Unfortunately you have to rate with stars but this company does not deserve any. I ordered 3 sets of brushes in March and I still haven't received them. I have sent several emails asking where they are and then reply with a fake tracking link. I've asked for a refund several times and they're still ignoring my request. Save yourself faf and order from a legit website because this is just a scam! They will be shortly reported on account of fraud so I suggest everyone does the same so this website gets removed.
Do not order from this site! I ordered my brushes back in March, Its literally been 7 months and I have messaged the customer service people and they reply the same every email (if they reply at all)

This is the most horrifying experience I have ever had with a company. $#*! this place, They are straight trash and refuse to refund me. Use your money elsewhere, they literally steal from people.
My daughter and I order 6 different sets between the two of us. It's been over 2 months and no brushes. We emailed them and they sent a tracking that said in route. But when another couple of weeks went by still no brushes. We reached out to them again and they said they would not refund like we asked because their system showed delivered. I don't have a problem at all with mail thief's, I always get my packages delivered with no problems. I've emailed again and once again told them I haven't received anything and if they won't refund at least resend my brushes! Horrible... scam! Don't order from them. They are quick with taking funds but it takes pulling teeth to get any response or answers!
I placed an order over 3 months ago and I understand that things are probably taking longer because of COVID but it looks like they tried to ship my order twice (or it never got sent the first time). The shipping info hasn't updated in over a month, I have tried emailing them on several occasions and they either do not respond for 2 weeks or do not respond at all. Their customer service is awful and I still have no received my order. It seems like they care very little.
I placed an order about a month ago for their brushes. They charged my credit card immediately but, never send the items. I've hear of others who had the same problem. They take your money and never send you a tracking number or the items. This company is a total scam. I will contact my credit card to get my money back
Awful awful awful no customer service no answer. We ordered brushes and 4 and half Months later still nothing we got an international tracking number but it jus says at arrived at the airport. No Location etc or it does tell you it comes from china. It's a complete waste
I purchase brushes in April, it is now July and still haven't received them in the mail, the tracking information they give isn't valid and when you try to contact them you don't get a reply. 14.90 down the drain.
Do not order brushes from these guys! I ordered 3 sets of brushes 2 months ago all I got was an email saying they're on the way and I got a tracking number that doesn't exsist! I've sent about 10 emails and haven't gotten any reply. Those of you who actually got your stuff are lucky. I had to flag the purchase on my account and I'm about to report these guys!
I ordered and paid for three brush sets on 4/27/2020 and have not received them. I contacted them 2 months ago and they replied apologizing for the delay, after that they never followed up with me as they promised. I just emailed them requesting for a refund, well see how that goes. I am unsatisfied with their service.
I ordered brushes over 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. I have emailed customer service 3 different times, the last two to request a refund. No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay far away from this company. All they do is take your money for a product they have no intention of ever delivering. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Here, I ordered 4 brush sets in April! And still have not received them! I ordered them before I was pregnant and now I'm about to have my baby which gives you a perspective of how long it's been. This is not okay. And I need a refund now.
Ordered two sets of brushes at the start on June and received them today. Although I had a long wait before I received them I was advised that it may be delayed due to COVID-19. I am thrilled with the quality of brushes and can't wait to try them out. Would definitely recommend this site even though the delivery took a while. 100% genuine company.
So I ordered a brush set and a makeup bag on 04/10/2020. Never received my items. And I contacted customer service and all they said to me was my order was on the way and gave me the tracking number. It's almost July so I asked for a refund and no one ever got back to me. So basically if you want to hand out money than order from them. But I don't think I'm getting my money back or getting the items I received.

It's been well over a month! I still have not received the brushes. This was a birthday gift for my daughter and I really didnt have the $30. But she really wanted it and still we have not received it don't waste your money on this because it will never come I reached out to the company and received no reply worst experience ever!
I never received my order. I can't get a hold of anyone thru e-mails. They said my order would be delivered in 2-3weeks well that was at the end of April. Not only did it take 3× the time but it never got delivered. I am so disgusted with this company!
I ordered from them and they charged my card 30.00. I never received an order number or the brushes! I wrote to them and they claimed they have no record of the sale even though there name is on the charge. I wrote back to them and now they won't respond. Please don't get scared by these fakes!
I only gave it one star because the review wouldn't post without a star! There should be such a thing as negative stars! Ordered some makeup brushes in April. This is mid-August and still have not received them. Received tracking info at the end of May but it was fake info. Have emailed customer service 5 times with no response. Total ripoff! Do not waste your money!
I honestly don't know if they're are a legitimate poorly ran business or just people trying to scam you. I didn't receive an order number upon ordering no receipt nothing. They have a site but no social media and one form of contact which I deem suspicious in this age of technology. I do not believe they have an automative response email but they say the same thing regardless of your questions so I believe they do that out of rudeness. I contacted my bank after day 20 of no email or shipping info to refund my money so I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for the simple fact it's not professional, you have no way of contacting them other than email and they don't even respond based on your concerns. If I could give zero stars I would.
