I booked a flight on the 30th of October 2018 from JFK to SF with Qatar airlines for $429. Bought Allianz trip protection policy for $25. Had to change my flight to 30th of August on the 29th of August. Called Qatar airlines, they said that I need to call the company I bought my ticket through. Called justfly, the person from customer service lied to me said that I definitely cannot use my policy and I have to pay $492 (all fees) in order to do this. Since it was emergency and I was pushed to the wall by this lie and not giving me option, I was pretty much forced to pay the fee, making my ticket more than $900. I tried resolving the issue by calling customer service and talking to a representative and all they could say is "sorry for the inconvenience" and "we understand your frustration". Last I spoke to a supervisor, she said "I understand the issue, I will give you a call in 5min". She never did. So nobody will take responsibility for the wrong information that was provided to me that costed me $492 on top of what I have already paid? Just sorry? They record and monitor their phone calls and still let this happen? As a customer, I feel my rights and wallet have been taken advantage of. Looking at the prices for the same destination. On the 30th of August it was $776 and 3 days later $550. So customer service works to cheat you in paying double... What a rip off...
If you happened to cancel your flight for any reason, be prepared to pay $50 to justfly to do so! And if you do, you can kiss your credit goodbye because they will never allow you to rebook on their website, and if you call them it will automatically go to dead-end robo-message about global pandemic and how busy they are to take your call. Trust me Ive tried for months and this crooks just wont answer or respond to emails. Ive actually tried to rebook trough their website almost 2 months ago and its still waiting to be approved by this crooked website! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AVOID THIS PEOPLE AT ALL COST!
The booking was with ease and I was giving several offers for hotels and taxi. I hope to come back again to book a flight when I'm planing to come back to Atlanta from Illinois.
It's great that this site can offer flights at a great rate but I don't appreciate the hidden fees that aren't explained and you're charged amounts that weren't in your receipt, it's damn near fraud.
Had to cancel because of COVID. No refund. Then they charged my credit card more money then they stated. Can't get a return call or return email to resolve the issue. Wouldn't recommend this company.
I was happy to find a fly to see my parents in Vietnam. And not brake the bank. I will want to bring my husband and daughter next time. Hope I can find the price for us to fly
I can always get the best deal and times I want for my flights at justfly! I fly to Texas a couple times per year to see family and I look here first and always find the best deals.

My review is for the booking process only since my trip is not for 2 months. The pricing was much lower than Expedia or Travelocity and the process was fairly easy. Hope the trip goes as smoothly.
I got good deal. Whenever I wanna buy some flight tickets, it is my first choice to check the price here and compare to other site. I get better deal here. So I buy tickets from here.
I found that the ticked I wanted was a little cheaper on this site and switching over to this site and purchasing my ticket was so simple and had no surprise fees I had to pay. :)
Don't buy from JustFLY! I repeat - DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFLY.
1) Charge for seat selection without clear warning on the webpage.
2) List 2 STOP flight as 1 STOP.
My international flights end it up almost 10 hours longer (horrible). I did not find out until I tried to book a ticket for my friends and ALL OTHER WEBSITES showed 2 STOPS up front. I call customer service and they did not do anything for me.
We were searching for more reasonable flights and Justfly offered the best sale. Using the site was easy and the confirmations were received quickly. We will use this site again.
I was charged extra to pick my seats and then found out from Delta that my seats were not available and had to pay extra again to choose another seat.

Even for a very short time in getting my airfare ticket going to the Phils. Because my aunt passed away I still got a cheap deal to justfly. Thank you justfly.
The airline we booked with went out of business. Extreme circumstances, I know, but their handling was abysmal and wound up costing us a lot of money. Weeks after the airline shut down, we got an email that said "theres a problem with your itinerary." Nothing about all tickets being cancelled. Nothing about the entire airline shutting down. When I logged into their site, it still had our tickets as being valid the trip as a go. I have a screenshot from months later still showing that the trip was fine on their website. When we called Justfly to help us get our money back the attitude was "here's a phone number, not our problem." When we called back *again* saying the number they gave us was disconnected, they had no interest in helping. They also had no intention of helping with the $5,000 difference we paid for the new tickets since it had to be booked last minute at Christmas time (I booked with Justfly 3 months in advance.) In the end, in order to get our original money back i went through the credit card we booked with since Justfly wouldn't help. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

I tried canceling my flight because of a recent accident requiring me surgery and the 395.00 I paid for the flight, they were going to credit me only 165.00 very angry
Watch out of this site. They will charge your card without authorization from the owner of the card. If you will dispute the charge make sure you will blocked them from charging your card! They will send you an email saying that you're a no show when the truthis they are the ones who are NO SHOW PF ANY COMMITMENT and SERVICE with their customer. Horrible customer service, they cannot help the customer especially with any emergencies that needs assistance from them

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking your reservation, we are able to see there was a technical stop in your itinerary. This does not necessarily mean there is a change of aircraft. We do provide this information prior to purchase. When on our search results page, you will see the itinerary with just the one connecting stop however, on the right of the box where the class of service is displayed it is written "1 stop" and when you put your courser over that, you will be able to see the destination that stop is taking place. Information is also there on the next page where you insert passenger details.
