Getting my chairs after I ordered them was a nightmare. It is very difficult to actually get someone on the phone from the store and emails were not replied to either. I got the run around for two weeks. I even left a message for the store manager and he never returned my call. Lynda, who was my contact was AWFUL to work with, so unprofessional! Although I like my chairs, I will NEVER buy another item from LA Furniture. If you find something you like on the web site, buy it elsewhere and save yourself the stress and hassle dealing with a company that so clearly does not care about their customers.

I ordered a couch mid-May and was told it would be in stock end of June. I then contact them in June and they push me off to the end of July. Mind you, this took multiple customer service calls/chats to get them to admit this. It is now August 6th, and there is still no couch.

They did not attempt to remedy the delay in any way. I would never shop or recommend this place. They are unreliable, and very poor at communication.

What an awful experience!

What an awful experience! For $**** I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole.

I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y.o. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the kids...

LA Furniture offered me a $*** refund today. For what? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $* back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud!

I bought a dining table BONO Z base and 10 Chairs Z base. Also I bought 2 Lounge Leather Chairs. One of them was delivered damaged as the leather was cut and bottom base uneven. I have filed a claim online with pictures included, still have no answer from your store customer service. So I am stuck with a damaged lounge chair furniture at home.About the 10 dining chairs they all came damaged, I had to wait 1 month so you can deliver them in a good condition. Leather was damaged on the chairs with dirt and leather glue,so your delivery boys came 3 times back and forth to deliver the dining chairs in a good condition.I have contacted the sales person about this problem at your Trigg St. La Furniture store but no reply at all. I have never had such an experience in my life with a furniture purchase as I had with your store.I will recommend to take action and do business the professional way.

I ordered 2 sectional sofas and a patio furniture from LAFurniture.com. I got a great deal on their thanksgiving sale. I did a lot of research and I found their prices to be very competitive. Frankly, I was little skeptical after I read some of the bad reviews about them but I did not face any issue with my order. Their delivery was super fast and the items arrived with-in a week in brand new condition without any damage. Quite satisfied with my experience and I have already recommended their website to couple of my friends.

Web site had problems in the order process, threw me out of checkout and had to start over. Also, unable to get through on the phone, or on chat to anyone to help me out. Was able to get through very early this morning, but repeated attempts after that failed. Also did not receive a call-back via the Call Me button on the site. Disappointing level of customer service.

There was a tear in the leather that I didn't find until I brought it inside. The delivery man wouldn't wait while I inspected for damage. I'm unhappy about this but I think it will probably be easier to repair it than file a claim with you. The sectional is beautiful overall.

Was very disappointed with our in store experience. Tony at your showroom off of I-5 had been helping us with our purchase and informed us that he would go check on stock. 20 mins later and still no Tony we go downstairs to check and find him with another customer sitting at his desk helping them. Very disspointed with the level of service and left without purchasing anything. If we were not so tired of looking for a coffee table this would not be a purchase we would be making.

I purchased a modern bedroom set
September 15, 2018

I purchased a modern bedroom set. The headboard and nightstand arrived damaged. I submitted a claim, sent pictures, made phone calls. Six weeks later no contact made to resolve the damaged furniture. Extremely dissatisfied and poor customer service. I will not recommended nor buy from here again!

I contacted customer service a week after placing my order to see if it had shipped, and if not, when it would ship. The person told me over the phone that my order had already shipped, and what the projected delivery date was. I received a tracking number the following Monday - 10 days after placing my order. The only recommendation I have is to send out tracking numbers sooner.

No one answers your phones when I call 1800!
June 17, 2015

No one answers your phones when I call 1800! Number! I was told my $1,600 dollar couch would be delivered on Friday. It was a surprise for my wife for her anniversary. The Saia company that shipped wouldn't answer the phone. No one would call me back.

I finally got it Tuesday the following week. It ruined the whole surprise. We sat waiting while my couch sat in a warehouse in Dallas just 20 miles away! I would of picked it up if I could of to not ruin her surprise.

I was told by LA Furniture that someone would do something about it and get me some kind of money back or discount for my troubles. Nothing has been done and no one has contacted me. Obviously, I must not be important to La Furniture.

We liked our Japanese platform bed and got it delivered in a timely matter. When we putted together, we were not 100 % happy with it. We think it is overpriced. It's an OK bed but materials are not top quality.

I found the perfect table for my office/studio on line. I was a little uncertain because a) I had never seen the table before and b) the table was coming to the midwest from a company I never heard of. Everything turned out perfectly. I received emails answering all my questions promptly. I was able to talk to customer service on the phone. The table exceeded my expectations. I would do business with L.A. Furniture again.

The sectional I ordered is really nice, and i got it at a better price here, but it left the warehouse 2 weeks after it was suppose to be actually already in my home. I called 3 times before it left the warehouse. Yes I was furious! Once it finally left the warehouse I received my sectional in a timely manner 2 business days to be exact! So that was great thankfully!

I placed my order on 07/15/15, I got most of my bedroom set in September, we had to go through a lot of difficulties. The only thing that wasn't delivered was the chest, but I paid the amount in full. They gave $50 discount for all the headache, but shipping was $500, and I still don't have my chest, today is 12/22/15. They don't even know when it will arrive, so I told them to return me the money for the chest, they told it's impossible because it's a special order. I spoke with Linda her ext#516, Marina, Andrea. I tied to contact their top manager for 10 days by phone and email-what I got back is a total ignore, his name is Art ext#503. All the people that I've talk to are laying all the time, they never tell the truth. Hopfully I'll get my chest soon or my money back. By the way, they placed a new order for me which I never did for another chest, but it's the same finish of the chest that I've ordered. Terrible store and customer service. I'll keep you informed what happens next!

It would be nice to know the price of the shipping cost up front instead of being surprised of the actual amount during the payment process. A little pricey for the overall cost but it's a beautiful piece of furniture and a compliment to the style of my living room layout.

Site, Customer Service and Products are great. Instructions to build one bed is difficult...perhaps a video to build would be helpful. I am really pleased with all aspects of the customer service. I think adding white glove set up and services would be a great addition to the site.

I was very excited about getting my beautiful white furniture set. It was the center piece to my business. As soon as the furniture came off the truck I noticed damage to the couch. I called the company before the truck even left and they told me that they could send someone out to repair it and if it wasn't fixable, they would replace it... 5 weeks later... I am now being ignored by the manager and have not received any help at all! I have NEVER in my experience of ordering things off line been treated this way. Good luck getting any help if something is wrong with your furniture! Would recommend you finding somewhere else to purchase your furniture!

I received my order in a timely manner and also in good condition. The delivery person was courteous and patient. But I'm noticing a squeaking noise when sitting and moving on one end of the sofa and also the distortion in the leather changing.

We purchased the white maxi table that extends to 126 inch and it looks amazing. It was easy to install and is very sturdy. We love it and would not hesitate to recommend the product or the company. The price was also really good. Thank you.
