First time user to JustFly after having wonderful luck with Expedia for many years... I should have stayed with Expedia.
Booked a flight and all was mostly easy then I get an email several hours later telling me there has been a change and please call asap. Almost sounded like a scam, but I called and was told that the price of my flight went up $45 per ticket. As I was on the phone with their agent, I checked two other online travel sites and found that the price did not change. I told the agent this info and asked if he could do anything. He basically said 'go pound salt, do you want to cancel'. I said yes without hesitation and told him this was a disappointing first experience with JustFly. He said very little and then hung up the phone.
I went to Expedia and booked the flight at the original cost without issue. I will never use JustFly again.
Be consistent about your price when using fly agent customer service what you telling the customer. Hope you offer more lower prices and choices for route and carrier competing other website out there.
Having looked and compared prices in different websites, the best option presented was a combination of flights given by justfly. It offered a better price than the alternatives with a smooth buying experience with not much of extra unnecessary steps. I'd wish they supplied a better understanding of the luggage limits for the different air companies, as the links were not fully functional or informative.
I'm still supposed to travel, but I expect nothing less than a smooth trip as was the purchase.
I booked a return flight to Ft Lauderdale for myself and my girlfriend. While waiting for our flight it was changed 3 times getting worse every time. The return flight started out with one stop taking just under 8 hours but after all the changes it ended up 2 stops taking 12 hours. I looked on the page and our original flight was still available, When i contacted customer service they wanted minimum $250.00 to make changes to our flight. BEWARE of this shady outfit.
I have been using this site for almost two years now. There was a time I called customer service to purchase and attempt to cancel and refund a fare. It was a poor experience. Online is service is your best choice and their prices are almost the cheapest. I believe if you found someone who speaks English better, they will price match with another website. I like the feature where you get free four hours cancellation of full refund. But if you pay for extra fee for the twenty-four hours cancellation of full refund, it is worth it because sometimes things change.
Will not book with you again due to extra fees for even 1 bag each. Led to believe We could choose seats in advance, but the advance seating option was not available. Very disappointed with what I got.
Saving money while having good access to up to date available seats. Also if compared with other services still provide a better pricing. This prove the site is successful especially when it is used over and over by the same loyal customers. My best wishes to the staff and supporters in their mission in the aviation industry.
I have to called the company 5 times and spent over 3 hours on the phone to change my wife's last name on a flight ticket I previously booked without realizing she still has her maiden name on her passport. On top off that they want to charge me $75 dollars to do so! It is not like I am giving the plane ticket to another person! Very disappointed! I will not book through them again.

This website's a cinch to use, it takes literal minutes to get from searching (on an easily navigable interface) and then all you do is wait for your ticket. This is a great travel website in the world!
Its was exactly what I wanted. Booked like two months in advance and I got a great price for the airport I was flying into. Definitely will use justfly again when shopping around for flights, which is often.
I recently purchased 2 tickets for my traveling here in the US and going back to my country. The process of finding the ticket was quick and easy, they even offered alternatives with cheaper prices at different time or nearby airport.
The thing I like the most is reasonable price and fees compared to other booking sites.
I do a lot of searching when buying airline tickets and JustFly typically has wonderful options at some of the best rates. Transactions with the company have always been smooth and customer service is typically quick to respond.
Air Portugal charged us 95 euros on our return trip to Boston to book 1 bag. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and increased the cost of the flight over 10%. They told me I should have researched this with the airline before I left.
Will never use them again. They are not trustworthy and do not deserve my business

Contacted agent regarding seating assignments on Economy and about using AA mileage points. When I decided to book, agent apologized about airfare increase. She advised us to book now since the price is expected to increase $60 total. I declined and was able to book easily online for the initial price. Didn't appreciate being hustled. I know Justfly offers competitive prices and I have purchased online a few times. Otherwise, my rating would be 1 Star.
I booked 2 ticked for my mom and dad fly from Houston, Texas to Saigon, Vietnam. 2 months prior the flight date. My mom got diagnose for hyperthyroidism. We try to see the specialist doctor asap but cant make any appointment before the flight date. My parents decided to propose the trip until later. I was so surprised that I cant get full refund until I have to fill the form to request to have the money back, which it not that so complicated with other agency. Even after I did fill the form and submit with diagnosis from doctor. We pay $909.74 tax included and $136.46 for protection cancellation each ticket.$2,092.40 in total. Guess how much we get back to refund, $979.48. What a scam! I would never book tickets with them again. Take me 3 days calling non-stop to reach them on the phone.
I'm begging you. Do yourself a service, never choose this online travel agency. Their customer service is very poor. If you have a problem there is no way that they would be able to respond once the ticket is taken and the money is in their hands. I spent more than 4 hours waiting to finally be hanged up without any response. To book a flight it is easy, but never have a problem. Currently, I will try to size various organizations including a prosecutor to investigate their practices.
Worst website to buy a ticket, I wish I had known or read reviews. I bought tickets for 2 passengers from Boston to Cape Verde at $1509. 62 1 month and half in advance. Ticket prices for each passenger were around $700-800 on other websites. I'm supposed to fly on TAP airlines. When I called the airlines to confirm my flight, they told me that my ticket didn't include luggage and have to pay for them... they told me each luggage will cost $92 to go and another $92 back total of $184 per person. I called justfly Customer Service about the issue they told me that they only sell tickets without baggages... the rep told if I'm traveling with luggage then I have to pay for them separately and that there's nothing he can do to help. Watch out people if you're buying tickets from this website, they promise to sell tickets but you end paying a lot for luggage to and from. But tickets airlines or a legit website. Terrible Customer Service as well. Be ware!
If I can save even one person from this horrible experience I will be happy. I don't even know where to begin with justfly. I booked a ticket to Australia weeks ago and yesterday got an email saying to call customer service because somehow my ticket was cancelled. I have no idea why it was cancelled. I was on the phone for over an hour, got transferred 6 different times to different people (I could barely understand any of them. Not one of them spoke even decent English) and after explaining the situation over and over I ended up paying nearly $400 to get my exact same ticket back. $400 dollars is an absurd amount of money to spend on a mistake that I didn't even cause. I have never been so upset and I will definitely never use justfly again.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
