I don't order food for delivery much, but in the last week i have done so twice, thru E24.
I'm not sure why i repeated business with E24 after my 2 hour wait and missing item (while they did credit me the item, i was so hangry by the time my cold food arrived... minus one dish) ugh
Then last night i ordered again. As was true the first time, the order took way longer than quoted, with no updates provided. Until i chatted with someone. I had to chat with them for over 20 minutes. Received, finally, cold food and no discount... them blaming it on the restaurant. Which now i understand. As this is not a well oiled machine like grubhub or other (postmates, etc). In both instances, the delivery person was from the resto, making E24, a pretty unnecessary and annoying conduit. Im done.
We state clearly on the site the material is "Thin." Its your fault you did not read the description
