Kohl's is my first 'go to store' for everything. Thank you! Overall I like the ease of shopping online and either having it delivered or picking up at the store near me. Also when shopping it automatically shows you availability for your nearest store. Sometimes I find the selections shoes in particular versus in the store when I don't have a lot of time to shop.
Kohls ripped me off! I had a $15 credit and they failed to honor it. On Sept. 20,2021 I spoke with an agent, "Daniel" 4079, who said he'd get back to me. He never did!
Lesson learned: Never accept a merchandise credit. Get the cash!
Getting BLM, Attorney General, better business bureau and other relevant organizations involved along with a good law firm! It's sometimes hard for people of color to get credit... they took RACIAL ABUSE to a whole NEW level by reporting THEIR mistake as an error on my part and causing my CREDIT score to drop 57 points while I am looking at buying a home for me and my family! I have been trying to straighten it out for over 2 weeks and have had no success. My spotless credit is now in the tank due to their actions and anyone with a working brain cell in their head knows what an effect a drop of 58 points on a credit report does to a mortgage!
Zero Stars For Kohl's! The assistant manager and the store manager Ray are horrible at their jobs. They act idiotic. I videoed and took pictures of the way I was treated and the assistant manager tried to get me to turn off my camera. They accused me of wanting something for free after my granddaughters just spent over $400.00 a few days ago and needed a refund for one tiny little item only costing $19.00. They do not listen and resolve problems, they make the problems worse. They are also prejudice- even though they are of the minority- they are very weird. They were punishing me for allowing my granddaughter to use the Kohl's cash days later received because of this purchase. They would not give the full refund and hollered loudly several times in front of all of the other customers at the registers and passers by, accusing me of "wanting something for free." Instead of helping to resolve the problem they double teamed on me and let the cashier laugh while they- the assistant manager and store manager Ray verbally abused me in front of other customers at the register as well as people passing by. I am talking about the Kohl's store#: 1016, located at 5750 Skillman St., Dallas, Tx. *******. They don't care if you have spent a million dollars in their store, the assistant managers and the managers are allowed to abuse customers and they encourage the cashier's to disrespect customers too. If you call corporate to complain, they have made sure that you talk to people who can barely speak or understand the English language. KOHL'S CAN I HAVE THE REST OF MY REFUND? SHAME ON YOU KOHL'S!
Kohls has good quality brands at very good prices. Their items go on sale quite often. They keep making come back to shop again and again with loaded coupons that are irresistible and difficult to pass on. They literarily pay you with an invitation coupon and free money to come back and shop with them if you stay away for too long. Their agents in-store are nice and helpful.
This year shopping for children's back to school clothes I visited many stores. Most were not stocked and the variety was very limited but Kohl's was great. So many brands to choose from and very neatly displayed. The customer service reps were friendly and returns were easy when need be. Their online selection is even better than in store and the shipping is prompt and arrives quickly. The quality of the brands they carry are also top notch and wash well. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's.

As this is not 10K, this email is illegal. Its a scam known and Bait and Switch. I tried to find someone to make aware of this and ended up getting the run around by about 4 different AI. No email i can forward the email to. Only a couple numbers to call one of which came back not in service. Its after hours now and frankly I am so annoyed and the ridiculous run around over this ( This would be hell for so many seniors to try to handle) that I am mad enough to just pursue this legally to make a point that they cannot get away with pulling stunts like this.

Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered almost 400 bucks in clothes for back to school. I recently moved and had the wrong address on the order. I called directly after the placement and they can't do anything about it. Not ene cancel my order. How I'm I going to get my order that is 5 hours away from my new address. Screw this company! I will never shop here again!

I like the selection and truly believe in the quality of there items… but a bit over priced, so I would recommend to find discounts and savings to make your purchases. You could also apply for there credit card, anything to save you money. There return policy is AMAZING! You can return Anything at anytime for any reason. Shipping can take about 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
I will start with stating I have been a Kohl's charge customer for over 20 years and have excellent credit. I was last in the store on 6/30/21 and made a purchase on my Kohl's card. Today I received a credit alert notification that the account was closed. I called Kohl's customer service and encountered several representatives who I could not understand and was transferred to April ID#5631 who is a supervisor in the US. She insisted that the account was closed by the credit bureaus and I should contact them and provided their numbers. Clearly, she needs some training and to learn that credit bureaus manage information, they do not close accounts. Call #2 was again to Kohl's customer service who also who had no idea and then Ken ID#6881 explained that I had not used the card for 2 yrs and it happened to have "automatically closed" on the same day I'd used the card. There is no way to restore it, but since I don't need the card and don't need to shop at Kohl's especially after today's events, its not an issue and won't even affect my credit. But seems to me since their own employees are working from home due to COVID-19 they wouldn't close customer accounts for those not out shopping. KOHL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.
I've had a Kohls credit card for 7 years. I haven't used the card for a period of time as I was paying off funeral expenses of my Mom's which totaled just under $17 000.00 and needed to keep my finances in check.
Kohls decided that due to my not running my balance through the roof that they should close my account. What a bunch of $#*!s. Its not as if I had a balance that I wasn't paying. I just hadn't used the card.

I got a 500 bill from kohl's, I never applied for their credit card. After about half a day on the phone I finally reached their fraud department. Needless to say they didn't hardly give me the time a day. They kept asking me question to try and trick me into falsely admitting the card was mine. I get the bills to my address but never a card, RED FLAG MUCH?! I did get however that the card was applied for in person. They gave me the email that was used and it was a false address itself. What happened to sending a verification email? They said my ID and social was used, obviously they can't tell a difference from the ID and the person standing there. Makes me pretty sure that it was an employee. Does a $500 credit and immediately an even $500 charge not bring up another RED FLAG!?!?!? Has to be hard to make such an even dollar amount purchase. This place can't be trusted at all from their store employees all the way to the top. I can't say enough to STAY AWAY FROM KOHLS, THEY ARE CRIMINALS. And now my credit I've been working so hard on is ruined.
I set up a payment for $100 and kohl's took 4 separate payments of $100 each. Even though customer service said there was a glitch in their system, they will not refund the additional $300 they took out of my account. Now I have additional credit because I didn't owe them $400. Kohl's has done this several times over the past year. I've had this account for 4 years. I will no longer be doing business with kohl's.

Kohls must be in serious financial trouble. There cashier I purchased from told me about this free kohls credit card is free. It is not free. It carries an interest rate 25.99%. When I got my first invoice I saw that and paid in full and marked on my bill close this account in RED! I have not bought anything from kohls and will not. Today I got another bill from kolhs for $27.23 just to save their financial instability. They also make it impossible to connect with their billing department. They pass you off to several different people in South America who are all trying to sell you something for free. These people are paid $3.00 per day and are quite happy while we have millions of American on unemployment. This corporation is dangerous.

I just purchased a couple of shirts from Kohls and had them shipped to my home. The service was fast and accurate and the value was great! Good job Kohls. Keep up the good work.
