I purchased an item from Kandy Krush on December 25,2024. It is now 2/2/25 and I still have not received my item and when I look up my order on their website it states that the order is"unfulfilled." I sent out an email inquiring about my item and was given the run around about shipping delays due to the holidays. The holidays are long over and I still do not have my item. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and Kandy Krush is holding up the dispute by not communicating with the credit card company. Do not order from Kandy Krush unless you want to donate your money! I did not add photos because it contains my personal information.
I have ordered from Krush candy for over a year now & i absolutely love Kristen's jewelry. High quality, genuine gemstones & sterling silver. Each piece is truly a work of art. I highly recommend!

I had some hiccups with an order. The owner directly voice messaged me (a 9 minute long message!) explaining what went wrong and fixed it. I was grateful she took the time and made things better. As far as their products, I love everything I've bought!

I mainly buy their sterling silver jewelry because I am obsessed, though. Such unique, beautiful pieces that are top notch in quality! I have had a few issues over the years with orders, but they have always helped solve them. I also love how they give back to their customers when they can. My favorite- Free starbucks, yes please!

I have been shopping with this wonderful family owned and ran boutique for years. I have always loved the clothes, shoes, and jewelry I bought and recv'd. Customer Service has always been fabulous to work with when needed. I have never had a poor experience!
In the past I did have a few problems with them, but they made everything right. Since then they have hired more staff and are wonderful. They have great products and fast shipping.
I placed an order on January 15, and I still have received my order or any type of updates. Very poor customer service. Will never buy again from this company.
I have purchased about easily 10 tops and sweaters from this boutique and I wear them almost on the daily. They still hold their shape. They're not ripping or falling apart. Definitely recommend this boutique and family run business.

Never got order could not get any response till I popped up on her live in comments then she finally messaged me on messenger very hateful. Well not very buisness like for sure, said my package shipped and I need to figure it out so my loss I guess. I would not order from her. I will not again for sure.
Krush Kandy is hands down the most horrible scam on the internet and has been for the last TWO YEARS. They even have an entire group on FB of customers that are now victims. Please do your research before purchasing. They block customers that ask order questions on the lives and delete comments so you won't find any there. Search elsewhere for the truth. They just did a mass alert to all customers bribing them with $30 if they leave positive reviews across multiple platforms and that's highly illegal! Hopefully they will get shut down soon. Report to the FTC if you've been a victim of Krush Kandy Boutique.
