I ordered the Londoner Hoodie over a month ago. They charged my card immediately, then took over thirty days to ship it. I wasn't too bothered by this, since they clearly say 3 to 4 weeks until shipping. However when I finally recieved it, I was so disappointed. Thin, cheap material with zero stretch. Definitely not the kind of thing you would make a hoodie out of. It's a completely shapeless garment, and it's huge. When I try to return it, they say I can only return it TO CHINA. Seriously? It's going to cost an arm and leg to send back to China! They apparently don't have any U.S. facilities. So basically, I'm out $40. Don't waste your time and money. Stay away from Keen & Social.

On 9/1 i saw a top I thought my daughter would love, time was running out, so I clicked and ordered. I showed my daughter who did love it but then we looked at the sizing guide, which was hard to find, and saw that the 4x is only a US size18. This would be too small for her. I immediately began emailing and trying to find a number to call to cancel the order. 2 days later i got an email saying "thanks for your email, we'll respond soon". I emailed and contacted via FB, still no reply. I contacted Paypal, they say contact the company. WTH? I wont let this rest. Want my refund.

I have purchased 3 of the hoodies. It took a month to receive the items. I sent and email to them and they apologized and stated that the items had to be shipped from overseas. The items eventually arrived. I was please with the quality of the hoodies. I ordered again from the same site and it's been 14 days and still no hoodie. I tracked the status of the item on their website and the item has not shipped. I will not purchase from them again.

Like everyone else the advert on facebook looked lovely, hoodie looked lovely as well... but then I wouldn't know as my order hasn't turned up. I ordered it at the beginning of February and now in September and still nothing. Have opened a case through paypal and hope to get my money back. My advice. If something like this too good to be true it probably is. Oh and they claim to be in America yet it ships from China? Cheap $#*!e then...

I ordered the Londoner - Longtail Hoodie almost 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I did receive a confirmation of my order the same day I placed it AND they did not hesitate to take the money out of my account. Since then, NOTHING. I've sent emails both through their Contact tab on the website as well as replying to the initial order confirmation email. I have not received any response. I am contacting PayPal to see if there is anything I can do about this. It's just wrong!

What a piece of junk! I ordered the Londoner Hoodie after much thought and seeing their responses that they are in California and returns are easily accepted I ordered and I am so mad I did! It is like a giant table cloth the material is terrible and cheap and the item shipped from China. There was no communication at all about the order. I sent them an email asking to cancel the item because it was 3 weeks and I heard nothing about it and their website is very weak. They seem to go by a lot of different names as well which is concerning. My order showed up eventually and I asked to return and received no response. There is no packing slip or anything with the item just a big ole piece of garbage. After still no reply for the return and seeing others having issues I opened a case with PayPal. They just replied that I can return it but I need to send it back to China and they will not refund, Better believe I am fighting this one SCAM ARTISTS. Something needs to be done to these people!
