I ordered in JANUARY and still have not received, not they are not responding to my emails, are they actually legitimate?!

It took like 3 months for me to get a dress and it didn't even look like the picture. It was still cute tho.

I'm not sure. It is supposedly a company in China with a California business also. Save yourself the stress and get another dress. Dispute it with your bank or credit card for the charges. I got my money back from the bank. Kiss dresses never sent my money, even after receiving the dress back. You'll be glad you did.
