No issues, Product is great.
Made a phone call before ordering online to check that item was available to be delivered within a few days as nothing online mentioned the delivery time. The answer was yes, will be delivered within a few days. I then received an email a couple of days later saying that the product had to be found elsewhere and it would cost me an extra $10. By then I had not looked elsewhere so needed this product as I had no shower! It arrived couple days after promised and... it was the wrong size. There is no dimensions on the website so was hard to tell. I wouldn't even bother to return but overall not so happy with experience

The kitchen sink strainer which I recently purchased from this site is extremely good. The quality of the product is superb and the delivery service was very fast as I received the strainer before the estimated date of delivery. Also I got this product on huge discount. Thank you guys!

Product arrived well packaged. Still have to get it installed to make sure it works. Looks sleek and modern.
Not very good. I made two orders of faucets over $1000. It was slow in processing. I received first order, and found out you sent a wrong part. Replacement appears taking forever. The second order would take 7-10 working day to proces. The customer service at *******410 was poor. However, the online agent Joseph is very helpful.
