I just started shopping with Krush Kandy and have only received a couple orders. One of them was the wrong item so I sent an email. They got back to me within 24 hours. WOW. I was so surprised to hear from them so soon. This is what I call Customer Service.
I have been a customer since September 2024 and I have loved everything I have I purchased and got everything delivered in a timely fashion. KK has the best jewelry and it will not disappoint. Check KrushKandy out!
DO MOT ORDER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE! I have three outstanding orders, dating back as far as December 13,2024. They have close to $200 of my money, I get no answers and no product. I've been told the pre-order from December has not yet been received, yet I can see the item in stock and am able to add to my cart. Emails are only answered once a week at best. No weekend customer support.
Paid for expedited 2 day shipping and did not receive item until 22 days. Contacted several times by email with no responses so customer service is a joke. Then received a very snarky email basically stating oh well it is what it is. This company has no class their products are subpar have a chemical smell to them. Buy from somewhere else. They run their business with zero care for the customers. No returns allowed they wont return your money only shop credit so you can wait another month for a terrible product. Buy somewhere else! Tons of complaints on social media about this company. BBB rating of F
They are good at taking your money right away. My order was placed on 2/6 I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It's the 18th still no item. So if you need this for a certain date like I did find another retailer. Also they do not refund they only offer store credit. They do not answer emails until after they know the product is shipped then blame the shipper. I emailed 3 times the final one asking them to cancel. So do not expect to have it in 4-7 days. Just want to clarify that for you. Just buyer beware with this company.

I had a pre orders which can take 6 to 8 weeks. I patiently waited and when I inquired about them they responded and made everything whole again, and even gave an extra $10 credit for my inconvience. Now that to me was a very nice gesture and going the extra mile for their customers.
Every time I email a question or concern I get a response within 24 hours. The response team is amazing. They are friendly and every question or concern I've had has been addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction.
I'm a fairly new customer but I will say I've bought from the site and from the lives. I bought an adorable pair of flare jeans in tall that I absolutely love, and a beautiful long kimono. Great quality and recieved tons of compliments! I recently bought an adorable pair of organs sweatpants from the live. I was nervous because I'm tall and sweatpants are hard to find to fit me, but her description on the live was spot on and the foot great! I will be a reigning customer for sure!

I recently placed my first order and within the order I immediately received one of the items ordered and loved the necklace! Received so many compliments and plan to purchase others in the future! The 2nd item ordered was delayed due to the USPS. After a few days of no movement of the package from tracking, I reached out to customer service and Krish Kandy immediately responded back to their effort to check into why I had not received my order along with notifying me of their efforts to get my package to me! I say this to say that their customer service has been nothing short of amazing! They got a tracker going and said they would resend my order due to a shipping/tracking issue with the USPS! I can now track my order and am expecting within a day or two! I fell they went above and beyond and I so appreciate that and look forward to future purchases!

I had randomly found Krush Kandy one day and loved the clothing, shoes and jewelry they offered. Ended up ordering an outfit and pair of shoes and it shipped couple days later! Had 1 minor thing with shipping so I emailed them and they were on top of it and handled it very professional and fast!
Have purchased a few times from KK & prices are reasonable & shipping is fairly quick. Such a great selection of items too!
This company is what I call a RARE JEWEL! And why I say rare jewel is bc I've never seen a small business go from first selling LulaRoe (was one of the top selling consultants) for years and years and then move on to something bigger and better. I LOVE Kristyn's style and I feel as if she put a lot of time into shopping for her customers and making sure everything is perfect for her customers. I've never seen anyone carry themselves with complete integrity all the while having to defend her business and dealing with such nonsense and immaturity from people that are jealous and want to destroy anything good that this boutique puts out! I will continue to support them and I thank her husband for his service to protect our country. All in all, this sweet boutique has earned above and beyond these 5 stars and I'm sure there are tons of others that will agree with me 💜

First. This customer did a chargeback and already received a refund via the chargeback as seen in the last attached photo uploaded. This means she had a resolution with the chargeback and has no reason for the BBB.
We appreciate your feedback, and we’d like to provide clarity on the situation regarding your order placed on February 6th.
At the time of purchase, before you completed your order, we transparently communicated under the Add to Cartbutton that our processing time was 4 to 7 business days due to an increase in order volume and a temporary staffing shortage. This information was visible to all customers, and we also posted a notice about potential delays in responding to emails, with an expected response time of 3 to 5 business days. Additionally, our auto-response email confirmed this delay when you first contacted us.
We created the shipping label for your order on February 10th, and tracking information shows the package was processed by the post office on February 18th, with delivery confirmed on February 20th. This was all within the 4 to 7 business day window we communicated, so there was no issue with the fulfillment of your order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
We also want to address the chargeback that you initiated. The item was delivered to you, and the chargeback has been processed with your bank, meaning you have already received a refund. Since you have both the item and the refund, this situation should be considered resolved and is actually stealing on your end.
We also want to note that using offensive language toward our customer service representatives and telling them to F*** off is inappropriate and unacceptable.
