We bought two tickets to Georgia and we had an emergency and had to cancel. We purchase a travelers insurance and when we called two file a claim they charged my card another $200 to cancel the flight even though I told them I did not want to pay the $200 as I did not care if they had to empty seats on the flight. After disputing it and spending 60-plus hours on the phone I'm out $1,200. I will never fly through them again
I havent actually taken the trip yet, but purchasing the tickets was pretty easy. I remember having to scroll through a lot because I couldnt get it to filter/sort them how I wanted to. I would suggest sending the survey out when I make the purchase. Not 3 monthslater when I cant really remember the experience with great detail.
Just fly has horrible service, had to cancel my flight due to my husband hospitalized with Covid pneumonia and they don't have any customer service it takes hours and hours for someone to answer the phone. It's been 3 months and I have not been able to get my refund for my trip. I would never use them again!
It is a terrible experience with using JustFly for ordering fly ticket. After schedule changed, JustFly refuses to help on booking another flight. And, it took more than 10 hrs to cancel the current booking which has a changed fly schedule and does not fit our schedule. We even have to call the airline and get the airline agency to talk to JustFly directly to cancel the flight which we cannot go due to the changed schedule.
JustFly is a well constructed website. It finds many flight options and allows you to refine your search and uncheck options you don't want. It finds the cheapest options and considers days around your chosen dates. However, if checked baggage is going to be an additional charge then you won't find out from JustFly until you purchase the tickets.
I had originally made travel plans with 2 stops in a foreign country. The agent booking the ticket did NOT make the break between cities. When I copied the travel itinerary,
I did not have 2 cities to visit. I had to pay an additional $235 for the "new ticket" as it was over 24 hours before i noticed the error. Then pay and additional $135 for the break in the travel as no longer consider a "round trip ticket". Much to my surprise, at the US departure, I had to pay $135 for luggage, as the ticket was issued as not luggage! Booking number? Which One(s)?
This is fraud website. They show you ticket at one price and buy you weigh expensive when charged. Then cancellation you have to in additional. The customer supprt is amost to none, making you wait for 45 minutes. I will never recommend this site for airline tickets.
I had run a search and saw the price for the flight I wanted. But when I tried to book. The site stop responding. It did that for a couple of times. Then when I finally was going to book... it told me it was available over the phone. When I called. Then I was told price had changed. And they couldnt book the tickets of my children. Call was too long.

After receiving my confirmation email from Just fly, I noticed a slight error in my name. Not even a spelling error but a space between two letters. I called to see what could be done not once but twice and was told there was no way to change it and the airlines would not allow it either. So I would have to pay $75 to cancel since it was now past their"grace period" and try and rebook my flight. But first I would have to wait 8-10 days for my refund! I declined to cancel my already set plans and called both airlines. One was not able to change it because of booking through a third party, but assured me that since it was a domestic flight and such a minor error that it would be fine. The other airlines was able to change my name without a problem! I will NEVER book through a third party again!

I had to pick flight 3 times. Either the flight was not available or the price had changed each time I picked. There seems to be a delay between the updating of posted flight prices and the actual prices.

I have never had a problem with justfly so far. If u have just read the details specially terms and conditions of the website. Though u are providing the correct travel dates but as u have noticed, they are providing first the most cheapest pricc w/c is close to the dates u originally provided. Scroll down and u can see ur original travel dates has different price to the first date with a cheaper price on the website
I just found this site and it is easy to use and had the best fares. I like that it allowed an inexpensive way to buy trip and medical insurance, too. I never travel internationally without additional medical and trip insurance.
