I see a lot of comments about slow shipping and lack of communication. What's being done to rectify these issues?

Dear John, we always strive to provide great service and quick shipping but we are not perfect as much as we would love to be there are many factors that come into play when shipping large items such as vanities, shower doors and tubs. We work with our suppliers and shipping companies to resolve any back-order issues and shipping delays but rest assured we always give 100% to make sure our customers are happy at the end! Still waiting fro my item. It has now been over a month. I called before ordering to verify availability of the item. I was told it was in stock, which was a blatant lie. Still waiting.

They are great until there is a problem such as receiving damaged goods from them even though they quote"Inspect all Items before shipping to you".
Well someone did a terrible repacking of the product ordered and because of it arrived badly damaged.
Even with pictures showing the damage they will refuse or put you off from a deserved refund.
Prices look great because the other end of doing business with them regarding a problem is HORRIBLE!

John to answer your question NOTHING is being done, pay a few extra bucks to do business with a company that will back up the product/services.
