Im out 1700. 00. I had a problem with my green card and couldn't fly out of the country. They issued me a credit, I thought that was nice. I had purchased my tickets in October for a flight in December.
When I went to use my supposed credit, I had to fly in October and not December, like the previous booking.
My green card will not be ready till the end of October.
These people are skilled foreigners and will not even let you speak with a supervisor.
I used JF for all my travel. I may spend less than 8k on travel but enough of us little guys will put you out of business.
Does anyone know anyway to get my message out?
Booked my ticket with them. Right after I booked, I was told by the agent that my returning flight no longer was a avaliable and they still charged my card $384.00 after I requested a refund. There is something that doesn't seem right about this company. I would advise you not to book and be careful about giving them your credit card info.
Your site was misleading and charged too much for the seating -did not indicate that you have a surcharge for the seat in addition to the airline charge. Total rip off, dishonest and I will never use you again. And when I tried to get a refund your agent wouldn't give it to me
The price they list in their website are a joke. When you Select a price and time you are ready to pay price goes up significantly without any add on.
If you customers service they will they will tell you just pay the amount before it goes up higher.
This is not a recommended site.
Couple times i booked flight and it worked. But during covid in 2021 Airline cancelled the flight, justfly never updated the cancellation. I had paid cancellation fee and still never received the refund. They never answer the customer care for cancellation or refund. If you call for new booking they answer less than a minute but tell you we can't help you as this is not our department. I tried to get my money back through credit card company, but they charged me back. So guys never book through justfly they rob you 2nd or 3rd time.
Most of the time cheapest flight prices and clear easy site to use.
Sometimes when I check another date and come back to the first date the prices go up in just 10seconds. That would be the only thing I would like to see improve. Prices should be stable for 5 min. Or with in one entry. The sense of urgent booking for a deal is a bit of a deterrent to the site.
I will never use Justfly ever again. I was unable to fly because of the coronavirus travel ban, and they refused to change my booking, even though the airline was waiving all the fees. Yeah, they're cheap, but if you have to change anything, you can't.
Worse travel site. Not even us based. All staff and operation is from india. Customer service is horrible and forget to get any thing correct. I had a typo in my itenaray and they refused to fix and asked additional money to correct.
Great prices even at last minute but times were difficult to work with. I needed to leave later in the day because of work but latest flight available was 3:47 and I won't get in until 11:00 pm due to layover in LA.
Cheap prices -- but shockingly unresponsive to corona virus threat. I realize it is a discount site, however I was shocked that Justfly would not cancel the reservation within a short few hours after making it. I only wanted to cancel due to the corona virus advisories that were just publicized. I waited over 45 minutes on the phone to find out that this would not be possible.
I booked a round trip ticket with Justfly.com. When I had a death in my family and had to change the ticket so that I could fly back home, the FIRST customer service rep told me the cost to change dates would be $225. I called back later to finalize the date change so that I could be home with my family. The SECOND customer service rep said the charge to change would be $525. Seriously? $525 to change the ticket by one day for a death in the family? I said no thanks. Then I booked a ticket with another company for a little under $200. Justfly.com... use only if you like to be lied to and overcharged for any changes. And goodness knows, please tell the people in your family to stay alive while you're away!
Have used JustFly several times and had a good experience every time. Best features - they mix airlines for round trips for the cheapest price; they suggest alternate dates for the cheapest price (although be careful to always cross-check the date before booking), and they are finding the cheapest flights.
The customer service finally called me about their mistake but the they still need to charge $100 for cancellation penalty by airline as they said. I told them I feel something went wrong when I booked the flight and I contacted them to do the confirm check. At that time, I didn't need to pay the penalty fee if I cancel the booking but I need to pay the $150 fee from their end. And Justfly didn't refund me back the Seating Assignment Fee $16.95. So I totally need to pay $116.95 as I cancel the flight.

When i booked the air ticket, it showed i book the premium economy class. However when i called the air flight company, they told me my ticket is just for the economy class. So the JUSTFLY is lie to me! I also asked for the e-ticket number from the air flight company, i found out the e-ticket number is different than the JUSTFLY. I call JUSTFLY to cancel my fight because of their fault and they keep want me to pay the cancellation fee. I absolutely do not pay for it. First time book an air ticket and want to cancel it. Justfly tried to get your money and give you something that is not as what you want. When you want to cancel it, then they can still take money from you even the problem is from their end. I will going to do want I can do to get back my money. Don't trust this website. It just a fake and make you more nervous for you trip,
Easy purchase from start to finish. I bought one-way tix for my destination each way as opposed to round-trip as it was alot less expensive. Driving a small distance to a nearby city to fly out & return flight home to my local airport. Saved over $100 per ticket.
Everyone should avoid booking on this site. They have the worst customer service when u need help n they mislead u on the cancellatuon fee. I recently had to cancel two airlines tix booked n they end up keeping over 90% of the fare between their penalty n handling fees. Had they told me about the total fees charged I would have just kept my tix. Why cancel when they will just keep all ur fare anyway? Worst site ever. Minu zero star if it is available
There are no refunds through justfly. My connecting flight was 14 hours delayed so I couldn't make it to the next flight. They won't refund it, saying it's 2 different airlines. When I contacted them to get a different ticket for the flight I can't make it, this is what their agent did:
- sent me the link to buy another ticket 2.5 times more expensive
- the link was for the same flight I couldn't make in time to begin with, which I realized when I got the purchase confirmation
- when I told him he sent me the wrong link, he said then buy it yourself and wanted to leave. I asked him to void the purchase he made me do, he said he will and the refund will show on my statement. Never happened.
Do not use them!
I have been waiting for my refund for almost 3 years and never got it, and now they don't respond back to me. They asked me to wait and now they are not responding. I recommend that no one book through them.
I have purchased ticket on 12/01/2019 and within an hour cancelled, but since then unable to get refund. When I called them for about 5 times they were telling me that the refund was issued but it will take 8 weeks. But after 8 weeks I called back and telling me the same answer, when I argued back the answer was they have already issued the refund I better deal with the credit card company. I tried to talk to the so called supervisors and one of the male one was rude and unprofessional.
Justfly always has good deals and are very helpful. Unlike other sites who tend not to look out for the customer. Justfly actually looks out for the customer and provides great service. Highly recommended site to use.
Very good. Easy to review and follow all of the flights. The time this took was easy. The prices were good. Maybe could add more flights at different times, but other than that the experience was fine.
