Krush Kandy has such a cute holiday items. My first KK purchase was a gorgeous Christmas sweater that I get compliments on every time I wear! Since then I've been back for other cute clothing items, jewelry, bags and more!
Only once have I had an issue with an order, the KK team responded quickly, followed all of their policy's, and resolved my issue in no time!
I will definitely be back for more!
Order placed 1/5 FINALLY delivered 2/5. At no time was it mentioned from company it would be a delay in shipment. Emailed several times and always received a "canned" response. I am really unsure if the package would have ever been shipped s if I hadn't emailed them.
Have been ordering from this boutique for years. They are honest and kind and bendover backwards for their customers. The quality of their products is much better than other shops for similar items. They always respond to your questions via email
My first order from this store was shipped in three pieces, and it was appreciated that they shipped the first part quickly rather than waiting. My items are cute and fit as expected. One item I expected to be sequin, but was screen printed, but it's still cute.
I never received my order. It took 3 weeks after multiple attempts to contact the company before I got a response. Offered to cancel my order for store credit. I don't want to wait even longer. It has been over a month the website 3-5 days for shipping. The person who responded was rude. I have filed charge back but in the mean time I am out $200.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Horrible customer service and a complete fraud. They take advantage of their customers. I have been trying to get a refund for shoes I've already returned and they confirmed they received. I sent multiple emails with no response, I only received a response after I reported them to BBB. But still have not received my money back! They will spam your email daily but cannot respond to customer emails. This shoe order was placed 11/21/24 ORDER #******* and returned right after Christmas after I received a "look alike" of what their website depicts. It is now 1/27/25 and this issue still has not been resolved. Shop elsewhere.
I have bought a few things from this shop, from checking out to receiving the item was very smooth transaction. I have not one thing to complain about. Quality is amazing and I truly know I'm getting amazing quality for what I spend shopping this boutique.
