DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no support team, no phone number, no chat support. It takes weeks for them to respond to emails. My order never arrived. They never provided any updates, and I had to chase them down to finally get a refund a month later. Horrible! Never again!

I ordered a cardigan a month ago and it has still not shipped. I have now emailed the company twice with absolutely no response. I would never buy from this company again, because of the total lack of costumer service and the horrid shipping times. I hope I eventually get my sweater, but honestly I am not holding my breath.
I ordered on January 22 and it is February 25 and I still have not received. I have emailed 3 times and it always check back in 3-5 days. They advertise 4-7 business days for shipping and that is a lie.

Ordered 3 items. One item wasn't even showing up that I ordered. There is not a 1- 800 number to call only by email and it was forever getting back to me not prompt customer service. Finally received all of my order but not used to waiting so long. Because of this read other reviews and put mistrust in my mind over this company. Recently found out that they only issue a store credit no refund. I don't like that. On good side they have good merchandise but what is good merchandise if poor customer service and mistrust? They have beautiful jewelry but not enough stock on it and people can't get the item, always sells out and says waitlist. Recently now they have posted on Facebook a contact number and a long explanation for why things haven't been going smoothly even as far as a threatening paragraph about taking legal action against their own customers for defamation. Not good. This isn't going to help them overall in my opinion. Customer's are upset that is why they have said negative comments about them and last I checked people have a right to free speech and their experience with a company.
