I've been an advisor on Keen for over 2 years, and things have gone downhill fast. I sit around waiting in the evening for chats to come through, which regularly used to and now do not. They have started a new $2.99 session fee for every chat, on top on the minute rate advisors charge, of which I only see about 37%. They regularly 'offer' advisors the chance to take advantage of 'special opportunities' to get more customers, for only $75 per pop! They also have WAY too many advisors, further decreasing my ability to advise customers. As if all that weren't enough, they've gaslit advisors in emails for raising rates 'causing' less customer engagement when KEEN is taking more and more all the time! I'll be leaving this platform soon, and letting my customer base that I've worked so hard to build know. SHAME ON THEM FOR EXPLOITING BOTH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ADVISORS.

My experience was a negative one as the reader had problems hearing and seemed to be frustrated - she is direct which is good but it felt dismissive and non-supportive. I've talked to her before and like her, which is why I chose her but won't again. When someone is in a bad place enough to call a psychic they need a little more support. It's the delivery that is just as important as the content.

Rip off 1st time 70 percent off offer. Don't believe the percent off offers because they will claim that it doesn't exist.
I loved my reader and reading but not getting the promotion caused my bill to be over $700.00.
They would not make adjustments.

I dont know... everything he said seemed based off of charts and astrology rather than a psychic reading... he really didnt answer my exact questions regarding to the persons thoughts or feelings and kept talking about the ruling planet being backwards in his sun sign. Every persons case is different in my opinion.

I was seeking help regarding my love relationship. A couple of people were spot in and told me it wasn't going to work right from day one. Some gave false hope even when I kind of knew that it was going nowhere. I have had to sift through but now know whom to connect with. Some charge totally unreasonable rates and I will never approach those folks. I enjoy thr 10 dollar credits…. Thats a smart way for Keen to get customers addicted!

I used this website for the first time today, and when I was connected with one of their "top advisors," I had such an unpleasant experience. She had a very harsh tone with me the entire time and basically raised her voice throughout. I was only looking for guidance on a situation, and she definitely could have handled that way better. This isn't a fact of "not wanting to hear the truth," but it's more, she didnt let me speak at all, kept rudely interrupting me, and wasn't fully accurate in her information. I will not name names, because people have their bad days, but oh my goodness. I truly hope no one speaks to her while they are in such a vulnerable state of mind. Due to that experience alone, I would recommend anyone searching for advice to go to Kasamba instead.

Fake site with fake people reading. My wife got taken by a Blessed one ext. ******* and this guy who pretend to be? Sucked her out of money. Stretched the minutes and left sentences unfinished so my wife called back to receive the ending. When she told me I went to Keen adm. But there is NO REFUND. Not only is this all a scam but it is a real money sucking one. Most reader you find out who they are by doing a Google search first. You be amazed what you will find out. For example we found out the name of Blessed one is Whip J. Wilson, born 21.08.1957 and living in Lincoln, NE. Has 3 dogs, used to work for UPS and least but not last is with criminal record. Keen does not care whats going on as long they have people working and customers. What a scam.

I did use them in the dark period of my life ( growing pains from 20's to 30's). They do not care, they just want your money. Get a therapist instead - it will be less expansive. Talk to friends, relatives you trust - do not talk to strangers. Go to local house of prayer - any religion. They would be more helpful than this scam.
I understand, you want to talk to somebody, get some hope - only time will help.
Do not waste your money. This is what I was doing - oh, does he love me, what does he think of me? Waste of time - until I just asked him MYSELF. Watch a movie - he is just not into you ha ha ha. Painful, but its a great medicine! Grow up - do not call them! Tanya

$37 for fifteen minutes, things seemed to be good at first and then the answers became generic and I was unhappy with their service. I contacted Customer Service and asked for a refund! They claimed the charges were "valid" and I wouldn't be getting anything back, and blocked my card #, as if I actually wanted to use their service again! Do not trust Keen and their outrageous prices, I have had better readings with psychics at Universal Orlando than these so called "experts!" Who don't charge nearly as much

I was going through a difficult time and wanted help. All the advisors I spoke to were very nice and comforting. If you have money to blow and just need someone to talk to, go for it. If you're looking for predictions and a real psychic with correct timelines, please save your money. I'm embarrassed to say I spent thousands of dollars and I still haven't seen the guy they said I would see and it's been two and half years. I spoke to at least 15 psychics on this site... Stupid me!

The website is geared towards getting as much money as fast as it can. It cost me $80 for four minutes and some of that time was interrupted by having to top up the payment as I had only gotten to ask the question and had not recieved the answer. In shirt I felt robbed

Read with Jane and I wanted to hang up immediately. I asked her a test question in the beginning of the conversation and she got it wrong. Wanted to end the conversation right then but it was the 10 minute intro offer so I just listened to her nonsense. Her responses to me were generic nothing specific at all. She sounded like she was ready to end the convoy and she ducked about 3 questions that I asked her. Never again will I trust her to speak d money with even if it was $1.

The latest scam from Keen is this $2.99 session fee put in place by their new management. There's nothing about it anywhere on their website, and you won't find out about it until you're ready to be connected to your chosen advisor. If you get free minutes from an advisor and don't have enough money in your account to cover the $2.99, you're forced to add $10 when you only need $3. If you go into a store to buy something that's $2.99 and the cashier tells you you have to lay out $10 in order to complete the purchase, what would you tell them? This is clearly immoral, unethical, and goes against the grain of what Keen is supposed to be about. Keen is apparently collecting this $2.99 session fee from the advisors too, and I know they're getting pissed as well. This makes $5.98 in total 'connection' fees Keen is collecting on each call. I've asked customer service what is someone in dire straits supposed to do that has minutes given to them by their advisor and can't add $10 to their account at that moment. Customer service says they'll forward my comments to the higher ups, but I've yet to see any evidence that they really care. All its gonna take is the press of one person out there committing suicide because they couldn't talk to their advisor. Keen is shooting themselves in the foot on this one, BIG TIME!

I have had the most fantastic experience with KEEN over the past few months. I have had the pleasure to connect with an amazing psychic and over these past few months she has revealed her knowledge on subjects that they would never know unless someone was my close friend. Because of these conversations, I have gained back so much confidence in myself and I am no longer scared of what the future holds.

I have consulted many readers about my situation and they all tell me a different story to my situation. I'm now cynical that many of them are not genuinely psychic. I think your customers would prefer truth. Ive been told everything from never seeing my POI of interest again to actually marrying him. Also I have been overcharged on a number of occassions for readings.

I have co suited multiple advisors over the same issue and they all had something different to tell me. One advisors gave me her take on the problem in a pretty rude way and ended the chat! No one really knew what they were talking about. I feel like I was taken advantage of at one if the worst times in my life. All of the advisors claimed to have some inside knowledge of my situation and they all told me contrasting "advice". No one was correct. I still have no idea what the truth is. It was torment.

I have spent a lot of money on this site and never have gotten a real psychic. They make it all
Up and are wrong all the time. They then take your money and hang up on you when they are wrong and the site still charges me the customer. Keen also expects for you to pay more money for an arranged call if someone gives you a free minute. That should not be the expectation. They also give very little reward and o free credits.
