I have contacted Keen for years... nothing absolutely nothing that ant adviser has told me on this has come true. This a Fraud, one adviser tells you one thing about the same situation and then another tells you the absolute opposite. Keen Psychics is an absolute WASTE OF MONEY! I am definitely no longer putting any of my financial resources towards their phony psychics! I have spoke to more then 100 of them all FRAUD!
Keen, while it has some reputable advisors their administrative and connection services are not. They are often charging for more time than used and their refund policy is misleading. And they do not often honor their specials.
After using the service for a while, I noticed that they were either taking notes and inputting them into the client account profiles (that the client cannot see) so other psychics can see some continuity of topics and/or they have an internal gossip system so if you block one psychic or don't like one or they don't like you they spread it around and some of them gang up and make it difficult to get a reading (and you have to refund for sometimes). Customer service I have not found that overall is not very trustworthy either. All in all, too many not respecting what they are doing, why they are doing it and the people contacting them for counsel and advisement. Their business is a confidential business and that is why people call and/or chat, etc.
I called because I am struggling right now. The woman I talked to was nice and I wanted to believe what she had told me. It seems to good to be true though. What she told me was too good to be true. After I hear what she had told me I searched for reviews. I came across a ton of negative ones and I guess I won't be dating anyone for a while.
I did 2 reads, cassandra was 1st, paid $25 for 6 min and was supposed to get 3 free minutes for 9min total, ended my conversation after 5min 43 sec, and got $20, and some odd cents worth, reading was terrible, complained got $20 free reading if i gave a credit card dor $1 not paypal, and was not redeemable. Save your money

I've used this site for various areas of my life and though some readings I found to be vague and not clear, I've found a reader; Michelle Caporale. This reader has been very accurate, specific and forthcoming. I use the site because of her. She's a true Medium and Psychic Reader. No scams, no fluff.
...and it was me, this time. I was in an extreme transitional part of my life. I needed help. Guidance. I wanted answers. I spoke to 2-3 advisors for about 2 years. Over that span, I spent easily around $25k. I know, I was a fool. The counselors were comforting...optimistic things I wanted would happen sooner than later. But nothing has developed. Keen finally introduced an awards program, but this was after the fact I spent over $25k. I will maybe get $10-20 credit bucks, which gives me maybe 1-3 minutes with an advisor. I don't know how legit they are, but I do know things haven't happened like they have seen. Everyone should remember free will. I get it. But psychics see things...feel energy. I believe they do, but I am not so sure they can legitimately say 'this person will do this in 2-3 months.' I have no reason to believe that since nothing has transpired in that direction. They did play a role in providing comfort and encouragement in my self, but I sought something and it never happened. They say they will be direct and honest, but they were wrong. And that's putting it direct and honestly. My advice, use for entertainment only. I was a desperate man at the time, and I paid a high price.
I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on Keen. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know what did not go well for you and would like to invite you to contact us at reviews@keen.com from the email that is on your Keen account. Please let us know in your message that you left this review here on Sitejabber and we can work on making things right for you.
Not at all what I was looking for. Too many scams going on. Too much fighting amoung advisers. Too much fraud when it comes to there feedback system. Anyone can get there friiends to leave feedback on themselves. Anyone can leave feedback on other advisors good or bad. You just can not believe anything said. This is not at all what I look for when thinking about an adviser. Try your best to walk away because all you are getting is lies and more lies... feedback and all..
During a rough several years, I let myself get sucked in to this scam, and had my savings leeched dry. Keen has zero oversight -- just about anyone can sign up to be an "advisor" -- and the satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They started a $10 minimum deposit, and you have to have spent $6 on a reading before you can leave feedback.
I closed my account after I reached a scammer so obvious that I couldn't brush it off. Because I spent $5.97 I couldn't warn other callers about the rip-off.
Avoid this site -- you'd do better to just set your money on fire, because at least you wouldn't have the added negativity of the toxic nonsense the so-called advisors shovel at you.
I selected Ingrid. She came in with an attitude. She asked me what my question was and I was thrown off by her energy. I stumbled on my reply because I was expecting her to pick up on my energy and break the ice. The call abruptly disconnected after 7 seconds. I was charged approx $90.00 cdn. Btw I didn't know this until I checked my account afterwards. I was sent back into the queue and a women named, something with the word Neptune answered she was very friendly but the conversation quickly became about her. She started telling me things that were inaccurate and kept directing the conversation right back to herself. There were moments where I felt like a therapist. She kept interrupting me when I tried asking a question or when I woulld want to clarify her answers. She just kept talking about herself and her life. I ended the interaction after 33 mins. I was charged a total of $315.56. Total cost per min $4.06 plus a $2.99 fee. Make it make sense cause when I called customer service the next day and explained the charges in detail, the customer service rep was a fake nice. Condescending with a friendly tone. I still haven't received my refund for the over charged amount. This was my first and last time using keen. I've spoken with 2 other psychics in my life and they were with other companies. They were really really good and everything they said actially happened. I didn't contact them because it was years ago and I wanted to try something new. I will definitely be digging up the info to contact the other businesses in future. Keen was absolutely terrible.
We are sorry to hear about the experience that you had with Keen and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. We weren't able to get through to you using the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but please feel free to reach out to us at reviews@keen.com to see how we may be able to work to make things right.
These "Psychics" are complete GARBAGE! I talked to several of them and didn't feel as though they were giving me any real information. They all told me Diffrent things. One of their so called "Master Psychics" told me to use the "Law of Attraction" to bring in the things I want like Love, Job, etc. I talked to several of them in a 20 minute period and they all were trash. I wish I could get my money back. These people are straight Frauds!
Dint meet any "bad" or "fake" psychics, but timelines went fully off. Waste of emotion and money. They need to understand that they cannot make money out of people's weaknesses and emotions and lives. After a point of time, it became an addiction, because what they said so cinfidently seemed like a fairytale and when it does not materialize you tend to dig deeper and try to make more people say it. I spoke to almost 60-70 psyhics from here. I know I was an idiot. Learnt that one cannot change destiny. You have the bloody control over your life. Not a stranger that charges you per minute to tell you about your life.
And this is from a man who was raised by xclent psychic counselors. Old school. Donations accepted. I found myself willing to investigate many of the psychics including the greediest of them 35$ plus a minute. For two years. Maybe *******$ dollars... maybe. 12 percent had access to spiritual vision. And revealed nuances that truly helped. But not one prediction came true with regard to lover that disappeared... maybe one that truly hit. But then larger context of that prediction was failed. Personally, don't predict at 35$ per minute... don't predict. This company has technical problems that cost me more. And they refused to cooperate with courtesy and giving back to a obvious committed repeat customer. They refused! Instead gave 25$ credit to next reading. That is more greed. Because its not returning the gratitude. This is not what will last. Company will be sued...
"MapleMoon" reader lies about stuff then blocks people because she knows all her predictions have been false to not get a BAD rating. Wrong predictions on EVERYTHING. I asked Love Lake if a person I thought was cute was Interested in me. She says "my dear don't worry" this person loves u. What?! This person doesn't even know my name... How can this person love me? Fake. DO NOT GET Scammed how I did on here. Do yourself a favor and follow your own intuition it's better and FREE. There more fakes out there but off the top of my head.
Hey Bam,

I started a chat with an advisor on keen. Had basically just given my name and asked a general question- not even 2 minutes. They disconnected me and then blocked me! We hadn't even started? Soulmatereader2002
Seven months ago I was really ill & going through a uncertain time. I registered an account with Keen.com & put $200 on the account. I thought talking to an advisor would help during that time. I never did talk to one because it said my account was frozen & I needed to contact customer service. What a joke--they don't answer the phones. I was then locked out of my account & I wrote them requesting the money back & received no response. I tried to get in my account several times & no matter how many times I changed my password & username it still wouldn't let in. They scammed me out of $200..
SCAMMER ALERT! This website is a total FRAUD! It's all false in the end it is about the maximum they can charge before you wake up and close your account. By then they have rushed to max out thousands of dollars on your credit card. That is once you close your account. I am reporting this site to every consumer alert site, to include the FCC, BBB and all others. This business needs to be shutdown permanently.
I recently completed my readings with one of the Tarot Psychic for the offer of $1.99 for 10mins. This price was very convincing so I tried and paid through my Paypal. However, when I check my bank it cost me $8.99. The Psychic lady was actually very nice and sounds genuine but there was a lot of delay to respond back and so the 10mins was not enough. I added additional 10mins for this matter for another $8.99 that shows on the screen. So i choose that option. The chat lasted approx. 20mins but when I check my bank I GOT CHARGED $179.80! This is a scam. Very dissapointed.
Hi K. G.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry for any confusion about the way the service works once your 10 minutes are up. Each advisor has a price per minute which is prominently displayed on their listing. This was the $8.99 you are referencing. I'm sorry this came as an unpleasant surprise after what I hope was an otherwise good experience. We'll certainly share your feedback with the team to see how we can improve our service to new users.
Best.
I often call as I'm sure you know but I am extremely disappointed the you haven't acknowledged me as a VIP customer and offered a gift. Although more times then not the feedback I get something out of it's still a gamble and i have been a loyal customer.
Hi Tara,
Thanks for taking a moment to leave us a review on Sitejabber. I'm glad to know that you have mostly enjoyed your experience on Keen, but am sorry to hear that you are feeling undervalued as a loyal customer. I'd like to invite you to reach out to us at reviews@keen.com with any feedback you have about the kind of acknowledgement you would like to see. Please be sure to mention this Sitejabber review and we'll keep working to make4 Keen the best!
Cheers
Keen is the worst for all their so called psychics charge and keep you on as long as possible with no results. BE AWARE Bella Love on Facebook and all social media. This woman calls herself a psychic. She is a predator. She actually asks for cars to support on buying a house. Her whole thing is scamming the customer. Be aware she is a gypse psychic. She scammed thousands from a widow who was heartbroken.
Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
Answer: I'll do a free reading for you here I know the struggles of being a single parent. <3 AllMyAngels
Answer: They are basically saying that they can cancel the account at any point in time, and for any reason without having to give us an explanation as to why they are canceling it.
Answer: The same happened with me. Career cancelled with a touch of a button under some clause of 3B?
Hi JW, thanks for posting this review last year. We realize this is an older review but we'd like to address your concerns. To be clear, advisors on Keen are running their own businesses. Some advisors may choose to take notes on their readings to reference the next time their client reaches out, but not all advisors do this. You can always ask your advisor not to take notes if you would prefer that they don't. Rest assured, taking notes is a standard practice across many disciplines and does not typically indicate anything nefarious. Because advisors are running their own individual businesses, there would not be much incentive for them to share client details with each other. We take the privacy of our users seriously and would not allow the behavior you are describing. For example, our User Agreement prevents users from recording the conversations they have on Keen. We understand your concerns and we hope this explanation will alleviate them. If you have additional privacy concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Trust & Safety team.
