Bought a fair amount of products from this company until I needed to return a faucet, after a 5 month process and over 4 hours of phone time with kitchen and bath authority. They gave me a run around and lied to me multiple times by the time they finally refunded me and charged me a rediculous restocking fee I finally received only 70% of my refund after this experience I am no longer a customer DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEB SITE WHERE IT SAYS EASY RETURNS!
They post items on their website that says in stock, the price is lower than others but they don't have the items in stock cause they have to order them for you! You should call them to make sure they have it or not so you'll have an option to get from other sellers. They tell you 10 business days and now 32 days still haven't heard anything from the items i ordered! MISLEADING AND DISHONEST COMPANY!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
WAITED FOR MY ORDER FOR 20 DAYS WITH NO NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND FROM THE COMPANY. AFTER ALL OF THAT WAIT, I RECIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE SAYING 'OH THERE IS ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WAIT TIME OR MAYBE UNTIL DECEMBER.' VERY SHADY COMPANY. ASKED FOR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER, OF COURSE. STAY AWAY!
We needed a shower pan for our RV remodel meaning that we did not have a lot of space to work with. I was able to find one that would work and at a great price here.
I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Despite having a policy that requires them to disclose to the customer anytime a product has a "living finish", I was sold an $1800 kitchen faucet that has a "living finish" and was never told. They used the excuse that the manufacturer's website did not properly describe it, so it was not KB Authority's fault. I didn't buy the product from the manufacturer, I bought from KB Authority. They should take responsibility for their own website and the incorrect information it contains. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. PRICING WAS BETTER THAN NUMEROUS SITES AS WELL. UNDERSTANDING THAT "IN STOCK" MEANS STOCK AT SUPPLIER NOT ALWAYS ON SITE AT K&B. WITH THAT IN MIND WE WERE EXPECTING A DEL. IN 1 TO 4WKS. WHICH FELL IN LINE WITH OUR EXPECTATIONS. I GUESS WITH LARGE $ ORDERS THAT THEY WANT A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIVING WHICH IS GOOD, BUT IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY WORK SO I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF TO GO HOME.
Just got installed the ROBERN PLM1630B 15-1/4 INCH PL series flat mirrored door in my bathroom. And I am highly impressed with its design, and features. It gives my bathroom medicine cabinet a few extra features without getting too techy. Thank you so much Kitchen & Bath Authority for such a wonderful product!
We ordered a showerdoor and a vanity from Kbauthority, both items arrived super quick and in good condition. The customer service department was very helpful. Would do business with this store again.
I ordered a bathroom cabinet and was notified afterward that it was considered a custom order (its not) so would take 2-3 weeks. I wasn't in a rush, so no big deal, was willing to wait it out. After 3 weeks, I started checking the status online and the ship date kept changing, every day. I finally emailed, several times, no response at all, nothing. I called and kept getting put on hold when I asked what was going on. One person I got told me the notes said that her colleague had spoken to me on the previous day (which was a blatant lie). Either their phone system is faulty, or the reps hang up on you when they don't know the answers. When I got a quasi-human rep who didn't hang up on me, I explained that I wasn't going to put up with their. Nonsense, and I was told that the order had come in and that they were going to "try" to ship that day. I got a shipping notification with a tracking number, and even that didn't make sense since it showed shipping history between the manufacturer and their shipping facility, and it was marked "complete". I called again, and got a snotty rep who told me I needed to wait 48 hours before checking status. Terrible company to deal with.
I used the chat feature to verify that the product I wanted which had been discontinued was in stock. Placed the order and it was delivered to me promptly. My first place to look next time.
I purchased a $1,000 shower enclosure at half the price listed on comparable websites, e.g., Amazon, faucet.com, etc.
I never received a delivery date confirmation. Two weeks after the purchase, my husband asked me when the enclosure was to be delivered. I checked my receipt. Nothing. I went online and noted that while KBA's website touted consumer ratings of 93%, I discovered a host of horrible other ratings (albeit their numbers were low), including BBB, sitejabber and pissedconsumer. I was afraid I had lost my money. I called the company and left a message. It was Friday.
In checking my order, I saw that the delivery weight was 370 pounds, not the 195-202 pounds listed on other websites. Again another cause for concern. I knew I had ordered only one enclosure, but could not understand the weight differential.
On Monday, I received a phone call from KBA with the delivery date scheduled one week from the call. The delivery man arrived and insisted we uncrate the glass shower enclosure. It was perfect, just as described in the photo. I am very pleased about the outcome and will definitely order from KBA in the future.
Last week, I ordered a kitchen sink from this place, and it got delivered to me before time. The sink looks amazing and fits my kitchen theme very well. I would love to shop more from this site!

Bought a shelf that arrived a completely different color than what their website images show... not a little, but from brown to yellow. They directed us to the small print on their page that says NOT TO BUY THINGS BASED ON THE COLOR IN THEIR OWN IMAGES. Total scam.
Found the website a bit late but happy to see the unique design of my bathroom faucet. It resembles exactly the picture available on the website. Good deal!

Delivery took longer than expected but it might be due to the bad weather in my area. The quality of their products made up of for the little delay in delivery!
