Sometimes when I check another date and come back to the first date the prices go up in just 10seconds. That would be the only thing I would like to see improve. Prices should be stable for 5 min. Or with in one entry. The sense of urgent booking for a deal is a bit of a deterrent to the site.

It was very easy to book flights. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my flights. However, it was great knowing that you had a 4-hour window in which to do so. The agent who helped me cancel was more than kind. It was a good customer service experience!
It was easy to book flights, did not have to go through a lot of pages. Loved that's everything was on one pageboy, just had to scroll. Could have done with better rates and may be once the customer submit the payment, the confirmation should be instant instead of waiting for 10 min ( in my case) and the book status was saying collecting something. Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
