I use JustFly all the time. I first heard about them from a friend who's a frequent traveller who told me about this ota service she discvored when she had to fly to Rouen. I checked out their flight and hotel deals and was impressed w/ the speed and low cost. I'll consult them for future travel planning.

Confirmed and charged 2/3 of the multiple city trip but "couldn't" confirm one leg of the trip "due to credit card decline." YET, bank statement and conversations reveal a different story! BIG ILLEGAL RIPOFF! Agent on the phone hung up on us when he realized there was an issue with his company and not our bank. Now, my son's honeymoon is in jeapordy, as well as their bank account!

I got pulled in by the cheap flights they were offering. I had a family emergency and I needed to fly out as cheaply as possible/as soon as possible, HUGE mistake.
I went through the whole process of entering my information but, before it came time to actually purchase the tickets, I thought I'd wait and closed the tab.
I then got a confirmation and e ticket in my email AND money was taken from my account. I HADN'T EVEN ACCEPTED THE FLIGHTS.
I called them less than 24 hours later and they said I couldn't get a refund on one of my flights but i could get a 70$ refund, AFTER they charged me ANOTHER 75$ to cancel the reservation. I also explained that I hadn't confirmed the flight and they just disregarded it.
All in all I would recommend NEVER booking thought this site unless you appreciate cooperation's such as these who just take your money and screw you over.
