It was easy getting the flights but when it came time for the insurance they never said what was going to be covered. Last time I bought insurance and had to use it they denied me.
My experience with justfly was wonderful. Flight left on time and was upgraded to a seat fit to my needs for my injured knees. Thank You for your services and I will continue to use JustFly.

We were looking for round trip tickets for my sons graduation from Air Force basic training in San Antonio TX. We found a deal on Justfly.com $159.59 round trip so we bought 6 tickets for family and friends. The next day we got an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled Due to issues with the airline. We started looking again, Justfly.com had the exact same flight again for a few dollars more we bought 6 tickets again. The next day the same thing happened, we got get an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled Due to issues with the airline. We started looking around for the third time and the same thing Justfly.com had the exact same flight again from the $159.00 that it was the first time we bought tickets. What the hell we tried it for the third time bought 6 tickets with the same results the next day cancelled Due to issues with the airline. I call the airline and they told me that the flight had never changed, and this was all on Justfly. I called Justfly and spoke to a supervisor he still put it all on the airlines. Now they have the same flight for twice the price, and keep sending us 2 or 3 notification a day about it. Justfly.com is full of s*** I wouldnt trust them.
The site worked well for me. I was able to find the best times for me, and choose my seats. Pleased that the site was secure, making payment comfortable for me. Would use this dire again.

Using JustFly is fast and easy. I'd been using them for several months since last year and their website has always been very efficient and rates are always updated and low.
I would definitely use it again. Love how easy it all was to understand it all & then to book the flight made everything so easy to do & very happy to be able to take this trip.
Using just fly in booking a flight is cheap and the price range is excellent. My opinion is that I will use just fly to book any of my flights and I will also give it a recommendation.
I need to pay more attention regarding ticket purchases for changing times of departure it should be part of the customer service I need to understand the restrictions prior to purchase
Just ordering a ticket is not enough for me to give a satisfactory review. First I want to know I am getting the service I purchased so this review is premature
I did not realize that there is a 75 dollar fee per ticket even if you cancel within 24 hours. That is not the case if you book directly with the airlines. Dont make the same mistake that I did.
They do not do what they say they will, the re web site has false claims, the associates are rude and arrogant. I will never book a flight with Just fly again!

I purchased my ticket almost at the same time that Cov-19 was hitting SouthAmerica, I purchased it with the insurance that if I cancel 48 Hours before my trip money back guarantee. Country I was going close its borders because Cov-19. I purchased my ticket for Sunday Night flight and I cancel My ticket Monday the same week NOT the week after. They send me a confirmation that my refund was approved but can take up to 1 month to show on my bank statement OK is understandable because the Cov-19 but they have not give my money back being already 3 months and keep adding this is a scammed, they never pick up the phone, the machine will never give you to A representative and now on their webpage they have a section for approve refund it said, I am not entitle to a refund now. The police need to act, I cant believe I cant find any info on where to report this. DonT lose your money.
