NO customer service

Ordered 2 sweaters, received them but they are NOTHING like the picture.
Have sent multiple emails to get a return address- no response.
No phone to call.
Horrible! Deceitful! Cheap fabric and misrepresented.

SO HORRIBLE!

I waited and waited. When I finally emailed, they said that they had competely OVER sold their stock! I asked repeatedly for my money back and then received a tracking. After several more weeks, still no tracking availability. THANK GOD I PAID USING PAYPAL! Paypal has helped immensely. I just wanted my money back weeks ago and after filing a complaint with Paypal, I got a package, containing nothing that resembled the photo I used as my guide AND, I only received HALF of my order. I sent pics and video direct to Paypal and have been informed that I am entitled to a refund as long as I send back the merchandise. NO PROBLEM! These things, even though I ordered a large, are more like an XXL and hang to the floor on me. I can't wear this crap! Cheaply made, not at all like the pics... SO GLAD Im getting my money back and that I used Paypal!

Received my order, looks nothing like the picture on Facebook! I have emailed many times, got a standard "we have received your email" response back, haven't heard anything since. This company is a total scam. But hey at least I got a halloween costume if I want to go as a Dementor!

I came on here just to make sure that I was right and that this website and company is a scam. I always like to believe things I see on Instagram are not but whenever I look on reviews, they are. I have never written a review before. I think it is funny that I have not even ordered from here and I am writing a review because of the awful customer service I have read on customers reviews. I am sure that Lily J's response will be rude but I just have to say something. If it is too good to be true and too cute, it probably is. Especially in this case. Whenever I come on here for reviews and read what people have written, at least the customer service rep is nice in their responses back even though they are scamming people. So basically, all I am saying is that Lily J, please consider your responses back to people and how it comes off. Did you really believe that "Its your fault" and "you bought a cheap item and expected high quality" was an appropriate response? You are not in any way helping your company.

Does a 0 Work?

I am currently still waiting for item was sent a bogus tracking number and now that I have just requested a refund because I am not comfortable dealing with them... no reply. I paid by debit visa is there somewhere to file a complaint to get my money back? DO NOT EVER purchase from them! I wish I had read the reviews before I did!

I ordered the Londoner hoodie (which is also sold under several different company names on Facebook and around the internet) and only received it after waiting many weeks and emailing the company several times. The hoodie is made of cheap, rough, faded black t--shirt material and hangs like a potato sack. The seams are poorly made. It looks nothing like the photo in the ad. Can't get a response from the company about returns. Lost my $40 in birthday money. Scam.

After I lodged the dispute with my bank, it shows up in the mail the exact same day. It's actually ok - not as horrible as others claimed. Lightweight, but you get what you pay for. I could use it camping for around the campfire, walks and halloween. [old review: Same as others. Order item on 9/3. Requested update on order on 9/19 and was immediately sent that it was being processed. Sent an email on 10/1 and got an automatic response telling me someone will get back to me. Nothing. Initiated dispute and investigation with my Bank/Credit Card.]

I have written this company 5 times since the 24th of Sept. Regarding returning a product that I ordered 2 of that is nothing like the pics. All I get is someone will answer my message in next 24 hours. ZIP NADA ZILCH. Save your money and do not deal with this company

The item is nothing as it appears in the advertisement. It is so cheap and ugly that no one would actually wear it unless they were the victim of a crime or fire and had absolutely nothing else and then they would probably prefer to be naked. Do not buy.

I am kicking myself that I didn't do more research on them but I really wanted the item. It came super small even though I ordered up and it was cheaply made. I've been trying for over a month to get the to respond and have gotten nothing. Tried to call the number on the FB page and it says it's down for "maintenance." Total scam.

Do not do business with this company. I purchased a hoodie at the end of August. No communication, no tracking number, nothing. Waited a month. Asked where my package is. No reply. Opened PayPal dispute. Seller immediately sent "tracking number" that does not work. Very suspicious practices. Am getting a refund. Do not use!

I read the reviews before I purchased and I thought some people are just negative. However, I ordered on 09/02/17 and on 09/28/17 I sent an inquiry email about my order. They sent a tracking number which shows the package has not been picked up. I emailed two more times for follow up on 10/1/17 and 10/03/17 and have heard no response. I am now disputing the charge through my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 Red & Black London hoodie... When they arrived I was gutted that they were to big and not what I expected to be honest. I emailed asking how to return for refund, Lilys response was straight away asking if I like a exchange which I responded with no thank you just need to know how to return please? That was 28/09/17 So Im still waiting for Lilys response... Not Happy!

I was shocked that it came from China considering their blurb. It is quite thin material and as noted in some reviews I used the size chart and rather than looking sleek and cool I look like I am wearing a huge black bag - the only thing I like is the hood part
