Booked and paid in February for my reunion in July.
On May 15, I got an email saying to call right away, there has been a change to my itinerary. I called, United Airlines I think. They were rude, got me upset and then they cancelled my flight. Now get this, NO REFUND! THAT'S RIGHT, NO REFUND!
It's mid May, my trip is in July and I just got swindled out of $295! WTF? Had to cancel my flight home with American Airlines because of what United did to me. American won't refund either!
Sent an email to Consumer Affairs today 5/17/17.
I bought a ticket. They sent an e-mail that I have to call within 24hrs if not they were going to cancel it. I call, I spoke with Employee Nelly ******* and everything was fine. My ticket was all set. When I arrived to the airport, all I had was a RESERVATION the flight was full so I had to stay. Nobody helps me I call and they do that all over again, or they give me my money back. Wheres the time I've lost calling and the money spent on cabs? Worst service ever.
I booked a flight for July. 2020 Just fly will not confirm the flight, instead claim there is a travel ban which is non existent. I spoke directly to American Airlines who confirmed there is no ban on this flight. They cannot find this flight that I booked thru just fly, meaning I have no reservation. My card was charged. I have called just fly 5 times and sent an email for a supervisor. All calls are the same and no email is responded to. I cannot believe the lies this company has sited revolving this flight. INSIDE OF THE US HAS NEVER HAD A TRAVEL BAN. They then blamed American Airlines who also denies their claims. And yet just fly will not confirm or honor the flight. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT. They could care less, and lie. ABSURD
I and my daughter booked a flight to Accra Ghana from Ohio,Columbus and we had a one stop to London with British airways when we went to the airport to take our flight they said justly has canceled the flight. It was worth almost $4000 and our money was not refundable and we were not able to continue our flight.according to british airways justfly are scammers and they usually receive calls that there is a flight booked through their name to British airways, they scam people to let them pay money that will not be refunded and tickets that will not be able to be used. Never book a flight with just fly, if the flight you are trying to book is expensive please book it or wait till the price goes down because you will regret paying your money to just fly and you will rather say you should have booked the flight with Delta directly, remember JUSTFLY trust me don't ever try them they are Scammers.
This company has the worst customer service! I was charged a $400 penalty fee for changing my Emirates flight date due to corona virus, even though Emirates was waiving all fees. When i was finally able to speak to a customer service representative, they gave me three different excuses! They kept telling me to call Emirates for a refund for my penalty, even though they are the ones who charged me! THEY ARE THIEVES! I will NEVER be booking with this SCAM site again!

Prices were very competitive. Have used this site for both domestic and international travel with great success.
Have researched prices on many sites for San Diego to D. C. area. Every site had similar options and prices but JustFly provided some unique choices at reasonable price points.
Good deals, easy to use. However always check the actual airline website because sometimes you can book the same flight but with no booking fees at a cheaper price.

I wish there was a 0, this company didn't let me cancel my flight even if I paid insurance for that! Don't use them they will take advantage of anyone
It was somewhat unclear being redirected from search engine that we weren't booking through an airline (KAyak which we've used before, but it's taken to Delta, etc. I had never flown Airmexico so didn't realize that wasn't their website). It seemed, ok, but makes me nervous we could be bumped etc. as a non prioritized 3rd part fare. I also didn't like the "choose seat" step link being offered but then procuring another unexpected charge! 2 of our flights didn't even allow seat selections, so I would have skipped that charge if I was aware. I guess we'll see after the trip how this works & if we'd ever use again. I will definitely be more wary when redirected now!
Cheapest ticket hands down. Site was easy to use and I will be using it in the future for sure. Just fly is better than other search engines if used and have me the best results

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
