PLEASE save yourself and DO NOT book any flights using JUSTFLY.COM. You may get exicited about saving a $100 but the stress you will endure if anything gets changed. My flight was cancelled by the airline and I did not get rebooked, they told me I would have to cancel the itinerary and book a new flight and MAYBE the airline would refund my $. The airline did rebook me for free but in the end JUSTFLY just cancelled my itinerary without any notice! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I wish I would have looked at the Better Business Bureau complaints before booking. I felt the price was bait & switch because as soon as I clicked on flight confirmation, the flight increased $100.00. Beware that this happens! The customer service dept is horrendous & the supervisor stated that there are no managers to speak to & he refused to take my phone numbers for a call back!
To never have booked on justfly.com, I'd take it every day.

One of the scams they run is misspelling your name in the itinerary. I did not notice at first, but they misspelled my middle name by one letter. They charge $75.00 cancellation fee which I'm going to have to pay as I've already booked accommodations at my destination.

This agency is terrible! I purchased a flight from LAX to LIH, and 3 days later realized I couldn't go but, this was (45) days before the actual flight. So I called them back and they said I needed to request a refund from Hawaiinairlines, which I did and was approved.
Hawaiinairlines will deduct $100 for a service fee out of the original $357 ticket. Justfly.com charged me $75 for a processing fee before even issuing a "subject to approval" refund of the remaining $257. I asked to be routed to the original person that helped me "Marge" and said he couldn't because of high call volume. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he out me on hold for 10 minutes and didn't reply to my request. In the end, I paid a total of $389 with taxes, and fees. I paid an additional $75 for processing a refund and I have to wait (72) hours for it to be approved AND THEN WAIT 6-8 WEEKS FOR THE ACTUAL REFUND.
This company should not be in business, some of there representatives don't even speak English and called me a "Mam" at one point. Terrible business process, extremely difficult to just get a refund and give you the run-around. Grade a F. Will never do business with again and would not recommend.
My uncle could not fly due to a medical issue (prostate cancer bleed) - we rang the day before travel to advise the doctor would not let him fly. Justfly advised Air Berlin would not issue a refund however I have sourced Air Berlin's rules where they say if you are medically unfit to fly and have a doctors certificate you can get a refund. As Justfly would not issue the refund I am applying under the credit card insurance for this refund but require a 'confirmation of cancellation' to proceed with the refund request. After ringing 2-3 times a week from Australia to speak to Justfly (since August) to get this confirmation of cancellation and speaking to numerous 'foreign' customer services agents I have been advised every time no supervisor is available to speak with me and because the first agent we spoke to did not cancel the flight (even though we rang to confirm the cancellation due to a medical condition) the flight still remains open as it was not cancelled by their staff! If you ring to cancel a flight and the notes say the person is cancelling due to a medical condition is this not cancelling the flight? With the cost of calls I have been ringing from Australia since August this situation should never have happened, the agents that do not speak or understand english, the frustration of being on hold for over 30 mins and the calls lasting for 1hr 45mins this is absolutely appalling customer service and absolute joke of a company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, staff are useless and are more than likely in another country answering calls, you will never get to speak to a supervisor or manager as they do not exist its just a colleague at the next desk - disgusted with their attitude and their ignorance in dealing with customers

This website is a straight sham. I booked 2 tickets for my mom and sister to attend my uncle's funeral in London. Less than 5 hours after I made the reservation, I tried to cancel because I was notified about the passing of another relative. Anywhere else on planet earth a cancellation that soon or within 24 hours after a reservation is not an issue or with an expense of minor fees at most. After speaking to the customer representative, she informed me that there will be cost of $19/passenger for the cancellation... Ok... No problem. WRONG!
I was transferred to the cancellation agent who informed me that it would cost $300 to cancel my reservation! I tried to explain that was not the information I received and that $300 to cancel a 5hour old reservation was ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being left on hold for 5 mins was told that there was none available but if there was, they would tell me the same thing.
Booked flight itinerary for our group holiday. Booked another group on Orbitz at the same time. Ticketing from JustFly got all screwed up and I ended up spending over countless hours total spread over 6 weeks, speaking to over 10 people to get this ticketed correctly. Every single time, the agent or the supervisor keeps telling you to call back within next 24~48 hours, etc to just get you off from the line. Also, turns out that BBB has issued multiple warnings about JustFly and FlightHub. Never again!
Was quoted a price of $116 per ticket on the phone and they charged my credit card over $900 for two tickets! They insist I was given that price by them, which I was not; I could have gotten a better price directly from the airlines, so I never would have agreed to that price.
Our itinerary was changed by the airline and so we had to call JustFly to get a new itinerary. Over the course of four days, I spent a total of 7hrs on hold with the company, was told we had a new itinerary and tickets on 4 separate occasions when it was never confirmed. We even got in a taxi to go to the airport while still being told we'd have tickets, only to learn on the way there that they couldn't secure the tickets in time. We had to wait another 40hrs for a flight out of Ho Chi Minh. When I expressed my frustration and appealed for some sort of credit, compensation for additional night at hotel, etc. I was shot down and told that they did everything they could and that if I was not satisfied that I should just not book with them anymore. And this was a customer service manager who said that. He also condescendingly said that I just didn't understand the complicated nature of the merchant/consolidater/airline ticketing process. Don't ever book with them. Ever.

It feels like Justfly just hopes I stop with reaching out to them so they can stick the money in their own pocket. I believe that is not right. I did not make the choice that my father passed away so I had to book these flights... the entire experience definitely delivers a real bad taste in my mouth.
If you ever have to book bereavement flights, I recommend not to use JustFly. The customer service is really bad in communication towards the customer. Nice words, but no action.

I would never recommend this agent to anyone. My wife was flying to India with my 4 years old from LA to AMD via Abu Dhabi - delhi. Her flight del to amd got cancelled and jet airways added 10 hours in lay over. We contacted jet and etihad. Both were ready to give direct flight from Abu dabhi to amd. But my agent supposed to call and make that change. I contacted justfly and they kept telling me to wait few more hours for confirmation that they requested from etihad. My wife had flight in 7 hours and they told me to wait 6 more hours where I lost it. I talked to supervisor and he said he will personally look into it. As expected I never received a call. I called again after 6 hours and they said justfly do not offer iternary changes. Really? I called them almost 25 times and repeated same thing over n over again. Just mental harassment. I won't do any business in future with them. My confirmation number is 020-909-081 in case they want to contact me.
I booked a flight to France because my best friend's mom died unexpectedly and she needs help as she is all alone. I booked my arrival one night later than I was supposed to and called back the next day to see if I could change. Of course their change fee, even with fare staying the same, was $450. I asked if there were a death involved could they make an exception. Absolutely they said, just provide a death certificate. Which as morbid as that was, my friend emailed it and I forwarded. The sent my friend their condolences and told me to wait for an email confirming the change. Well it never came so I called back to find out that bc the death certificate is in French, they can't help me? And after I explained there was no way to remedy that, they told me bc its not family they can't help me. I get it but that would have been great info to have before I asked my friend for her Mother's death certificate! Point being, they could easily change this for me and refuse to do so. I will never book thru this site again and I hope they go out of business.
