Best selections in the city. I have been trying to find the perfect sectional for my space for such a long time and I finally found it. I was greeted my Karen and he was very helpful took his time to make sure I got a great deal,which I did. Overall experience was 5 stars. They really work with your price range and make sure you walk away happy. So if your looking for something specific visit them and trust me you won't be disappointed.

Getting my chairs after I ordered them was a nightmare. It is very difficult to actually get someone on the phone from the store and emails were not replied to either. I got the run around for two weeks. I even left a message for the store manager and he never returned my call. Lynda, who was my contact was AWFUL to work with, so unprofessional! Although I like my chairs, I will NEVER buy another item from LA Furniture. If you find something you like on the web site, buy it elsewhere and save yourself the stress and hassle dealing with a company that so clearly does not care about their customers.

I purchased this item because of the price. CS was great when placing the order. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS NOT WHITE GLOVE SERVICE, WHEN THE DELIVERY IS OUT OF STATE. The Carrier delivered my COUCH to the curve and I was responsible for getting it in the house. Luckily my husband was home instead of me...I would have had to refuse the delivery. Even my husband needed help from a neighbor to pull the furniture in from the curb to the house. The driver said that he couldn't deliver inside of the house because of liability reasons. LA Furniture why did you contract them out? Is the million $ question.
