Londoner hoodie arrived in good shape - took about 3 weeks - quicker than I expected at Christmas. Love the hoodie, style and shape was I expected. Colour was not as dark a red as I took it to be in picture but overall very satisfied. Want a green one now!
Took a month to receive. Item is total crap and smells like diesel fuel. Immediately asked for return information twice and have yet to hear back - its been three weeks. Opened up a case with PayPal this week...(suggest you start there since everyone has had zero customer satisfaction). Hoping PayPal will come through with a refund for me. Stay away from these scam companies. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these trolls to sell on their site.

I really wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering the Londoner Hoodie. I emailed them twice to ask where the item was and then filed a dispute with PayPal. I received the thing a couple of days later and the quality is beyond poor. It looks like a cotton jersey in the pictures, but is really a cheap, hideous polyester mess. I threw it away as soon as I took it out of the package. Do NOT order anything from this disgusting, fraudulent company.
Purchased a sweater for my daughter in November 2017 for Christmas. When it arrived in December, there was a hole in the back side of the sweater. I emailed Keen and Social several times to ask for a refund or exchange and only received the initial message of that Customer Service will review your message. It is January 2018 and I have not received a response from them and don't think I ever will.
I ordered the Londoner hoodie (which is also sold under several different company names on Facebook and around the internet) and only received it after waiting many weeks and emailing the company several times. The hoodie is made of cheap, rough, faded black t--shirt material and hangs like a potato sack. The seams are poorly made. It looks nothing like the photo in the ad. Can't get a response from the company about returns. Lost my $40 in birthday money. Scam.
I read the reviews before I purchased and I thought some people are just negative. However, I ordered on 09/02/17 and on 09/28/17 I sent an inquiry email about my order. They sent a tracking number which shows the package has not been picked up. I emailed two more times for follow up on 10/1/17 and 10/03/17 and have heard no response. I am now disputing the charge through my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
After I lodged the dispute with my bank, it shows up in the mail the exact same day. It's actually ok - not as horrible as others claimed. Lightweight, but you get what you pay for. I could use it camping for around the campfire, walks and halloween. [old review: Same as others. Order item on 9/3. Requested update on order on 9/19 and was immediately sent that it was being processed. Sent an email on 10/1 and got an automatic response telling me someone will get back to me. Nothing. Initiated dispute and investigation with my Bank/Credit Card.]
Simply dreadful. I was unhappy with the fit and quality of the item I ordered and wanted to return it. There were no return instructions so I emailed them twice, got no instructions, called them, their phones were down, so I called America Express, the card I used for the purchase. They refunded my purchase price (thank you, Amex!) and I'm still willing to send the item back, but not to the address on the package in China. Avoid this company like the plague! Ugh!
I had the same issue as most of the others - bought a Londoner Hoodie based on Facebook ad and absolutely no way to return or resize. Package took 5 weeks to deliver (from China, not California BTW) with no packing information or return instructions. The product is completely mis-sized based on the sizing instructions on their site and it's literally large enough that I could fit two of me in it. I reached out to the customer service through their email address, and while I had two email conversations with "Lily" (the same rep mentioned in many of these reviews) about getting a new size, she's gone completely radio silent for weeks. So I'm stuck with a hoodie that, while actually pretty cute in concept, is unwearable unless I get it tailored.
I should have known better having seen this "Londoner" product advertised on Facebook - The page suggested it was a US product/site but when shipped it came from China and that explained everything. I bought this early as a Christmas present for my wife but the material quality, cut and everything about it was so poor I couldn't give it to her. Made an attempt to contact the customer service department but no response so rather than embarrass myself or insult my wife it found its way into the bin - Avoid this company at all costs
NOTE: Not even a one star! As my title says, they sent no return label. So, in order to have this item returned from Ontario Canada, it would cost me $22.00 Canadian dollars, so it is not worth sending back! The material is thin, cheap, and this item hangs like a bag! This item is the worst item I have ever ordered online and this company is the worst company also! I have tried to contact them, and they keep saying they are reviewing my order / complaint! Like other reviews are saying, do NOT purchase from Keen and Social unless you want to ripped off for your money. GARBAGE ITEM!
It's nearly 2018, so online shopping is common. Having my worst experience ever says a lot! Keen & Social took my money and I never received my product. I had no help from customer service. In fact, the phone number for Keen & Social's customer service department is out of commission (how convenient!), and it took nearly a week and multiple emails to get a response. The response was not helpful, and absolutely nothing was done to return my money or to deliver the product.
I ordered the londoner long tail hoodie. They placed an order for a second one. They sent both, but in the wrong size. Lily, their customer service rep (or lack of customer service rep) is exceptionally unprofessional and unaccommodating. She refuses to acknowledge their return policy, and when questioned about it she went dark and will not respond to any inquiries. What a waste of time and money.
Ordered a London Hoodie in Large. It took 4 weeks to be delivered. I got an XL and the quality sucks. There is no option to return or exchange after 30 days from purchase. The company will not respond when you contact them. It's pretty much a SCAM. They say they're out of California but it's really out off China. Horrible company.
I ordered the Londoner - Longtail Hoodie almost 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I did receive a confirmation of my order the same day I placed it AND they did not hesitate to take the money out of my account. Since then, NOTHING. I've sent emails both through their Contact tab on the website as well as replying to the initial order confirmation email. I have not received any response. I am contacting PayPal to see if there is anything I can do about this. It's just wrong!
Bought the Longtail Hoodie through Facebook, (shame on FB for handling this company) and it took 29 days to reach me from China. Waited till the weekend to try it on and found it unacceptable. Went to there website and found out that they had a 30 day return policy! I did not get the darn thing until the 29th day! So am stuck with this cheap piece of crap! Beware, do not order from these people!
Like everyone else the advert on facebook looked lovely, hoodie looked lovely as well... but then I wouldn't know as my order hasn't turned up. I ordered it at the beginning of February and now in September and still nothing. Have opened a case through paypal and hope to get my money back. My advice. If something like this too good to be true it probably is. Oh and they claim to be in America yet it ships from China? Cheap $#*!e then...

Londoner Hoodie finally arrived, can't imagine it will keep me warm in London this winter, though I have to say after finding these reviews it isn't quite as bad as I was expecting. But that is not saying much.
Their tracker didn't work, customer services don't answer emails, and delete negative comments on Facebook (I think they have also blocked me from making new comments).
Overall very shoddy and I will never buy from them again.
I bought the Londoner hoodie September 10th. Still have not received it. Sent two emails and no reply, just the generic automatic reply that "we will get back to you." So today is actually six weeks to the day and still no product. The tracking number does not exist. Just filed a complaint with Paypal and hoping that will resolve the issue. People are right, they should be closed down due to terrible customer service.
I bought what was supposed to be a long hoodie sweater type deal, it looked good on the site, but, when I got it, it's kind of a baggy, sack type, long, weird old man style pajama dress? I can't even explain it, the 'hood' part, is basically a long tube like turtleneck with a drawstring, it's a thin as a tshirt, I can't wear this sack in public. 9 weeks to get here, definitely from china. Not worth anything, just another piece of junk.

Totally disgusting. I have no idea what the sizing or material is really like on the Londoner hoodie, because when I grabbed my mail, I was first astonished at how much it weighed... so heavy. Weird. Worse, was when I opened the plastic mailer and took out the inner bag containing the hoodie. You could see condensation inside the plastic, and when I opened it, the entire thing was absolutely soaked. No idea what the heck happened, but I've been emailing without response. Finally filed a Paypal claim to get my money back. Some sort of foul packaging process means this thing will never go on my body.
Ordered the Londoner in September and it never arrived. The company do not respond to email, Facebook or messenger requests for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM KEEN & SOCIAL. They are thieves!
I cannot say anything about their product because it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received it. I am disappointed and feel I should have stuck with Amazon, where not only can I get a response to an email, I can actually talk to a real person who tries to resolve my problem.
I ordered the Londoner on 10/8, received on 11/3. It had a hole in the sleeve, and I wanted to return. Keen and Social asked me to provide them with a picture of the hole and after I did they stopped responding to my emails and never sent me a return label. Now I guess I will file a complaint with my PayPal account and see if they can help me. A complete waste of $43.94 :((
I finally received the sweater i ordered from keen and social which is actually a scam Chinese company likely already operating under a new name. The sweater was nearly $60 CAD and arrived 9 weeks after ordering. The sweater was pieces of large scratchy felt sewed together and i thought it was a joke how crap the quality was. I figured for all the money i spent it would at least be a sweater i could wear around the house. After 15 mins of wearing the sweater my entire body was itching and broke out in a rash that took two hours to go away.
Not only does this company mislead you, scam you and take money but they also send dangerous clothing that is made from hazardous materials treated with chemicals that react to skin.
The law needs to intervene and stop these companies from portraying themselves as trustworthy American or Canadian brands who then refuse to issues valid refunds.
