Its been months since I've ordered. I ordered in april and now its july. Ive emailed them sm times but they never respond. And if u go on shein, they have the brushes... if anyone did recieve the brushes, i think kaycee resells stuff from amazon or shein.
I ordered a 10$ set of brushes from this site over TWO MONTHS ago. I had to email them and ASK for a Tracking number a few weeks later... when I got it, the status NEVER changed within the two months. Until about a week before the two month mark where it said the customer requested a refund or something along those lines... WHICH I HAD NOT. So I emailed them telling them I had been very patient and would just like a new US tracking number (as I was told once they get to the US they get a new tracking #) and that I had not YET asked for a refund, otherwise I WOULD be asking for a refund in a week if I don't receive a new updated tracking #. They never emailed me back and I gave them over a week to email me back. I now just emailed them asking for a full refund which I highly doubt I will receive. It's even more messed up because two of my friends who live near me ordered the same day as I did (ordered within hours of one another) and THEY DID receive their packages (a month and a half later). 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY!
Ordered two sets of brushes at the start on June and received them today. Although I had a long wait before I received them I was advised that it may be delayed due to COVID-19. I am thrilled with the quality of brushes and can't wait to try them out. Would definitely recommend this site even though the delivery took a while. 100% genuine company.
I had to email them soooooo many times to get a replay just for them to say "ITEM SHIPPED TODAY". But that took over two months for that to come in but only the brushes. I never even received the makeup bag i ordered with it and as i am still messaging them demanding them for my money back. IT IS A SCAM. I never hated someone so much in my life i never met but bad luck coming to those phony people.
Absolutely joke of a website, ordered on 17th May, sent 3 chasing emails and have received no communications at all - have also now reported the company to citizens advice UK as a fraudulent company.
It's all a big scam. I ordered and then realized it was a bit fishy. In their cancellation policy it says you can cancel within 24 hours which I did. They never responded to me until my follow up email which was after 24 hours and said it was too late. I filed a dispute with Visa and thankfully got my money back. Buyer beware!
I am so disgusted at the amount of time this is taking for my products to arrive! 2 months ago I made my order and still no information on where my product is! I no longer even want there trashy product.
I've sent numerous of emails asking for refunds and they just apologise and give me some sort of fake tracking number.
I am disgusted at this customer service if it even is a real thing! I'm convinced this is now a scam. My money was taken from my account very quickly but no products. To say I'm angry doesn't even cut it.

Saw this website advertised through Instagram so presumed that it wouldn't be a scam! How wrong was I. I ordered brushes on the 27th April and still nothing. I've emailed and had no response to acknowledge my concerns. About 3 weeks later I was sent a dispatch email with a FAKE tracking number. DO NOT BOTHER.
Never received my order and have now moved. Tried to get my money refunded and can't get an answer back from customer service!
It's been 2 months and still no brushes. I ordered 3 sets of brushes. I've sent emails to them, they only sent the tracking that has been the same since day one, my brushes have not moved from that location. I've sent them over 10 email, which I feel they are not even read/care because on one they are asking for my order number, aaaa hello it's on the subject line with my name lol. Very unprofessional. Still have not heard from them or gotten my money back.

I have bombarded them with emails almost daily for two weeks now and not a single response.
The company is Chinese and the stuff comes from China fake tracking numbers, fake reviews on their website (notice how you can't leave one)
And it has been nearly 3 months since I ordered when they stress because of Covid '2 Weeks at most'
DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TALK TO.
I placed an order over a month ago now and still haven't received my makeup brushes. I also haven't had a response via email or a refund so if someone could back to me that would be great

This business is clearly a fraudulent business. I ordered a set of brushes after seeing an advertisement on Instagram, on the 17th May. I allowed over a three weeks for delivery before I emailed them, due to the pandemic. However I still have not received any brushes nor any communication back after 3 emails! Stay away from this company, they didn't send a confirmation email, the tracking number is fake, the orders do not get sent and you will receive little to zero communication.
Do not buy!
I ordered 2 sets of brushes in the beginning of may and it is now June, I didn't really do my research on this company, if only I would have read these reviews instead of the ones on the website I wouldn't have bought them.
That's taking so long but I finally got my brushes and there is no smell. So sucks for the delivery time but good quality btw
I order a set of make up brushes each for me and my mum. Once ordered I received an email order confirmation, then three weeks later I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. 20 weeks down the line, after many emails (which have not been replied to) I am still waiting! Do not order from this business as they are not legit and just take your money! I would definitely not recommend. I am getting in touch with my bank to get my money back.
