Update: I received back the unused funds and received an email for clarification. I got charged of 10 mins pay even though I used only one min of a Psychic's service. I knew nothing about this seamless pay at first. I was shocked when I saw preauthorized transaction charge to my Paypal account x10 of my actual bill in their app. I need my funds back ASAP! Until when I am going to wait for the refund of unsed hold of 9 mins huh?!

She also told me that a woman was texting me when it really was a man This woman overcharges and has no clue what she's talking about. Her readings are inaccurate. ...and it was me, this time. I was in an extreme transitional part of my life. I needed help. Guidance. I wanted answers. I spoke to 2-3 advisors for about 2 years. Over that span, I spent easily around $25k. I know, I was a fool. The counselors were comforting...optimistic things I wanted would happen sooner than later. But nothing has developed. Keen finally introduced an awards program, but this was after the fact I spent over $25k. I will maybe get $10-20 credit bucks, which gives me maybe 1-3 minutes with an advisor. I don't know how legit they are, but I do know things haven't happened like they have seen. Everyone should remember free will. I get it. But psychics see things...feel energy. I believe they do, but I am not so sure they can legitimately say 'this person will do this in 2-3 months.' I have no reason to believe that since nothing has transpired in that direction. They did play a role in providing comfort and encouragement in my self, but I sought something and it never happened. They say they will be direct and honest, but they were wrong. And that's putting it direct and honestly. My advice, use for entertainment only. I was a desperate man at the time, and I paid a high price.

I messaged her back after several messages soliciting me to get another reading, Inher OWN WORDS she wrote and "everyone's favorite… timing" and "super accurate timelines… been nailing them lately!" When I brought it to her attention that her timing was off with me she got super defensive and said no we're on my advertisement. Do I mention anything about timing? In fact, recommend people don't focus on that because it causes "blockages". Apparently, Keen cannot see her messages but I could screenshot them and I have them washed in her own words. She uses that phrase several times. Of course she blocked me after I called her out on it and basically told me off I don't know how you sleep at night but that's not for me to deal with. :)

I selected Ingrid. She came in with an attitude. She asked me what my question was and I was thrown off by her energy. I stumbled on my reply because I was expecting her to pick up on my energy and break the ice. The call abruptly disconnected after 7 seconds. I was charged approx $90.00 cdn. Btw I didn't know this until I checked my account afterwards. I was sent back into the queue and a women named, something with the word Neptune answered she was very friendly but the conversation quickly became about her. She started telling me things that were inaccurate and kept directing the conversation right back to herself. There were moments where I felt like a therapist. She kept interrupting me when I tried asking a question or when I woulld want to clarify her answers. She just kept talking about herself and her life. I ended the interaction after 33 mins. I was charged a total of $315.56. Total cost per min $4.06 plus a $2.99 fee. Make it make sense cause when I called customer service the next day and explained the charges in detail, the customer service rep was a fake nice. Condescending with a friendly tone. I still haven't received my refund for the over charged amount. This was my first and last time using keen. I've spoken with 2 other psychics in my life and they were with other companies. They were really really good and everything they said actially happened. I didn't contact them because it was years ago and I wanted to try something new. I will definitely be digging up the info to contact the other businesses in future. Keen was absolutely terrible.

My experience was a negative one as the reader had problems hearing and seemed to be frustrated - she is direct which is good but it felt dismissive and non-supportive. I've talked to her before and like her, which is why I chose her but won't again. When someone is in a bad place enough to call a psychic they need a little more support. It's the delivery that is just as important as the content.
History with keen that was positive.
Don't believe in psychics...believe in yourself, don't listen to others, only yourself... I've done an experiment, asked 5 different psychyics and been given different answers. Don't recommend

My adviser is clear, concise, yet very caring and honest. She does not tell me what I want to hear, but rather things as they are.
I have tried other sites, but again, is about being lucky enough to find your right connection adviser.

I have been using keen for 3 months now and none of the predictions I have been given have happened. I've chatted with multiple psychics on the site and there are a few I've spoken with several times. Everytime they make a prediction and give a time frame it never happens(even after the time frame has passed, none of the predictions have happened). When I chat with them again and ask the question again they give me the same prediction but change the time frame to a later date. So far none of the predictions have happened. And on several of them, I've asked if my POI is dating and they say no, but I know that my POI is dating, So they have been incorrect on the details as well.
It had the highest rating for online psychics when I did research.

I have chatted on this site now to a few pyshics only one got the first time I contacted him which was Ron knows what he is thinking,my first chat with him was accurate after that not a single one,Penny c was another chatted several times not one prediction came to past and at a $50 price point better get almost the whole reading correct another is Mingohn divine meadium read few times with her another $50 price point nice to chat with but so far not a single prediction has passed, I chatted with 2 very affordable ones waiting too see if their predictions are accurate, and the fact that you can only leave a review 7/14 days after a reading insures on thier end comfort knowing most predictions don't happen, as a bussiness platform that is wrong on so many levels as we know that does not give even close to enough time too see if they are accurate.I would suggest that be changed that is not very assuring for clients that re paying yoi guys top dollar!I find the cheaper ones are more realistic im thier predictions at least some

The latest scam from Keen is this $2.99 session fee put in place by their new management. There's nothing about it anywhere on their website, and you won't find out about it until you're ready to be connected to your chosen advisor. If you get free minutes from an advisor and don't have enough money in your account to cover the $2.99, you're forced to add $10 when you only need $3. If you go into a store to buy something that's $2.99 and the cashier tells you you have to lay out $10 in order to complete the purchase, what would you tell them? This is clearly immoral, unethical, and goes against the grain of what Keen is supposed to be about. Keen is apparently collecting this $2.99 session fee from the advisors too, and I know they're getting pissed as well. This makes $5.98 in total 'connection' fees Keen is collecting on each call. I've asked customer service what is someone in dire straits supposed to do that has minutes given to them by their advisor and can't add $10 to their account at that moment. Customer service says they'll forward my comments to the higher ups, but I've yet to see any evidence that they really care. All its gonna take is the press of one person out there committing suicide because they couldn't talk to their advisor. Keen is shooting themselves in the foot on this one, BIG TIME!

Keen's app is very outdated and some psychics are fake. Many of them also have no customer service skills.

Please don't waste your money on this platform. I spoke with three different psychics ( at three different price points) and they all were either wrong in their predictions or give you very broad and vague answers to your questions.

The advisors here are trained to know what to say in response to general questions. They feed off of the information you provide them. In general, if you are asking a yes or no question, you generally want the answer to be "yes" and that is what they give you. Save your moneY!

I used this website for the first time today, and when I was connected with one of their "top advisors," I had such an unpleasant experience. She had a very harsh tone with me the entire time and basically raised her voice throughout. I was only looking for guidance on a situation, and she definitely could have handled that way better. This isn't a fact of "not wanting to hear the truth," but it's more, she didnt let me speak at all, kept rudely interrupting me, and wasn't fully accurate in her information. I will not name names, because people have their bad days, but oh my goodness. I truly hope no one speaks to her while they are in such a vulnerable state of mind. Due to that experience alone, I would recommend anyone searching for advice to go to Kasamba instead.

I recently completed my readings with one of the Tarot Psychic for the offer of $1.99 for 10mins. This price was very convincing so I tried and paid through my Paypal. However, when I check my bank it cost me $8.99. The Psychic lady was actually very nice and sounds genuine but there was a lot of delay to respond back and so the 10mins was not enough. I added additional 10mins for this matter for another $8.99 that shows on the screen. So i choose that option. The chat lasted approx. 20mins but when I check my bank I GOT CHARGED $179.80! This is a scam. Very dissapointed.

I, as well as a number of other psychics, worked on Keen for years before Keen decided to kick us off without any warning or reason whatsoever. A lot of advisors depended on that income from Keen and had built up good ratings and relationships with their clients. It was unfair what Keen did to these people, myself included. That only proves that you cannot trust a company like Keen. They are lousy people who run this company.

I have spent a lot of money on this site and never have gotten a real psychic. They make it all
Up and are wrong all the time. They then take your money and hang up on you when they are wrong and the site still charges me the customer. Keen also expects for you to pay more money for an arranged call if someone gives you a free minute. That should not be the expectation. They also give very little reward and o free credits.

Scheduled an appt with an 'advisor' under the 10 mins special. Got recorded call from keen 4 hours later that I would need to pay $5.99 per minute if I wanted to talk to this person. This is a scam in the worst way. I do not recommend scammers like this site.

I've experienced a few really gifted advisors and many, many duds. Availability doesn't always align, but that depends on the advisor, so pinning down your fav advisors isn't convenient. The alerts don't always work either.
Variety of advisors rating system and some advisors are reasonably priced below $5/min.
