where every match that is followed by a chat ends with CMB saying the user on the other end is suspicious. what a waste of time and energy.

25 messages with cleaner before she even steps in my door. reviews mentioned 2 people cleaning, there were four people upon arrival, one was a toddler. i have two cats that are still traumatized from their visit. i also spent about 2 hours putting things back into place as well as doing some cleaning of surfaces. i had already taken out my garbage and done my dishes. i am concerned at the legitimacy of the businesses hired given the above and have removed my account. i worked way too hard and all the beings in this home are unnerved. NO THANKS. (even my neighbors who saw the kid and the seemingly underaged workers leaving were shocked. when they arrived i felt put btwn a rock and hard place given how long it took to schedule.)

my dish sponge was left filthy (guessing it was used for dusting/cleaning).
i was issued a $7 refund of the $107 value (i paid thru groupon/discounted fwiw)

i don't order food for delivery much, but in the last week i have done so twice, thru E24.

i'm not sure why i repeated business with E24 after my 2 hour wait and missing item (while they did credit me the item, i was so hangry by the time my cold food arrived...minus one dish) ugh

then last night i ordered again. as was true the first time, the order took way longer than quoted, with no updates provided. until i chatted with someone. i had to chat with them for over 20 minutes. received, finally, cold food and no discount... them blaming it on the restaurant. which now i understand. as this is not a well oiled machine like grubhub or other (postmates, etc). in both instances, the delivery person was from the resto, making E24, a pretty unnecessary and annoying conduit. im done.

my initial review: Long wait for delivery of product
material much lighter than anticipated (many have noted same)
want to return. have contacted company for info on this three times without a response.
boo! what will it take to get return information?

she told someone else: "you bought a cheap product, what did you expect?" THE WORST PRODUCT AND "CUSTOMER SERVICE" EVER. i feel like i just got robbed $40. CRIMINAL and should be put out of business
