I am in the most horrible situation with this boutique. I loved them in the past...NOT ANYMORE! I made huge orders that I never received. Orders well over $1000. Orders from August ect. I keep sending emails and get the run around. Not one honest response. Owner doesn't seem to care. I'm livid wirh this boutique. I'm a single parent who got literally robbed by them. I get notified today that a transaction was made, WHICH I NEVER DID. I had to cancel my credit card and file a report with my credit card company. I have been super polite with them and patient. NOT ANYMORE! Kristyn if you're reading this...How can you sleep at night knowing you robbed a single parent and doing NOTHING to fix this.? I had friends that were buying from this boutique and will stop. Word of mouth is precious and many will know what you people have done to me. You don't care, as long as you're getting money. How awful is it, charging someone who has NOT made a purchase. Don't trust them with your credit Card on their app. This isn't funny, but they seem to be laughing all the way to the bank. More reports will be filed, to hopefully get my hard earned money back. You can't screw someone over and expect to buy you flowers. AGAIN- STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I placed an order for two sunflower sleeve top ( one of each color) on February 10 2025 received one on February 21 2024 good tight?! BUT then it happened the lies and the " we don't show an order" lip service started...almost daily emails for days, and the response is an automated message. Finally get someone who then blamed the " factory"? Huh? Supposedly the missing top was sent out MARCH 10...ummmmm NOPE! Then several more emails and finally getting in touch with the BBB. They didn't even respond to them! The on EASTER Sunday I get a message stating that they shipped that day...huh. But it shipped March 10🤣🤣🤣 ya No. So now we're into APRIL shipped twice but never gets received by the USPS! People they lie and are great at excuses. Finally this GIFT is no longer wanted. We gave up! I do have to say, they were speedy I. The refund! That showed that I was never getting this top. By the way they are still advertising and selling said top.GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR ORDER! NEVER AGAIN. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have yet to receive my order that I placed on January 20. Contacted customer service and felt like it was and automated message. Asked for update 8 days after and then 11 days after. Now the label has been printed but still not shipped.

I've been their customer since 2019 and never missed an order from them. The quality of their jewelry and clothing is amazing. In all these years I've only had issues with 2 orders and they made the right thing for me. This is a 5 star boutique.
Update: I called FedEx to follow up on my tracking and they told me they already reached out to Krush Kandy boutique that the package may be lost in the mail and I followed up via PayPal messaging with Mr. Krush asking for an update and why I wasn't notified that FedEx called them. I've been ghosted a response and still haven't even been give a store credit refund. I hope other read this and don't make any purchases with this company because now im out $50. I got an ad and liked the pants in it so I ordered a pair according to their measuring charts and the pants were way too small when they arrived. It's not clear that if you return anything it's store credit only until you process the return. Their store credits also expire if not used. I tried emailing their customer service and they refused to offer me a grill refund to my card. I reached out to PayPal to dispute the charge because receiving just store credits that expire is such a scam. It needs to be more prevalent across their website and when making a purchase upon checkout. I will never be shopping with them again and I don't recommend shopping with them because they'll keep your money whether or not their product works for you. They also charge you to send items back, which is typical in lots of other returns but just more money they're keeping from their customers.
I ordered a pair of shoes that said they were in stock. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I emailed to find out. Didn't get a response for several days so followed up. After another few days I was informed they were on back order. Finally received them after 6 weeks. They were too large in my normal size so went to return them only to get a message they were final sale. At NO time was this every shown or stated anywhere. Site is a scam. Buyer beware!
