I spent way too much time on the phone getting the reservation. I had cancelled a reservation and couldn't rebook on line so I was forced to make a phone reservation. I knew exactly what I wanted, but still it took forever.
Justfly has used the Covid crisis to manipulate fees, overcharge rebooking, and not refund money. My summer trip to Iceland, Norway and Czech Republic they not been refunded my flights even though Norwegian air has said all tickets were refundable. They then charged me a $35.00 fee on the Icelandicair flight and wouldn't allow any of the "flight credit" to be used for anything but the exact flight. When I tried to use that flight credit for a round trip ticket to the same location, Justfly said they would not allow that credit to be used. I have in the past used Justfly for about 20 flights both for business and vacation. Will never again use them as they have cheated and manipulated this pandemic for profits rather than being loyal and helpful to their customer base.
I am traveling with my children, i was told yo call the airline to choose ny seats. I called the airline, they told me to call justfly and change to main cabin. I called justfly, they told me they do not hace access to seating to call the airline back. I went through this runaround all day and still am not satisfied with the customer svs or the end results. I will not use justfly again.
Booked a flight through Kayak that linked to the Justfly booking portal - price was very competitive (25% better than on the airlines webpage), booking went through and I immediately received a very tidy and easy to read/print confirmation email listing flight details, cost and booking ref codes
I KNOW that this website cannot legitimately have 3.5/5 stars. Justfly is a FRADULENT COMPANY. Do not book this through company! The four people traveling in my group have spend COUNTLESS hours trying to get either a refund or a voucher, paid additional change fees and NO customer service agents have any idea what they're doing. They all say different things. Justfly will keep delaying and years go by without any resolution. Flights were booked in 2019 and it's now 2022! All we've experienced is run-around, loss of funds, and TERRIBLE customer service.
JustFly had let us down from the beginning. They first cancelled our flight to Kenya without our knowing (which caused some scrambling but thankfully we made it). Then, we had to rebook our return flight several times. The first time, the person "rebooking" our flight did not give us any confirmation code. The second time, the person "helping" us didn't actually get our information into the system, therefore causing us to miss our flight back to the U.S.
Justfly.com have changed my reservation to scan me for more money. The initial layover time between airports was supposed to be 2 hours and 45 minutes. Justfly contacted me a day prior to my departure and have informed me that the layover time now is 11 hours between airports and if I paid them $489 USD THEY WILL CHAGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. Also another issue is that they've charged my card $46.97 in addition to the price ticket. I've called and called and emailed and no one responded.
This is absolutely a scam and unacceptable. Why are authorities waiting and not suing and locking up these Indian scam artists?! I will never ever book though them ever again. By the way their positive reviews you see online are made by their own employees. Trust me I have my sources.
What a fantastic experience with this site. Quick and painlessl! I started on Kayak and was rerouted to JustFly. I am glad this happened and was able to enjoy a nice savings flying to Rhode Island. I highly recommend this site!
I was a little hesitant to book, but everything seemed fine, I confirmed with the airlines that they have my reservations, I just wish I knew how to book to flights at once instead of going in and booking mine then my nieces but it all worked out and looking forward to a vacation in February
I booked a flight through Jusyfly.com on December 8,2019. The price was $150, when I received the receipt it was $400. They asked if I can a screen shot of the original price, when I said no they said they couldn't help me.

I purchased 3 tickets over the phone to Philippines in FEBRUARY 10,2019. Today I received an email saying that our itinerary has been changed by Air Canada... I contacted Justfly.com and waited almost an hour to speak to the agent and I told them not change the date of my flight and she said I have to phone back after a week to confirm my itinerary.

After my fly was cancel by the airline... I call the airline itself they rebooked me with a different date, justfly charge me 35$ for the rebooking... I call them for explanation they said its for the cancelation processing fee, how can you charge my credit credit without my consent or authorisation nor telling the reason. Ican provide the booking number if need be. But not online.
I would advise AGAINST using this travel agency ever. They have been unable to provide ANY reliable information about my refund in the amount of 2 THOUSAND $ for a trip that was cancelled by the agency in June. I processed the request for refund and waited 2 months to see it in my credit card balance. Today they dared to tell me that my credit card was supposed to speed up the refund. Of course my credit card said it is NOT their responsibility BUT justfly. I do not know whether I will see this money back. Stay away from JUSTFLY. SCAM.
We were on a month long trip through New Zealand and Australia, on the Ruby Princess cruising around New Zealand when the 2nd leg of our trip, through Australia, was cancelled due to Covid 19. We immediately phoned Justfly to reschedule our original April 9 return date to ASAP. We were told to contact airlines (qantas) and were told we had to go to Justfly to make any changes. Tried calling Justfly back and when we keyed in our flight info a recording came on announcing that we were not eligible for either a refund or flight change, after which the phone was disconnected without any option to speak to a human.
Apparently they have not heard about the worldwide health issues or, more likely, since they have our money they don't care. So, buyer beware! If you have any problems in travels booked through Justfly they will NOT help you... Or even talk to you.
It's totally a fraud. I cancelled my flight, paid for my cancellation fee and they never refunded my money that I had been waiting for 2 months. I was so lucky to have American Express (since I used AMEX card to buy the ticket) help me to file a dispute with them and AMEX also credited the amount for me.
As im writing this review im still on the hold They make me wait Over 3hours and 37minute and no one still havent got back to me, just because I called to use My flight credit,,but they are very fast when you call then to buy a ticket..
Justfly made me pay an additional $25 so that I could rebook my flights due to COVID cancelations. However, now that I want to rebook, they won't let me. They say the flights aren't available. Even though when I check directly with the airline, they are. And, they are for the same price. My advise is go directly to the airline and DO NOT use Justfly.com
I would strongly urge anyone considering using this agency to RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! My friend and I made our two USA-France reservations at the same time. About 12 hours later, she received a notice that her reservation had been cancelled - no reason given. She didn't want to fly alone, so I immediately cancelled my reservation - all within the supposed "24-hour free cancellation" period. Then I was told that since the airline had already issued my e-ticket (within the 24-hour window), I could not get a refund, but only a credit. When I used my credit to re-make my reservation, I was charged a $300 change fee, plus the ticket price was higher than the original Justfly price. All because of Justfly's senseless ticket cancellation and refusal to refund my ticket price even though we were told you had 24 hours to cancel.
I had to change the date of my return flight. I ended paying 351$ more, which I accept because I know there are penalty fees and rebooking. However, JustFly called me later the same day to tell me the flight I booked was no longer available at that price and was $100 more expensive. UNACCEPTABLE. After I negotiated they finally called the airline and told me they could give me the same flight for only $30 more, but the time of the flight changed and no longer fit my schedule. So unprofessional. I told them the same airline (westjet) through EXPEDIA was offering the same flight at the time and date I wanted for $150 cheaper and they still wouldn't lower the price of my ticket. That's not how you keep customers. Two phone conversations later with JustFly, and I ended up booking with Expedia for cheaper pricing. Great jobs guys!
