HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

For those of you that scammed, please follow this process:

1. FILE A CHARGEBACK TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK
Notify your bank or credit card issuer of the dispute. Usually, you just need to call the telephone number that is printed on your credit card for Customer Service. Tell the clerk who answers that you are calling to dispute a charge on your card. To proceed further, you will need to provide the details of the dispute. In particular, you will need to give the bank the following information:

The date of the initial transaction: If your dispute began with a purchase that you made, you will want to provide the date of that purchase.
The amount of money that is in dispute: You will want to provide the bank with the exact amount. If you have a receipt or a copy of your credit card statement, you should be able to find the amount there.
The efforts you have already taken to resolve the issue: Provide the bank with as much detail as you can. This will include the names of any clerks or other store employees you spoke with, the general content of those conversations, and their responses to your requests.

2. File a complaint to the FTC:

3. File a complaint to Shopify, that is supporting this fraud.

SCAM! SCAM SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS! This is another contemptible Londoner Longtail Hoodie saga. Ordered and paid for in early August, didn't receive it and started chasing them in late September where I got absolutely no response. I had paid by PayPal, so eventually I contacted them for a refund and they opened a dispute with this company giving them a time limit to respond and, hey presto!, my hoodie arrived! It's really cheap and nasty and not worth the money and definitely not like the picture. I would send it back but the returns process is so convoluted and so tied up with disclaimers for everything, all sorts of restocking charges plus you have to pay to return to China - and, even then, they say they can't guarantee receipt and if they don't receive it they won't refund. THIS IS WHAT THEY RELY ON, PEOPLE! They work on the basis of non-information in the hope that most people will give up because it's so hard and time-consuming. They take your money with no intention of fulfilling their promise unless they get legally hassled and then, when pushed, send you a sub-standard product that's impossible to return without losing more money. I am convinced that, if I hadn't had PayPal to help me, I would never have received this item. This is a despicable company and should be closed down. Anyone out there who paid with PayPal should open a dispute and log a complaint against Keen & Social. If they get enough disputes/claims, PayPal will help towards stopping them from trading and ripping customers off. It has taken weeks of my life to 'resolve' this, I am exhausted with the whole saga and all I have to show for it is a pretty expensive hoodie that I suppose I can use to walk the dog in!
