I ordered the Londoner in gray, received it in RED. No reply to any of my numerous emails on HOW TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND. Bottom line - they absolutely SUCK!

I bought what was supposed to be a long hoodie sweater type deal, it looked good on the site, but, when I got it, it's kind of a baggy, sack type, long, weird old man style pajama dress? I can't even explain it, the 'hood' part, is basically a long tube like turtleneck with a drawstring, it's a thin as a tshirt, I can't wear this sack in public. 9 weeks to get here, definitely from china. Not worth anything, just another piece of junk.

It comes from China and takes 6 weeks for delivery. Mine small was huge. Returning it to China with the tracking number they want will be as much as you paid, so it is a total loss and I would advise you not buy from them.
The also will only post good reviews on the website, not the real ones

Terrible

Ordered 2 hoodies. They are perfectly in time for halloween, can be used as a dracula or any other type of caped costume. HIDEOUS. I have absolutely no idea how to return it, and from what I'm reading here, neither does anyone else.

First off, this company is based in China which I did not know until I received my package. I order the Londoner Hoodie. A day later, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. I contacted the company and they said it already shipped but I could return it once I received it. It didn't for 4-5 days after. Finally it comes, I want to return. It's going to China so it going to cost me at least $20 to ship it from the US. I tried contacted the company to send me a shipping label and they will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Londoner Hoodie. At first they never sent it. Eventually, after emailing them, I received the Hoodie. It is terrible quality and WAY too big. So I asked about a return -- twice -- and received emails confirming they received my request. However, nobody has ever responded to the request. This company should be out of business!

Looks like a snuggie!

I waited two months for my package. In the meantime had to cancel the card I used for fraudulent charges, although I cannot prove it was their site that had sketchy security. I finally received my Londoner hoodie and it is essentially a Snuggie. Looks hideous. I will save it for camping when my hubby breaks our his hideous $10 Snuggie.

I bought the Londoner hoodie September 10th. Still have not received it. Sent two emails and no reply, just the generic automatic reply that "we will get back to you." So today is actually six weeks to the day and still no product. The tracking number does not exist. Just filed a complaint with Paypal and hoping that will resolve the issue. People are right, they should be closed down due to terrible customer service.

Dont Waste Your $$

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
If you need to rerun something, you have to contact them to get the return address & they do not reply to your inquiry. Then the 30 day window for returns passes & youre out of luck.

Do Not Buy From Them

Has anyone successfully gotten a return address for this company? (If so, please post it) I've sent three emails and they still won't say how to return the hoodie. It's been two weeks so far, and the website return policy says you have 30 days.

Ive purchased from companies in China before, countless of times! I havent had a problem til keen & social. Bad tracking number, if its real at all... no response to any emails. Just a seriously overall horrible so-called company! They take your money, & give nothing but headaches in return!

WARNING! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered a hoodie in August, it is coming from CHINA, this was not disclosed and still have not received it.
This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, will never order from them again! Shame on them!
