Easy to order and good prices. Fast shopping. The only complaint would be that the website says tax free all over the site but I was charged a sales tax. I felt it was deceptive.

They had the sink I needed in stock and I was in a time crunch. The rim was out of round, but the installer was able to work with the defect and install the sink. Hopefully this will not lead to future headaches!

I ordered a mirror and they only sent me the shelf. The photo in the product page has both a mirror and a shelf- completely false advertising. Their return fee and 25% restocking fee is completely overpriced for this easy mistake. Do not recommend.

Made a phone call before ordering online to check that item was available to be delivered within a few days as nothing online mentioned the delivery time. The answer was yes, will be delivered within a few days. I then received an email a couple of days later saying that the product had to be found elsewhere and it would cost me an extra $10. By then I had not looked elsewhere so needed this product as I had no shower! It arrived couple days after promised and... it was the wrong size. There is no dimensions on the website so was hard to tell. I wouldn't even bother to return but overall not so happy with experience
