I ordered and item 2 weeks before my trip so I would have it and it never shipped. I requested a refund because it never shipped. They offered me a credit. I told them I did not want to do business with them again and I wanted a refund. I never heard from again. These people are scammers don't do business with them!
I think all these reviews saying customer service has been great, are reviews coming from their friends and family. I will never order from this company again. Their policy says shipments no longer than 10 business days and still have not rec'd tracking information well over 10 business days. They will not respond to any of my emails. They will not refund me MY money. They have at this point stolen from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I placed an order a month ago and never received it. I texted them and the next day they replied and told me what to do. I waited and the next week still nothing received. I sent another text and right away I found out what went wrong and the issue was resolved right away! Thank you!
I absolutely LOVE the things Krush Krandy offers. Always beautiful jewelry pieces and very cute, on-trend clothing items. It's soooo hard to not add them ALL to cart and check out! Although they do also offer pay in 4 payment plans too!

KKB is my favorite place to shop, I love Krystin's lives. KKB products are awesome quality for the price and absolutely beautiful one of a kind pieces! If you look around you will not find this kind of quality for this price ever. The bad reviews are from people doing custom orders, they're into instant gratification and that's not how custom orders work, she states on her preorder the time it takes idk 6-8 weeks. It's worth the wait all day every day.

I ordered a pair of KanCan flares that were on backorder in my size. They showed up earlier than the date expected and they were SO cute! I love the styles they carry and the prices are very reasonable!
