curb ! Had I been able to find this elsewhere even at a higher price but with Delivery options I would've bought it from someone else !

I found the perfect table for my office/studio on line. I was a little uncertain because a) I had never seen the table before and b) the table was coming to the midwest from a company I never heard of. Everything turned out perfectly. I received emails answering all my questions promptly. I was able to talk to customer service on the phone. The table exceeded my expectations. I would do business with L.A. Furniture again.

This is an easy to use website however, need to place the button for Submit Orrder farther from the signature box as i accidentally pressed the submit order button after only having signed my 1st name.

Was very disappointed with our in store experience. Tony at your showroom off of I-5 had been helping us with our purchase and informed us that he would go check on stock. 20 mins later and still no Tony we go downstairs to check and find him with another customer sitting at his desk helping them. Very disspointed with the level of service and left without purchasing anything. If we were not so tired of looking for a coffee table this would not be a purchase we would be making.

Our experience with LA Furniture was fantastic across the board. They had the table we wanted in stock and at the best price on the web. They graciously delayed our shipping date to accommodate some last minute business travel that took me out of town and when our table arrived it was in perfect condition and of very high quality. I recommend them highly!
