What a ripoff.

Wow. Sure wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this hoodie. Terrible fit and once I told them I wanted my money back they never responded again to multiple emails. Can't even give them one star.

It's nearly 2018, so online shopping is common. Having my worst experience ever says a lot! Keen & Social took my money and I never received my product. I had no help from customer service. In fact, the phone number for Keen & Social's customer service department is out of commission (how convenient!), and it took nearly a week and multiple emails to get a response. The response was not helpful, and absolutely nothing was done to return my money or to deliver the product.

I finally received the sweater i ordered from keen and social which is actually a scam Chinese company likely already operating under a new name. The sweater was nearly $60 CAD and arrived 9 weeks after ordering. The sweater was pieces of large scratchy felt sewed together and i thought it was a joke how crap the quality was. I figured for all the money i spent it would at least be a sweater i could wear around the house. After 15 mins of wearing the sweater my entire body was itching and broke out in a rash that took two hours to go away.
Not only does this company mislead you, scam you and take money but they also send dangerous clothing that is made from hazardous materials treated with chemicals that react to skin.

The law needs to intervene and stop these companies from portraying themselves as trustworthy American or Canadian brands who then refuse to issues valid refunds.

Not the quality you are expecting. Not the style you see in the pictures. The patters that they use put seams and sewing in the strangest places. Just all over bad bad products. Forget trying to return something. They don't respond to emails. Just save yourself and don't order anything at all.

I would highly recommend not buying from this company unless you have a lot of spare time to waste chasing your order. I wish I had read the reviews first, too many other great companies doing it 100 x better. Never again!

Simply dreadful. I was unhappy with the fit and quality of the item I ordered and wanted to return it. There were no return instructions so I emailed them twice, got no instructions, called them, their phones were down, so I called America Express, the card I used for the purchase. They refunded my purchase price (thank you, Amex!) and I'm still willing to send the item back, but not to the address on the package in China. Avoid this company like the plague! Ugh!

Terrible quality garment

Awful, awful, awful. It took 2 months for the Londoner hoodie to come in--poor quality fabric, poor craftsmanship, poor design. Looked nothing like the photo. Made in China.

Cannot get reply from the company to return the item. Beware!

Ordered the Londoner, received it eventually, I like it, packaging was fine, no damage, just took forever to receive... but I find that shipping from China for anything takes a long long time... least I did receive it though.

Piece of sh*t products

Finally got my product after waiting 2 months. Company said it's from California but in reality there are in China. Non existing customer service. My product is badly made and looks like sh*t. I cannot return it since they never send any invoices or receipt with an address on it. Buyer beware.

I had the same issue as most of the others - bought a Londoner Hoodie based on Facebook ad and absolutely no way to return or resize. Package took 5 weeks to deliver (from China, not California BTW) with no packing information or return instructions. The product is completely mis-sized based on the sizing instructions on their site and it's literally large enough that I could fit two of me in it. I reached out to the customer service through their email address, and while I had two email conversations with "Lily" (the same rep mentioned in many of these reviews) about getting a new size, she's gone completely radio silent for weeks. So I'm stuck with a hoodie that, while actually pretty cute in concept, is unwearable unless I get it tailored.

Ordered a London Hoodie in Large. It took 4 weeks to be delivered. I got an XL and the quality sucks. There is no option to return or exchange after 30 days from purchase. The company will not respond when you contact them. It's pretty much a SCAM. They say they're out of California but it's really out off China. Horrible company.

I was SCAMMED by them! 9 weeks ago i placed an order. They had no problem charging my card but no product was ever shipped. 4 emails one fb message and a complaint to the BBB and still nothing. DON BE FOOLED... ITS A SCAM! They should NOT be allowed to do business on Facebook!

Totally disgusting. I have no idea what the sizing or material is really like on the Londoner hoodie, because when I grabbed my mail, I was first astonished at how much it weighed... so heavy. Weird. Worse, was when I opened the plastic mailer and took out the inner bag containing the hoodie. You could see condensation inside the plastic, and when I opened it, the entire thing was absolutely soaked. No idea what the heck happened, but I've been emailing without response. Finally filed a Paypal claim to get my money back. Some sort of foul packaging process means this thing will never go on my body.

Co is horrific... customer service is non existent. After 2 mos... I received item. I ordered up 2 sizes. The sleeves are 2 feet too long. But so thin, I cannot put my arms in over a t shirt. Tight across chest... crazy item. I cant imagine this would fit anyone.

Seams not sewn on one sleeve... totally unfinished. Crappy knockoff, with inconsistent sizing... GARBAGE. When I wrote them agsin... response was impersonal, brief and ignored my complaint. 95 percent of my emails go unanswered. The one response was... it was shipped. No refund.

Garbage product... worse customer support.

Avoid!

SCAM - Horrible company

I purchased the long hoodie - it came with no return address. It was horrible cheap fabric. I contacted them with 5 emails and a phone call (there voice mail said they were having technical difficulties). It took 3 weeks before I filed a dispute against them with PayPal and then they responded to me (knowing that I was close to the deadline of returning item - you only get 30 days). There response was that I needed to return the item to China and pay for shipping myself. I wish I had done some research before ordering because I would have seen the same story over and over again. This company needs to be dealt with. There is nowhere in their return policy stating where to return your item. I have never been through something like this before - a total rip off.

I ordered leggings and the Londoner hoodie in August. Then I received shipping information & tracking which led nowhere and didnt seem to correspond with actual postal accounts. As if theyd made up their own tracking system & site. This seemed suspicious also because the clothes never came tho the weird tracking site said they had shipped weeks ago. I had no idea they were from China as they purport to be a US based co so thats false advertising. I had to cancel orders w my cc because of no delivery issues and the A few weeks later, they arrived separately. Really nice stuff, I must say. I was still not that happy w customer svc as they Never reply to your emails and theres no # to call ofc, and I was about to ship back but my husband took 1 look at that Londoner Hoodie and said Dont you dare
Send anything back! I want to buy more colors of the same jacket but am so wary of their shady ways, poor shipping tracking and non-communication. In short, buyer beware... but if you do get the clothes at long last, they are so so worth it! Unique, soft and very flattering!

The posted images DO NOT reflect the item shipped. Cheap fabric, ridiculous design imitation, poor construction. Unwearable. There is no mechanism for refund, no communication, NO RECOURSE. 100% misrepresented.

I don't usually fall for this kind of stuff so am equally aggravated with myself for getting bamboozled. It's infuriating that the KeenandSocial website's own reviews of the Londoner are all glowing making the site appear legit. Stupidly, I didn't do an independent search for reviews.

I ordered the jacket on 9/12/17. It's 10/28 now and I still haven't received it. My customer service inquiries get a single automated "we are looking in to this" reply with zero follow-up. After subsequently finding endless complaints about the company online, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to erase the charge.

Now if only I could find someone to knock off the jacket cuz it's still such a sharp look. Just a crappy/illegitimate company.
