Once I submitted my order, I never received a tracking number or anything. I still haven't got my item and no response of a refund or anything, someone representing Keen& Social spoke to me on private message saying to fallow up with them in a few days ( not my job) to find out the tracking info. And that my item was back ordered that they appreciate my patients but I no longer have any, I just want my money back! If your website doesn't show that the items someone is ordering is back ordered someone should let you know that the item's are back ordered or with the confirmation info. It should say these details like a tracking number etc. I think this is a scam don't use!
I ordered the londoner long tail hoodie. They placed an order for a second one. They sent both, but in the wrong size. Lily, their customer service rep (or lack of customer service rep) is exceptionally unprofessional and unaccommodating. She refuses to acknowledge their return policy, and when questioned about it she went dark and will not respond to any inquiries. What a waste of time and money.

I can only review the company, since I have not received the order I made 4 weeks ago. There is no way a consumer can check on the status of an order - but does say 2-4 weeks delivery in the U.S. From what I have read, the item I ordered (the long "hoodie") is an inferior product. Wait, I still don't know, because I haven't gotten it yet! From now on, I will check out a company before ordering.
Loved it. Exactly as pictured. Ordered one size larger and it fit perfectly. I received it within one week of placing the order.
I ordered this product before seeing this page of reviews. After six weeks of waiting, I began to wonder if and when it would ever arrive. After all, the company says it is based out of California when really it is China. Needless to say, I grew a little worried after reading everything that was written here and began to brace myself for a scam. However, I did receive my package today... and my experience was a tad bit different than what others are talking about. Maybe they are trying to improve. Yes, I will admit that the product doesn't look as good of quality as it is perceived in the photographs, but it is not that bad either. It doesn't smell like diesel fuel, and it fits true to size. I ordered the red one, in a size small, thinking this would be a great thing to wear around Halloween. It is lightweight, comfortable, and contains a bit of sex appeal without making you look like a straight up hooker. I do wish the red was a little bit deeper, like in the photos, instead of so bright. And the fabric could be a little bit softer. It is certainly not worth the $40 that I paid, but I don't hate it either. Given the choice, I'd buy it again for maybe 10 or 15 bucks. But certainly no more than that...

Contacted the company re: return. Heard back from "Lily", asking if I would like an exchange. No, I want to return it. Never heard anything ever again.
To be fair, the very strict return policy states, quite a ways down the page, that they only do a refund for a defective product. But it would have been nice to have that info up front and in large print, with a definition of "defective". Clearly in their mind it means something more major than crappy fabric made into a garment with strange measurements not designed for any known female figure. Product and customer service both get a 0 imo.

I ordered on August 28th. I never received shipping or tracking. September 5th, I emailed *******@keenandsocial.com to ask about the status of my order. No response. September 8th, I emailed *******@keenandsocial.com again. No response. I looped in PayPal through their Resolution Center on September 12th. No response. I finally filed a claim through PayPal as I have received no communication and no delivery of product.
Like many others, saw the Londoner longtail hoodie on Facebook, and bought it on impulse. It took 4 weeks to arrive, from China. Possibly the most disappointing unboxing I've ever experienced. This is not the same fabric in the photo. It is heavy, shiny, and cheap. It looks like a Halloween costume. If you want to go as a Dementor this year, this is your costume. I wrote to customer service immediately for return instructions, and did not get any response. I opened up a PayPal dispute and they have also not responded to it, although they still have time. I intend to get my money back from PayPal, and when I do, this horrible, cheap shroud will go in the trash can. Do not buy, run away, run away. Also, if you do an image search for the Londoner longtail loodie you can see the same image being used by about a dozen different Chinese companies. Wonder if they're all owned by the same sweatshop overlords.

Londoner Hoodie finally arrived, can't imagine it will keep me warm in London this winter, though I have to say after finding these reviews it isn't quite as bad as I was expecting. But that is not saying much.
Their tracker didn't work, customer services don't answer emails, and delete negative comments on Facebook (I think they have also blocked me from making new comments).
Overall very shoddy and I will never buy from them again.
Took a month to receive. Item is total crap and smells like diesel fuel. Immediately asked for return information twice and have yet to hear back - its been three weeks. Opened up a case with PayPal this week...(suggest you start there since everyone has had zero customer satisfaction). Hoping PayPal will come through with a refund for me. Stay away from these scam companies. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these trolls to sell on their site.
I really wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering the Londoner Hoodie. I emailed them twice to ask where the item was and then filed a dispute with PayPal. I received the thing a couple of days later and the quality is beyond poor. It looks like a cotton jersey in the pictures, but is really a cheap, hideous polyester mess. I threw it away as soon as I took it out of the package. Do NOT order anything from this disgusting, fraudulent company.
Well, I wish I had found the reviews on this site before ordering a Londoner Hoodie from K&S! I ordered it on Aug. 20th and it arrived on Sept. 12. I didn't know until AFTER I ordered that it would be coming from China. Like others have noted, the fabric is not a soft jersey material, it's more like a washed bandana. It's big and sloppy and the "hood" is actually a cowl. I read the reviews on FB and learned that I should probably order the XXL... it was MUCH too big! In tops I wear an 18 due to broad shoulders, but then tops end up fitting well in the shoulders but too baggy everywhere else - THIS though was like cutting a hole in the middle of a cheaply made bed sheet and throwing it over my head. I sent an email inquiring about a return. It took 7 days for "Lily" to respond and even that was after I had sent a second message. Unfortunately, even though they're supposedly based in CA, the returns have to go back to China, which cost me $22.75... half the cost of the darn hoodie! They should mention that in their FAQs! "Buyer, be forewarned, crazy strict return policy and must ship returns to China." Now, I await the item to arrive at the warehouse in China and see if they actually issue me the full refund (sans shipping - erg!)! If not, I will certainly be filing a complaint with PayPal, Facebook, and my state's attorney general's office!
I bought two of the Londoner sweaters. After a month I emailed them asking where they we're, I supplied the tracking numbers to both in the email. "Lily" sends me back an email (a week later) sayoing that there was something wrong on my end and they tried to deliver. I was home the DAY they tried to deliver. Usually the post office will leave me a note stating they have my packages.
Nope, they were sent back to China. Now I can not get a response from "Lily" on a refund. Due to us moving in a month I can not wait for them to ship the packages back.
I'll never buy from them again.
Thought I'd give another update as I had an email from Keen and Social today letting me know that the Londoner Hoodie was now available in green and I can't believe this company is still advertising this product. My response is below. I encourage others to share just how bad this company is!
"Thank you for letting me know this item is now available in a shade of sludge. Having had the misfortune of buying it in black already, I think Id appreciate the green as a form of camouflage so that as few people as possible would see me in this horrible garment. This product takes five weeks to ship from China not from the USA is poor quality, mis-sized and nothing like described. As a US company arent you in breach of the law by not including a fibre content label in the item? Certainly you are breaking an ethical code by inviting people to leave reviews on your website but only publishing the positive ones (probably written by your members of staff) and refusing to make public the many low-star reviews you undoubtedly get, such as the one I tried to post. I hope the relevant authorities are alerted to these transgressions and the other poor business practices you have demonstrated, and that they make an example of you as a warning to other companies advertising on social media with the aim of ripping off people who can ill afford it.
Please remove me from your mailing list. I would not in a million years buy from you again."
To update on my previous review, I wrote a one-star review of the Londoner Longtail Hoodie on the Keen and Social website and another on the Legendary Gift website (which I think is the same company under a different name, selling the same items). Neither review has been posted. They're only posting 4* reviews or above it seems. Are they allowed to only post the good reviews and ignore the bad ones? That's incredibly misleading for other customers, who have the right to see all reviews, good and bad.
Ordered the Londoner hoodie. After four weeks waiting I emailed to find out what was happening. Another week passed before I got a response from customer service, but it was a standard response that didn't answer my question. A couple of days later it eventually turned up (shipped from China apparently) and it's awful. I followed the size chart so a medium should have been fine but it's huge and shapeless. The material is horrible cheap and nasty not like it is in the picture (which looks like soft jersey material). I can't verify that it's a cotton and polyester blend as advertised because there's no materials label in the item, just a tiny cheap washing instructions label (in Chinese). But I can verify that it's not 'ultra-soft' as advertised! It basically looks like an unattractive graduation gown. Can't return it as I'm in the UK. Do not buy from this company.
Stay far away from keenandsocial.com. I am nodding my head at every one-star review on this site. Almost 4 weeks to receive my item, horrible smell to the hoodie, tight sleeves that twist when using the thumbholes and really cheap scratchy fabric. Nothing like it was pictured or described.
Same experience with customer service. No response for weeks and then an email about shipping and arrival time with no reference to my request to return the item. I have contacted my credit card company to stop the payment to KeenandSocial and have filed a grievance/claim with PayPal.
In addition, I left a one-star review that was never posted to the site. They are screening their reviews and only posting positive reviews. I'm considering putting a 4-star review in and putting the truth in the details to see if that one gets posted.

I had the same experience as others - Longtail Hoodie was a piece of shapeless crap. I wrote them immediately that day and asked to return which they eventually gave me an address. Paid a fortune to return but at this point it was about the principle. Tracking showed they received on the 8/29 and I have yet to get a refund - I sent them tracking and told them who it was signed by and keep getting an email that it is under review! I am now going to go to Pay Pal and file a complaint. Anytime I see them on FB now I warn people not to order. I learned my lesson to never order from a FB posting or store.
The item I received looks nothing like the one I ordered. What a scam. How do I report them to facebook (where I saw the advertisement)? Keen and Social should not be allowed to sell clothing.
Bought the Longtail Hoodie through Facebook, (shame on FB for handling this company) and it took 29 days to reach me from China. Waited till the weekend to try it on and found it unacceptable. Went to there website and found out that they had a 30 day return policy! I did not get the darn thing until the 29th day! So am stuck with this cheap piece of crap! Beware, do not order from these people!
