I am very impressed with the value, quality and choices offered by LA Furniture Store. I am located in the Southeast but the ease of doing business, on-line, for furniture really surprised me! I have never done it before so I required a lot of patience and explanations. Nayri was just fantastic and very helpful; she addressed all of my concerns and provided detailed explanation of the products, no matter how many times I asked. The service received from Nayri and the staff was exceptional. They always responded to my questions in a timely and informative manner. I recommended them to my friends and family!

Customer service was probably the worst part of the service. My order was delayed due to my name difference on my credit card (just got married) and no one notified me of that. So when I called to check on status it was held up. I had to call 3 separate times to resolve the issue and all times was place on hold for 5-10 minutes. Delivery schedule was not flexible so I ended up renting a truck to pick up my package myself but still paid for delivery. Overall, I wouldn't go through this experience again. I'd find another store to purchase from.

The bed was delivered in a timely, professional manner. However, after the sun went down, it became noticable that the glossy black portion of the headboard had a crack in it (actually looks like a small raised portion as if someone pounded a nail half way through the back). Because of the glossy black finish, the defect is almost impossible to detect in sunlight (hence my signing for it without noticing). To further complicate matters, LA Furniture wants pictures before they can correct. Taking a picture of this defect is a bear (to say the least). Have been trying in light, in dark, without flash, with flash, with light diffuser, etc. Hopefully, the most recent photo (3 days ago) shows the defect well enough. No response back from LA furniture.

I ordered 2 sectional sofas and a patio furniture from LAFurniture.com. I got a great deal on their thanksgiving sale. I did a lot of research and I found their prices to be very competitive. Frankly, I was little skeptical after I read some of the bad reviews about them but I did not face any issue with my order. Their delivery was super fast and the items arrived with-in a week in brand new condition without any damage. Quite satisfied with my experience and I have already recommended their website to couple of my friends.

Everything was fine, the order arrived earlier than I thought it would, which was awesome, it is a great piece of furniture and the assembly instructions were good, could have been a little more detailed, but we figured it our. We were satisfied with our purchase.

The article arrived as described. Not a scratch not a dent! Very satisfied with the furniture, it feels and looks good. It took 2 and half weeks to ship it, but I guess it's tolerable. Considering to buy more stuff from this store

Furniture: Luxury. Great

Price: pricey but worth it

Website: Good and easy to find what you need

Delivery: Fast got a call from the store few days after my order.

CONS ---greater than Delivery: they didn't deliver at my apartment, they left my huge buffet downstairs and asked me to give them $** to bring it to my apartment (I have an elevator, it was easy cause they had the tools) I told them "no thank you" and they left me with that huge buffet alone. Thanks god there is a lot of guys in my building and the employes are awesome. I m a single woman and when I order online its for me to be delivered at my house. That s the reason why I won't shop again at this store

Could not get on to Amazon to pay,it says it did not go through the first time so I hope it did not double up the order. Otherwise it was fine.

Initially had a very difficult time contacting the company regarding a sofa I ordered that was then out of stock.They did not response to phone or email for a long,long time.
Once they did respond, I got the issue cleared up and the furniture that remained on the order was delivered very quickly. It looks even better than the pictures.

Love the furniture and the ease of online order, however, our delivery was originally scheduled for Saturday, 4/7, between 1-4 pm. I was home from 11:30 am doing things around the house. When 4:00 rolled around and I hadn't received any call that the delivery was on its way, I tried to call, but didn't reach anyone. I finally got a call around 4:15 from Kevin saying the driver called him and said no one was home. They sent a picture of my house, but the problem was that no one came to the door. They were trying to call me, but they were calling the wrong number. Anyway, I was very bugged because we had to reschedule the delivery, but ultimately received our furniture. We really love it, but there was a slight scratch on the left front corner of the dresser.

What an awful experience!

What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole.

I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y. O. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the kids...

LA Furniture offered me a $200 refund today. For what? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $1 back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud! #dontbuy

Don't deal with them...
February 5, 2016

I ordered a bedroom set with a platform bed. When it arrived the slats for the bed were the wrong ones. Took a couple of weeks before they got back to me. They promised to send the correct slats and frame but it's been a month and a half and I still don't have them. I been in contact with them over 5 emails and they say they'll let me know when they will ship. Still nothing.

I purchased and they delivered sofa and chair. Both pieces have plastic wrapping and cloth strap inprints on the susposed to be leather arms. The middle sofa support cannot be attached due to a 3x4 inch piece of wood support not being connected to anything. Then they tell me the sofa is not supposed to have a mid support even though it can with the other legs. Both pieces have an aweful smell and were so far short of the advertised measurements that they took it off the site after I threatened to get an attorney. After one week I had to put the items in my shed as I could no longer tolerate the stench. I followed the given instructions one hour after delivery and submitted my complaint along with photos. Tried to submit more photos but it only allowed one here. Everything had to be done via email. This company refused to take the furniture back or issue me a refund. So they offered to send someone out to fix the problem and even sent me instructions on how to repair it myself. The last email I received from them stated they would charge me a 35% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping. Who wants to deal with this after spending thousands! If you want a horrible furniture buying experience, shop here!

Lethers cuts and damaged from 3 to 4 sides wood showing in sofa and lights not working at all. Extremely damaged
Coffey table is also damaged.
Wood is showing.
Bought for $3680. 40
Repair company gave me estimate to replace the leather, fix the wood from indies and fix table nearly $2500
They have to take a part whole thing to fix it.
Lost everything money and received damaged goods.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that your furniture arrived damaged. According to our policy notes about damage have to be made on the delivery receipt in order for us to be able to file a claim with the delivery company. You did not make any notes on the receipt, therefore we have offered to give you a refund that you can use to repair the damage, you have refused our offered refund and said that you want 70% off refunded. We are not able to refund 70% off as this ends up costing more than the furniture itself and more than is needed in order to repair. We are still willing to honor the refund that was originally promised to you. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!
April 2014 I purchase a bedroom set. I paid for special delivery (white glove delivery) when the order arrived the merchandise had a lot of scratches and the delivery man broke the drawer and the door night stand chest, which I had paid extra for the same reason I did not want to damage anything myself so I went ahead and paid for professional assembler. So then I filed a claim to customer service and they told me the night stand is out of stock there for I would have to wait 3 months for the same night stand, I decided to wait the 3 months. After the 3 months passed I emailed customer service regarding the night stand chest order and all they had to say was that it was still out of stock and I had to wait another 2 months on top of it. I am still waiting on the order to be stocked again till then I will give an update on this outcome."

They sent damaged sofa and right while delivering we rejected after speaking with their customer care who said they will process full refund. They call back again and say we have to pay for shipping and quote fine print should be read (even when they ship damaged goods they will charge you $300, TOTAL SCAM PLACE NEVER PLACE ORDERS ONLINE WITH THEM). I will take them to court and let the them decide what is correct.

"They are bunch of crooks and thiefs. I think they are doing some kind of ponzy scheme. We bought a set of sofa and they charged our credit cards and promised to deliver within 6-8 weeks. It took them 5 months to call us and tell us they are missing one of the sofas and we refused the delivery since we didn't want half of a sofa set. They didn't refund us and we had to dispute the charges and we found out they charged our credit card twice. We will report them to BBB and LA County Consumer Affair. That will show them. They are dishonest. They just charge the credit cards to pay their past due bills. The whole thing is a fraud. They don't sell furnitures they just steal your money. They are CROOKS. DISSATISFIED 100%. I hope somebody stops them for good so they don't steal people's money. I hope they get arrested for fraud."

This is an update: Finally after few weeks of emails ans phone calls, i received s phone call that they agree to give us a $300 store gift card, which is 10%. So I agreed as there was no other choice, since they told us they cant refund the money and pick up the pieces. So we accepted the gift card and now have to wait another 8 weeks for the missing parts to come!

Our experience with LA Furniture was fantastic across the board. They had the table we wanted in stock and at the best price on the web. They graciously delayed our shipping date to accommodate some last minute business travel that took me out of town and when our table arrived it was in perfect condition and of very high quality. I recommend them highly!
