BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Worst place ever! They put on their website dresses ship within 3-5 business days if the dress is in stock if not they contact you, I even paid extra for the shipping which states 12-15 days and then when you contact them which is only by email I might add they say because the order wasn't cancelled within 72hrs they're keeping 30% of your money, when their at fault for not standing on their own policy, and doing what they plainly say. I've had to go through the Better Business Bureau and do a complaint against them so their under investigation by them, I suggest anyone else that's dealt with these Scammers to do the Same, they have no right to keep anyone's money, especially when it's Their Fault to begin With!

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter 6 weeks prior. After having a fit because it was within 4 days of her prom, I received the dress in the wrong size and color. It was cheaply made with damage to the stitching. Accessories were the wrong color. I ended up going out to buy my daughter a dress locally on the spur of the moment not to ruin her senior prom. To say the least, I was very upset. I e-mailed and requested a refund. They replied promising a refund once they received the dress and accessories back. To date, I have not received it. My bank refunded the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE! The company is a fraud! Yes, the dresses are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Poor quality, poor customer service, and disappointments. DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a top in May 2019 and I am still awaiting delivery. I have contacted them and asked for the wear abouts of my order and have been told to be patient. As every month goes by I contact them and ask for my order and they ask me if I can wait till next week. Next week arrives i contact them and again the same answer. Last month I had enough and asked for a refund and was told they could not refund my monies at this point... no explanation as to why. It is now the end of September and I am looking into my options of retrieving my refund. Please dont buy anything from this site and forward warnings to friends and family!

I received 4 tops that I thought were so nice on their website and when I received them they are so big and the quality is inferior. I wanted to send them back but it looks so complicated to be sent back to China. They send you a label and apparently you need declarations on how much the shipment is worth etc. The postage alone might costs more than these tops are worth. They do not seem to care. Please do not order from them ever I know I won't.

After ordering my dress, I was told that it would arrive within 30 days. When it didn't arrive I emailed them and was told it would come on 03/08/2014. It still did not arrive so I online chat them and was told it would come today. When I sent another online chat I was then told that it was not shipped at all. "Elaine" kept asking when I need the dress. When I told them I needed it like yesterday she asked if I want a refund. I told her I want my dress or I would contact the authorities. She said they would email me because their material is in a warehouse in China so there was a 8 hour time difference. I never got that email, my dress or any contact. I also can no longer reach them. I am now 2 weeks out from my daughters prom and I guess ill be shopping local. UGG. This site is a scam.

I bought a custom made dress on 4-19-14 and today is 5-1-14 within 9 business days I received a custom made dress just for my figure... it is absolutely beautiful. I decided I would write on every review site that had something bad to say. I am so happy with my dress and the service. I couldn't even get a dress here in las vegas to be custom made within 9 days. I will definitely post on all of the neg websites that have something bad to say about this company.

I tried to order my kids Halloween costumes so they could get them before Halloween, even paid to ship faster. A few days before Halloween they send me an email saying they cannot send my order before Halloween so they will cancel the order and refund my money. Still have not got my refund.

Please dont take a chance on this website.

Their customer service when ordering was great, the price was great & the material the dress was made in was great but thats where it stops.
The dress was completly the wrong size & shape. (i cant imagine what shape & size they thought i was)
I ordered dress c-*******, the flowers were flat & nothing like in the picture., the diamond detail top looked cheap & there was not support bra like they described on the website.
I have taken it to a dress fitter who would charge over £160 to fix the dress.

I have pleaded with the company over many emails for them to take it back & send me another but they wont (even though this is my wedding dress!)

Please use another site... please

I ordered the dress in January it took them 2months to make them and send. Then they sent wrong size, instead of UK10 sent size UK16! I was arguing with them, so they realized they did a mistake. Then promised $40.00 refund out of $120.00 and since that nothing
They are ignoring me and nothing! I am unable to sell the dress neither wear it.
Horrible customer approach! DO NOT ORDER!

Dress arrived, was absolutely unacceptable: sleezy material, color unlike pictured in advert, cheaply made. Although the site says, "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund," you are required to ship back to China, (not CA from whence the shipment arrived), costing more than the item itself! BUYER BEWARE - DON'T FALL FOR THIS SITE!

Customer service I found"Elaine" excellent, you have to remember, she is only telling us what she has been told!
I ordered my dress 26/01/14 and did not get it until 24/03/14, lucky enough I ordered it with plenty of time to spare.
But in the mean time I was on to "Elaine" who guided me through the process of why the dress was taking so long to ship, she told me when it will ship and gave me a tracking number so I could track my package, I found the company very helpful.
When I received the dress, to my amazement the dress was just perfect.
Exactly like the picture, great quality, perfect fit, I couldn't be more pleased and I will be ordering from them again
So pleased with the dress, maybe I got lucky.
Credit where credit is due, I can't fault them with the dress or customer service,
But delivery times are not what they say on their site so be prepared to wait

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this HORRIBLE SITE. IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO RECEIVE THIS ITEM--DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered my item a month ago, had SEVERAL errors, it was PENDING and I tried contacting the customer service SEVERAL times and they were SHOCKINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They ignored me for days, NEVER apologized for the inconvenience, and I eventually had to cancel my order. I have NEVER had such a HORRIFIC experience with customer service in my LIFE. KISS DRESSES IS AWFUL. So awful in fact, that this is my first review I have ever submitted in my LIFE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
